We were placed with Pamela Crumbaugh for our couples/pre-marital counseling sessions. We went for 8 sessions and looking back now I cringe that I ever put up with the treatment of this woman. She literally would come to the waiting room to call us back, but instead would only say my fiancé's name completely NOT even acknowledging my existence. She continued this into our sessions, hyper-focused on him--it was almost as if I wasn't there and she made me feel like I didn't matter. She continued this throughout our season there. I still can't get over her coming out to the waiting room week after week and specifically only saying his name to call us back. So ridiculous and unprofessional. I'm confident she didn't even know my name, or care to know it! Maybe the other counselors are professional, but our experience with this particular one was horrific! Definitely NOT a fan!

The BHTs act bothered when you ask for basic hygiene supplies like feminine hygiene products or new towels. The food is subpar and lacks flavor. Upon discharge the nurse neglected to give me my discharge papers including my return to work note. And it was like pulling teeth to get them to send me the note via email. The only thing this place has going for it is that the support staff are excellent. The janitors and therapists and group leaders are amazing.

We followed up with them multiple times and were even reprimanded by one of their admissions coordinators for doing so. To this day they haven't responded to us. People as desperate as we are to get help deserve better. Don't waste your time with Talbot there are other sources in town who actually care about people in need of treatment.

And she showed me some exercises that I think were useful in strengthening my core. The receptionists are relatively kind and the therapists seem really nice (although my therapist was usually late to start our appointments). After the first few visits, though, I didn't find it very useful. And my pain never went away. I should warn, I'm not a big believer in the utility of physical therapy so if you are, you should take my review with a grain of salt. I've had quite a few experiences with physical therapy and I feel like it is limited in how much improvement it can bring to your pain/relief. OSU health centers offers financial assistance for physical therapy, so that's exciting. Parking is easy and free. Finding this particular center from the garage is a pain, though.

I'm 32 and finally decided to come to therapy to tale care of my mental health and she has helped me with so much all ready. The place is so clean they do offer water and coffee. They do follow covid_19 rules and regulations. They have these speakers in the hallway that plays smoothing sounds as a extra precautions to know that what you talk about in your session is kept private Because the rooms are so close. He will, rather than let you know there's an issue with insurance so you can cut back on sessions or make other arrangements, wait until the last minute and immediately charge you the full amount. It's a shame, as this would be otherwise a great place. As it is I cannot recommend that anyone looking for help go here.
