She LISTENED when nobody else would. She CARED more than anyone in my life cared. She made phone calls to her colleagues trying to figure out what was wrong with me. I had just been in a Domestic Violent Relationship and my speech was racing. She didn't try to force inject me with harmful drugs that made me catatonic like they did over at One Health in Grandview. (That was Dr Holly Schweitzer). The type of care you will receive from Holistic Wellness Solutions should be better than it was before! The staff is working hard to take care of your needs. They learned from one of the BEST! Alicja Matusiak from Poland! She and her family know quite a bit about trauma! Love u all!

They told me iI was covered by insurance so I accepted treatment and for 3 weeks paid the copays that they told me I would owe. I brought my teenage son to this counseling center because he had expressed suicidal thoughts. We…read morehave no health insurance we are self pay and pay cash 100% in full for every medical expense. After paying an initial $170 for the assessment we were assigned to a counselor. Our 2nd appointment the counselor came out 15 minutes late, never even acknowledged the fact that she was late and promptly brought him back out at 11 o'clock. 10 minutes into his appointment I step into the hallway to take a phone call and I see his counselor leaving the kitchen with a cup of coffee!! After the appointment my teenage son comes out with a piece of paper she had him draw a picture of how he feels. She printed off a sheet of paper from the computer from 2017 that talks about mindfulness meditation. He told me she did not talk much and he had to produce most of the conversation. He told me he didn't want to be mean but he thinks this is a complete waste of time. Upon learning all of these things I called the office to express my concern. The administrator talked to the counselor and the counselor completely made up a lie and said that she kept my son 15 minutes passed the appointment since she was late. That is completely false. I know this because after her being late then seeing her in the hallway during his appointment I decided to check my watch to see what time he came back. 11:02. Also her office was down the hall from the waiting room I was in. He had to close the appointment walk out of her office, out of that waiting room, down the hall and into the sitting area I was in. She did not come get me at the end of the appointment to see if I had any questions or concerns or even if I wanted to reschedule. She lazily sent me an email asking when the next time we can schedule. 2 weeks prior to this appointment I had to call and reschedule an appointment I had due to financial reasons. I did not want to cancel the appointment I was simply requesting to or move it 2 days later. I understand policy is policy and they charge $75 if you do not cancel or reschedule 48 hours prior to your riginal scheduled appointment. She Charged me That day for $75. I found out today the reason in the computer for my cancelation was I "overslept my alarm". That is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard in my entire life!! First of all I have 3 children, all of which are in school. No way am I actually in bed at 11 o'clock in the morning, certainly not over sleeping my alarm. That kind of thing has not happened to me since I was 17!! I have never written a bad review on a company. I am so incredibly frustrated with my experience here. Absolute lies coming from professionals. Drew puts a timer on her clients and just tries to rake every single dollar she can get out of you. Stay away from Drew, she only sees dollar signs and certainly her quality of work is not $140 per hour!!

The Outpatient Rehab Center is located within Martha Morehouse. My physical therapist, Jennifer F…read more was helpful in pin-pointing the source of my back/leg pain. And she showed me some exercises that I think were useful in strengthening my core. The receptionists are relatively kind and the therapists seem really nice (although my therapist was usually late to start our appointments). After the first few visits, though, I didn't find it very useful. And my pain never went away. I should warn, I'm not a big believer in the utility of physical therapy so if you are, you should take my review with a grain of salt. I've had quite a few experiences with physical therapy and I feel like it is limited in how much improvement it can bring to your pain/relief. OSU health centers offers financial assistance for physical therapy, so that's exciting. Parking is easy and free. Finding this particular center from the garage is a pain, though.
