Loved this joint! My husband and I have been to Japan and this definitely brought back some memories the Gyoza are to die for! We did take out and everything was delicious as if we were sitting at the restaurant! Will be returning. The service was amazing, and the restaurant itself was so cute!

Amazing food and beautiful atmosphere. They did an awesome job with this restaurant. We were stuffed and the service was great. The ramen was delicious we got the Spicy and the Tonkotsu and the Gyoza were fresh and delicious. I hope this place succeeds because they deserve it! The Tempura Shrimp were huge!

My family loves this place! The ramen is great and they also loved the Sui Gyoza (dumplings) and Edamame beans. Definitely recommend!

The broth is rich, creamy, and packed with that perfect umami goodness -- like a warm hug for your soul. The noodles? Chef's kiss. The pork? Melts like butter. I went with a friend and wanted to treat her to a late lunch or early dinner. She ordered one of the meat ramens and said it was the best ramen she's had in Utah so far -- she's even planning to bring her husband back. My ramen, on the other hand, was fine. I got the vegan ramen and asked for it to be made spicy. It looked spicy -- it was a deep red -- but it honestly just tasted like water and corn. Or corn water. It was very bland. Edible, but not good. I carry pepper and crushed red pepper packets with me everywhere, and even after dumping a bunch in, it still had no flavor. Also, it wasn't filling. I had to go home and eat another meal. I wouldn't recommend this place for vegan meals unless you live next door.

The food is very good with a good range of different fish for sushi and sashimi, as well as several options for teriyaki and ramen. The appetizer selection is surprisingly diverse. The portions are good sized and the rice is well prepared. The fish quality is very good for Utah. The food is competitively priced with the lunch options being downright cheap- $16 for three rolls and a miso soup. One of my favorites is the chirashi bowl- 9 pieces of fish sashimi, with tamago and crab stick served over a generous portion of their rice with pickled ginger and wasabi. ($23) One tip- *do not leave* without trying either the Honey Crispy Shrimp or Shrimp Poppers. They are tempura batter-dipped shrimp, served with either a honey cream sauce or a sweet chili mayo sauce. They're both amazing. You're welcome.

Unfortunately, the service was off this time. My server, Caitlynn, seemed unfamiliar with the basics. When I asked for hot sauce and specifically mentioned sriracha and spicy garlic, she didn't seem to realize sriracha is a type of hot sauce. She said she didn't think they had any, then loudly asked another staff member before grabbing me the spicy garlic. I pointed out the sriracha bottle literally next to it, and she responded with, "Oh! I thought you meant Tabasco or something..." which was just confusing. She also asked if I wanted a fork for my ramen--as if I'd ordered a rice bowl--and then asked again after the food arrived. I declined both times, because... it's ramen. I was also interrupted twice mid-bite with questions, even though I'd clearly mentioned I'd just finished a long fast and was trying to eat. To top it off, she wished me "good luck on your test" after I'd already told her it had happened. I was planning to stay and relax a bit after my meal, but I ended up leaving right after paying because the service felt disruptive and inattentive. That said, I will give them credit where it's due: the veggie shio ramen is way better than the veggie miso. Glad I tried both--but next time I'll probably stick to the Ogden location.

A big bowl of food but it was cleaned dry before we left! - The chashu don was a delightful mix of tiny pieces of salty, fatty, crispy pork, hot rice, cold vinegar pickle slices - The sundae was my least favorite but still delicious! I just don't love matcha flavor. We still downed the whole thing! The service - The restaurant was packed on a Friday, we got on the waitlist and had a lovely walk around the neighborhood. - Once seated, you order yourself from a QR code. It took literally TWO MINUTES from when we ordered to getting our whipped tofu, and the other dishes were also a short wait, which I was not expecting with how busy they were!! - They refilled our water, gave us updates on when our food would come out, and had really great service overall! The vibes - I loved sitting at the bar, with the warm wood, green tile backing, view into the kitchen, and nice music playing in the background.

It is about a two-hour trip on transit each way for me to get here, but since I had the day off, I wanted to make the journey specifically to visit this location and walk around the area. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. I walked in right when they opened at 11:00 AM. Despite being one of only two tables in the entire, huge restaurant, the service was chaotic and aggressive. The staff was openly arguing and yelling at each other across the kitchen and floor because they couldn't remember what was on the specific ramen I ordered--which is wild considering the menu only has about 10 options. The food itself fell totally flat. They warned me the broth wasn't fully ready/hot when I ordered, but even when it arrived, it was lukewarm. It was steaming, but nowhere near the piping-hot temperature required for a good bowl of ramen. Worse, the spinach in the bowl was incredibly gritty, meaning the kitchen didn't even bother to wash it properly. To top it off, I was completely rushed out the door. I was asked if I needed a fork for my soup (which happens every time), and while I was actively eating with a quarter of my bowl still left, the waitress interrupted to ask if I wanted dessert. When I shook my head because my mouth was full, she just said she'd be right back and slapped the check on my table. It was barely 11:30 AM and the restaurant was empty--there was zero reason to push me out. Frankly, this was unacceptable. I'll probably stick exclusively to the Farmington location from now on, even though the service there isn't great either. At least the kitchen staff there doesn't treat paying customers to a live workplace argument.
