Chris from billing advised she was told by the CEO MK Wright to charge payments on accounts with balances? That is FRAUD and i genuinely don't think you all understand that. Me saving my card on file for ease of payments, does not authorize you to take payments for any amount whenever you want, since i have a balance. that is not only fraud, that is illegal. I will be reporting this to the Ohio Medical Board as well as an official complaint, as this is completely illegal and fraudulent. You can have MK Wright call me back, since apparently she is the one "authorizing" her employees to run cards for amounts she picks whenever she wants. That is NOT legal and is the literal definition of fraud. The payment that you tried to take, has been reported as fraud, and I no longer wish to work with your office due to MK Wright, your CEO and her ridiculous "processes". I have been going to Serenity for therapy since 2019 and have NEVER not once had anything sent to collections and have always paid my balance in full. There has never been any issues with me paying my balance, and me taking 2-3 weeks to reply is not IGNORING Serenity Billing, I have a life and a child and as i stated, my balance is ALWAYS PAID. I have had issues in the past, confirmed and documented within my texts with my personal therapist, that MK Wright likes to try to push payments through without asking clients, and it has happened to me before. Thankfully that time, my HSA card rejected the transaction but I have multiple emails and proof showing where Serenity (Billing and or MK WRIGHT) has tried to run my card without my explicit permission. I'm not too sure why you, MK, think that you can give your employees permission to run a card that does not belong to you, but I can assure you that is illegal and fraudulent and I will be escalating this however it needs to be escalated, to make sure that this doesn't happen to anyone else that maybe can't afford for you to be running cards for random amounts without any permission.

I've gone from seeing him on a weekly basis to seeing him once a month! I truly don't know where I'd be without him. Dr. Solis has been really helpful at finding the right medications for me, and helps me manage them well! My only complaint is that sometimes I run out of refills at my pharmacy but she had already put them in. I'm unsure if that's just a technical difficulty or not.

Our 2nd appointment the counselor came out 15 minutes late, never even acknowledged the fact that she was late and promptly brought him back out at 11 o'clock. 10 minutes into his appointment I step into the hallway to take a phone call and I see his counselor leaving the kitchen with a cup of coffee!! After the appointment my teenage son comes out with a piece of paper she had him draw a picture of how he feels. She printed off a sheet of paper from the computer from 2017 that talks about mindfulness meditation. He told me she did not talk much and he had to produce most of the conversation. He told me he didn't want to be mean but he thinks this is a complete waste of time. Upon learning all of these things I called the office to express my concern. The administrator talked to the counselor and the counselor completely made up a lie and said that she kept my son 15 minutes passed the appointment since she was late. That is completely false. I know this because after her being late then seeing her in the hallway during his appointment I decided to check my watch to see what time he came back. 11:02. Also her office was down the hall from the waiting room I was in. He had to close the appointment walk out of her office, out of that waiting room, down the hall and into the sitting area I was in. She did not come get me at the end of the appointment to see if I had any questions or concerns or even if I wanted to reschedule. She lazily sent me an email asking when the next time we can schedule. 2 weeks prior to this appointment I had to call and reschedule an appointment I had due to financial reasons. I did not want to cancel the appointment I was simply requesting to or move it 2 days later. I understand policy is policy and they charge $75 if you do not cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to your riginal scheduled appointment. She Charged me That day for $75. I found out today the reason in the computer for my cancelation was I "overslept my alarm". That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my entire life!! First of all I have 3 children, all of which are in school. No way am I actually in bed at 11 o'clock in the morning, certainly not over sleeping my alarm. That kind of thing has not happened to me since I was 17!! I have never written a bad review on a company. I am so incredibly frustrated with my experience here. Absolute lies coming from professionals. Drew puts a timer on her clients and just tries to rake every single dollar she can get out of you. Stay away from Drew, she only sees dollar signs and certainly her quality of work is not $140 per hour!!

I was fortunate enough to see this during my visit to Basecamp Recovery Center. Basecamp utilizes medication (MAT) and a team approach to help patients struggling with addiction. Assessments are done right away and walk-ins are welcomed. Patients will see a doctor the same day and get medication if they need it. Patients are also enrolled in groups, individual counseling and receive case management services. I would have no hesitation referring anyone to this agency, whether it be my own clients or friends and family!

Alyson Jurcenko was my primary physical therapist and put together a multi-faceted program that addressed every issue I had, including new ones that presented while I was working on my original issues. PT Ashley and PT Trey also worked with me and were also excellent. Austin, the office administrator/coordinator, kept my schedule of appointments on track and kept the office functioning in good order. A frequent question the PT's ask is about pain level on a scale of 1-10.
