I usually do it myself but I wanted to try a service so I took him here. I was a bit nervous at first because he's never been professionally groomed before but the girls did not disappoint!! He looked AMAZING!! Like a brand new doggie super clean and with a brand new coat in. The girls did tell me he was a bit difficult but I appreciate their hard work and determination! It was a little pricey but I know he's a lot of work so it makes sense. They gave him a bath, ear cleaning, nail trim, and the deshedding. I added a flea treatment that was $10 extra so the total was $140. Overall I think he looks amazing and will be returning!

The lady greeted me with the company name and I asked if there was any bookings for this Saturday and she said they were booked for the morning but 3pm-8pm was fully open. I asked for 3pm and she said great but asked if i could text the number i called with the date and time we had agreed on because she was driving, so I did that. Then comes saturday and I walk into the shop a few minutes before my appointment time and the groomer who was there asked what I was there for, he had completed my pets services before and I never had a problem with the experience by the way, but I told him I had an appointment and he said with who and I told him I wasn't sure I didn't ask her name and he just told in a passive aggressive way that I'd have to contact the groomer I talked to her (Cassie, he asked if that was her name so I assume he knew who) that he has no idea where she is and she's always showing up late so I should try calling her. Very unprofessional on both of their behalf because I texted the number she had me sent the date and time to and she never answered, i waited with my pet in the parking lot for 10 minutes and she never showed. Unprofessional on his end because at the end of the day he works for the business not me so why should i be the one contacting your coworker if you don't know where she is then why would I know? Also not once did he apologize on her behalf which I know he isn't required to but if someone I work with was making my business look unprofessional and unorganized than I would be embarrassed and immediately apologize for the sake of how the company would look. Don't plan on booking here anymore.

I made an appointment today to actually get my fluffier husky done by one of the groomers because she needed some deep help with her undercoat. The groomers name was Kaitlyn who did her and she did a great job. Very friendly, got Skye's undercoat out, and gave me a recommendation for which brush I should buy for inbetween grooms. This is definitely a great place and I highly recommend it for a professional groom or a self wash!
