While they were doing it he asked for my card. He rang it up and when I signed i noticed it was 379$ I asked why and he answered because its 120$ per diferential. He had said they were doing a special. Pretty shifty if you ask me. I wont be back. He told about how other places technicians have to do at least 2 up sales per day. To be honest he did the exact same thing to me. I cant afford almost 400$ while he is using only 100$ of materials making 260 dollars for 15 minutes of work.

He was amazed as he said they take these things off everyday, charged you 200 dollars labor for 20 minutes work, and didn't have $2 worth of rivets to put it back together. I wonder how many people go home with parts in their trunk.

Dave is always fair and after quite a few years I do trust Dave or his son to actually do what they say for a fair price. If I don't have time, or room in my garage in winter when it's cold! The place I normally go to is a very good place I should have waited. Now I'm regretting it. Too many Indians not enough Chiefs. In addition to this, I have heard nothing, but bad things about them. So, I was reluctant to go to the Jiffy Lube in Nampa. After poor service at other places I made the executive decision to come to Jiffy Lube. They are really good at what they do and they ask you questions to make sure that you are being taken care of. They check everything on my car. If you need anything like new wiper blades or a new filter you can certainly ask them and they are able to help you replace items for an additional cost. They have been courteous and informative with me. Coming from receiving poor service from other places this means a lot to a customer like me.

On August 17th, within six hours of driving, our oil had completely depleted. We were running on essentially no oil, almost stranding us. We were able to make it to another Jiffy Lube in Harrison, Oregon. The mechanics there were horrified by the poor service done in Nampa and strongly suggested we push for a refund, they were more concerned at the fact that the car was running on pretty much very little to no oil that it could've caused major engine problems and at least two of their mechanics told me that the engine could've blown up. They told us that the mechanic at this location put on the O-ring on dry causing holes, and therefore our oil leaking all over the undercarriage of our car. As soon as our car pulled in, we left a huge trail and pools of oil as soon as that undercarriage was unscrewed. They even offered to escalate the issue themselves, stating they would testify to the poor work or push corporate to ensure we get our money back. We have attempted to resolve this with the Nampa location, and after being promised a refund over a month ago, we have received nothing. Furthermore, when the Harrison location contacted the Nampa branch, the personnel representative laughed and said they would not be paying back the cost of the oil. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of safety is unacceptable. We were offered a free oil change, but the fact that we've had to push this far to get any results and yet we're still awaiting a refund has made us question their reputation.

Went Saturday to get my tires rotated and balanced cuz I got that package when I got the tires a…read moreyear ago. Got there about 6, it was done about 7:30 which wasn't bad for how many cars they had to deal with that late in the day. And they may have rotated the tires, but I'm not sure how they don't take 5 seconds to check the pressures. Noticed they seemed low after I got to Portland on Sunday, and maybe the colder temps didn't help, but for my tires to be like 10-15 lbs low for the cold pressures means they can't have even checked. Amazed I got the gas mileage I got on the way to Portland!

These guys took their job seriously, went through their checklists verbally, and communicated with me the whole time. The used both whitten and digital checklists to get through the different tasks, and did it with enthusiasm. Which is such a rare thing these days.
