Their presence makes this World a better place because they're in it. All of the nurses and techs are excellent at what they do. They put my mind at ease. Dr. Boyle is my doctor. He took excellent care of my aging Mom until she died. He took me on as a patient I believe three years ago. He is engaging, friendly and personable. I'm especially Impressed that he calls me with my test results. Lately, I've needed many referrals and refills of medication. He always responds in a timely manner.

But because of her delay, I had to start driving to work. When she finally joined, and despite me saying "One second I'm pulling over right now", she immediately said we couldn't proceed because I was driving, ignored me, and abruptly ended the call within 10 seconds of joining - with 0 patience or willing to listen or care. It was very hurtful. When I reached out via message to ask what just happened and that I am pulled over now and ready, she responded by terminating me as a patient via letter. Her attitude throughout was condescending, rude, and disrespectful. This is not how healthcare professionals should treat patients, and I would not recommend her to anyone seeking any shred of empathy or care from a provider.

I've always been about taking care of me until I didn't. Being my moms caregiver was extremely hard. She passed on July 9, 2025. Prior to that I had my own health issues and always tried to make my appointment but ended up canceling, missing or rescheduling because of my mom. My doctor for some years left and I ended up with a male doctor who I seen once maybe twice and then I get a letter saying I was basically fired and had to find not a new doctor but go to a whole new Ohio Health for care because I missed and canceled to many appointments. Between my health, my moms emergency calls every other day which was 1 hour away, I had to be there for her. Ohio Health Pickerington never asked about me and what I was going through. My original doctor would and even call to check up on me but she left and I had no notice. So the new team didn't know me and instead kicked me out. I'm still with Ohio Health but a different location. I'll soon be able to have my medications renewed. Its been 2 weeks and they gave me a month but during that time my mom passed and I just didn't remember the deadline to make other arrangements for a new doctor and location. I write this because I had no where else to express how hurt I was to be going through dealing with my mom and then being let go from a whole primary care program. This hurts more then my mom passing. Its was so unexpected and I never had the opportunity to talk and get back on track with caring for me. ​I love Ohio Health but try reaching out more to your patients when they are new. I kept getting different providers with my tele visits and felt like I continuously had to answer the same questions every other time I'd have my virtual visits, specifically, my bloodwork. I wanted to give the Gameday Reynoldsburg a try. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt at home and liked I belonged on their team. Each and every person I interacted with made me feel comfortable and very welcome. Everyone had great synergy and showed much passion to be there - which is rare this day in age. The office staff were extremely pleasant to speak with and help answer any questions I had. I happened speak briefly with the Ryan the owner, and he said I could get my lab work done, hang out in the locker room/waiting room and wait for my results and get a plan and start treatment. My mind was instantly blown! I have not been to any other facility where I can get my results in less than 15 minutes then start treatment same day. I did bring my past blood results just in case so I could speak with the provider about. Mike, the NP, was extremely informative as to what's happening and the why and made me feel like I was the most important person he was seeing all day. He instilled in me confidence and a tailored plan that I have not experienced with any other provider I have been to. Also, I was playing basketball at church recently and reinjured an old injury from college. Mike walked me through the process of shockwave therapy and how it will help relieve pain in my shoulder. I went ahead and signed up for this today as well and looking forward to getting back to my more youthful days.
