We arrived here after a day of traveling in the car. My three boys were excited to get in the…read morehotel. The view from our room was fabulous; we relaxed on the beds and watched TV. (By the way, the TVs have prime video, Netflix, YouTube, and live TV. You need to sign in to use Netflix and Prime, but you can access YouTube via guest mode.) After we slept, we ate breakfast. The hotel has a very full selection of food choices, like cereal, yogurt, waffles, muffins, eggs, sausage, and bagels, to name a few. There were two attendants working hard to keep breakfast running smoothly. The hotel has a small exercise room and a tiny pool, as well as an outdoor patio with the best view from a hotel that we have ever seen. About the gym: there are 2 elliptical machines, 3 treadmills, a bench, free weights, and a yoga ball. Pros: -The gym overlooks the view from the patio. -The cardio machines have a small selection of popular cable channels, including ESPN, History, HGTV, and Fox News. Cons: -Weights include 5, 8, 10, 20, etc. pound weights, but no 15. -Elliptical machines are super noisy and unpleasant to use. One of the reviews for this place said that checkout was rough, but checkout for us was smooth and quick. This hotel is highly recommended.

Some parts of our stay were good, but the bathroom in our room was a major issue. The toilet was…read moreextremely low, the water level was very low, and the room clearly wasn't cleaned properly. There was a dirty tampon and dirty Q‑tips left in the trash, which should never happen. The bathtub was also dangerously slippery, and with only one grab bar, it didn't feel safe at all. Another grab bar is definitely needed. While the hotel itself had some nice features and the staff was friendly, the bathroom conditions really took away from the experience. Cleanliness and safety need serious improvement.

Was in this town on a getaway with some good friends unplugging and relaxing, and was my first time…read morein Ohio. Stopped by this branch to break some large bills into some change so we could play cards. Myself and one of my friends walked in to do this simple task. My friend went first and explained what he wanted. She asked for his driver's license and proceeded to work the transaction. Another teller was there and she came from the drive threw area (behind the desk area we were standing at). She asked what I needed and explained I just wanted to break two twenties into change and handed it to her. She asked for my ID, so I instinctively gave her my Retired Military ID. She got to her computer and asked what my zip code was. I provided the info to her. She then asked if I had an account, to which I answered no. I've never needed an account for change at any other bank I've gone to. She then stated that I required an account to complete the transaction, I'm sure I gave her a very puzzled look. She gave me my cash and ID back and asked who was next. This only leaves me to believe a couple of things, since the teller completed my friend's request he had no account at this bank and he's from a different state as well. She either saw my zip code came up as a Califonia zip code and decided not to help me, or because of my beard and darker than the rest of the town's complexion. The bank was clean and well-lit with the normal ambiance you'd expect from such an establishment, minus the awkward stares from employees inside offices.

When you check in they charge you for renting a safe in the room and indicate you can have the charge removed when you leave. Then when you attempt to have the charge removed while checking out they tell you the system isn't working and they will fax a request to have you refunded through the corporate office. Then later when you call the corporate office they will have no record of your stay and the corporate office tells you to call the local motel. Then the motel tells you they will offer you a discount on your next stay. SMDH Buyer BEWARE. These folks are small time hoods! I imagine the profits they rack up taking 3 bucks from each room each night add up to a nice sum every month. Not to mention all the migrant works screwing loudly in the adjoining rooms throughout the evening.

When running AC the air got damp to the point our feet left behind trails on the wood floor. No mini fridge even though it was in the photos. Water pressures a joke. Some flying bugs in the room. Towels stiff and a couple stained even though they reek of bleach. You can hear everyone especially closing their doors. Area is behind another hotel so less road noise but area and people super sketchy. Good: friendly staff, Ice machine worked and have vending machines. Tv worked Spend more money elsewhere especially if in town for a concert or football game as they raise the price accordingly.
