We agreed it was now 1:00 so I wasn't late. I was told to return in an hour. I came back an hour later to be told that they didn't have one of my shirts but would have it tomorrow and would call me when it was there. Two days later with no call I stopped in and collected that last shirt. In all, no apology, no empathy and the dry cleaning job was wonky. Clothes seemed clean but collars and sleeves ironed off the seam and crooked. I will never return to this business and I don't know why anyone ever would. This is not a good business to use. They did a great job not only removing the stains but also identifying what they were and being gentle with my clothes. Price-wise it was fair because my dress meant a lot to me and I'm just relieved they were able to fix it.

We've been bringing our clothes here for many years, and they continue to do an outstanding job…read moreevery time. I stopped coming for a while simply because I wasn't wearing many office clothes, but recently I brought in several coats, dress pants, and dresses that needed some attention. As usual, everything came back looking fantastic. What has always set this dry cleaner apart for me is the quality of their work and attention to detail. I've tried other dry cleaners over the years, and unfortunately I've had experiences where stains were simply ironed over rather than properly treated. I've never had that issue here. They take the time to do the job right, and it shows. I trust them with some of my most important clothing, including my military dress uniforms, Calvin Klein workwear, and Saks Fifth Avenue pieces. Their work is simply divine. Whether it's everyday professional attire or clothing for a special event, everything comes back looking crisp, clean, and impeccably cared for. Their prices are also very fair for the level of service they provide. Over the years, they've consistently delivered excellent results, and that kind of reliability is hard to find. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dry cleaner that truly takes pride in their work.
