I arrived at my appointed time and was greeted by the front desk associate. I wanted to leave after her poor treatment of me. She told me about the 15 minute arrival time and I explained but she said they have to tell everyone that. Cool, but there was nothing I could do about it at that time. She was snooty and gave me the side eye when I glanced at my phone. Granted, it is difficult to communicate these days with masks on, but I felt she was frustrated with me by making her repeat herself on a few questions. Had I not had a more pleasant experience after this, I would not return. BTW the only paperwork was a one pager that took 30 seconds to complete. Dr. Meleski and her medical assistant were super nice and I absolutely appreciated their kindness.

Only two doctors in this office. It's very clean and everyone is nice, professional and customer-oriented. The office is very clean. Certainly no complaints in this area. The receptionist greets your quickly and professionally. We were seen almost immediately (2-3 minutes). The nurse is also pleasant and nice. She is efficient, knowledgeable and quick. My wife had blood drawn quickly and easily which is rare. There are usually some kind of issues but NOPE. Not with this nurse. She was attentive and funny. Dr. Meleski seems to be busy. She is not as personable as some doctors I've had but, she gets the job done. Overall, we are satisfied.

Pregnant girl who took me back to the room (MA) super sweet.

I was researching doctor's near the Northwest area where I reside and found these wonderful folks…read more As you may notice there are a lot of doctor's to choose from here. Most have the name Dr.Dusseau, so don't be thrown off by this because as you guessed it is a family of doctor's. You have Paul Dusseau which is the father and his two sons, Steven and Joseph. Then you have the options of Dr. Blosser, Dr. Long, Dr. Waterfield, Dr. Roland, Dr. Wilt and Dr. Winzenread. Choosing the right doctor is important but if your a new patient like me, you will want to check which doctor will accept your insurance. I went with Dr. Steven Dusseau in the end because he accepted my insurance right away and was very easy to work with. Why would I choose a young doctor? I had an old doctor before and believed his practice was not that great because he was not keeping up with current medical practices. I also started a talk thread a while ago to get an idea of what kind of doctors people are seeing these days to get an idea of who I wanted to go with. Today, Dr. Steven Dusseau managed to tell me what he thinks I may have and also tested me further to see what other issues I may have going on. I don't think I would have ever had this from my previous doctor and not a great explanation of how my muscles could be experiencing so much pain. Plus this doctor also got to know me today which is also very important to me as a new patient. I feel confident in saying that Steven is a great doctor and following his father's footsteps was a great choice.

I really don't understand practices that don't like self-pay patients because they don't have to fight with insurance or their patients to get paid!

The entire staff is caring, compassionate, and treat their patients with respect and dignity. I recently had a condition where it was necessary to be seen ASAP - the office staff did their magic and I had an appointment the next day! I've seen all the doctors, nurses, and CNP's and have had nothing but positive experiences. Last month I had a horrible experience with a specialist - I was rushed through and he gave "rudeness" a new name. I was so grateful to follow up with REFM - Dr. Bloor listened and made sure any questions were answered before I left. Dr. Weiss is my PCP and provides excellent care and counsel. Also, I have always had a nice office experience and good staff interactions. The only negatives I could think of would be the walls between rooms are kind of thin. You cannot really hear conversations or make out what is being said, but you can still hear people next door. The only other thing is that office scale. The scale and I have different opinions on how much I weigh, but it is probably right. The office and facilities are always clean, and there is plenty of parking in the shared lot.
