Once he was done, he took the time to explain some simple things I could be doing to preserve the life of the crazy-expensive Jet aerator. He clearly knew his job and how to tactfully explain that the septic system is not a maintenance-free hole in the ground - it requires a little attention from the homeowner. No one ha ever taken the time to explain that to me. Great job, Jarrod, and congrats to Chuck's for hiring such good employees.

It even says that in the notes of my receipt. Well then we got a request for the city to send our service agreement. The city wanted $60 and they just did this but they did not care. Kept insisting that the inspection is a different service than just coming out and checking that it was ok. Looks like we will use a new company in the future for sanitation needs and pay the city $60 for their visual inspection.

I was quoted $450 on the phone, charged $650. This was on 9/3/26. By 9/28/26 my tank had filled again so figured a jet was needed. Called Ericson back, next day service. The techs figured the out pipe was where the jet was needed. The hose only went in 6 feet then hit a "blockage." Nothing more they could do, no jet. Charged $350 for a jet. They offered to drain the septic again for another $650 but would not fix the issue. Dug ourselves that evening and found out the techs were hitting a T junction, not blockage. My issue with the service is the techs called the owner who said they had spent too much time on a $650 clean out and needed to leave. In one month, I've spent $1,000 with them, have the same issue I started with and been told my job isn't worth the time.
