Their website is really informative and I found their live online support and the girls of their customer service really useful to answer my initial questions, including them emailing photos and recommendations of style. They had a real understanding of their product down to the milimeter. The delivery and set up of the dining table was equally as efficient. The quality of the oak and its treatment is excellent, and the table still looks great after regular day use and many parties.

I decided to check it out, knowing it was a pricey spot, but wanting to see firsthand what the offered. Despite there being a plethora of employees around, I couldn't get any of them to acknowledge me, make eye contact, and/or help me even though I was looking for more information. It was mid-afternoon on a weekday and the place was fairly empty of other customers. Maybe I don't "look right" to them? I dunno. But I felt very ignored and left disappointed (even though the prices made it pretty much out of our budget).

I walked into this store after seeing two side tables in the window. They were both priced at £55…read moreeach. I asked the owner how much they would be if I buy them both. She said £100. She made me believe that I negotiated with her. I asked if she takes credit cards. She said yes. I paid her. When I came home I found a tag on one of the tables which had the price for £55 and on the back £90 if both sidetables were bought together. I then went back at the store and asked for the difference to be refunded. The owner said that the £100 was for the credit card use. This was never an issue as the price was negotiated before I asked if I can pay with the credit card. It was a total fraud on the part of the owner. To justify the charge of £100 when I went back at the store, the owner said that the £90 was only for cash payments as VAT and bank charges were not included. She also tried to justify that she needed cash to pay the movers etc. Totally her matter as she run her own business. Overall, a place where no one should shop and this fraudulent owner should be held accountable for defrauding customers. I will be seeking that she refunds the £10 plus the costs of attending at her store to rectify her mistake and fraudulent action.

I was…read moreimpressed with the service I received in the showroom, there was a baffling range of product/sizes/leathers but it was all explained well and the young lady who looked after me also gave some good advice. One item had been slightly damaged in transit but the delivery guys were apologetic and otherwise excellent. A replacement part was ordered and delivered quickly. RB is quite expensive but the designs are great and build quality is impressive compared to cheaper rivals. Another big factor for me was the peace of mind of the 10 year guarantee. I am a pretty sceptical shopper but from what I was told and experienced I am confident if something develops a fault, even in year 9, it will be put right.
