Ended up going back to the counter and asking for my key back. The place was chaotic! The management and employees couldn't handle the volume of business. I was told twice my car was next. In fact that was not even true. I think they were just telling me that to try to appease me. Through that experience, I will never buy anything from tire discounters again. I spent $1200 buying tires which I could have went to Costco to get my tires. It was more to get them from tire discounters but I wanted the all wheel alignment. Don't get me wrong most of the time I come in on Sundays or early in the afternoon so as to miss the rush. But I have never had to wait more than a few minutes. Value for your money depends on your situation. I tend to come when it is cold since I hate to change my own fluids in the cold. I also prefer not to change antifreeze since it is hard to dispose of. I have never had an issue with over 20 different vehicles I have brought in for service over the years. I do recommend this location. I haven't been to the others in the area and I can say staff tends to change a lot but still good overall service.
