Felt like that scene in the movie Old School where Will Ferrell is at the house party carrying a couple soda cans and a couple of the kids are daring him to chug. He tells them he promised his wife he wouldn't drink but then caves in after some peer pressure and chugs down that beer and goes "do this again! once it hits your lips, it so good!". That's been me since trying those magnificent tacos. Right away it didn't take me long to find what I wanted. You know I went for the quesabirria combo plate. I had to have me that dip and the exquisite tacos. They got em out in about 15 minutes bringing them directly to my car. I was so excited to try them I only made it across the street parking at the Panera so I could dig right it. I should've waited til I at least had a table to sit at cuz man that was messy but oh so good. The amount of cheese and meat combined with all the fixings, some lime juice, and of course a couple dips with each bite of the consume. It was heavenly. I'm glad I had a rather large collection of fast food napkins in my car with me. I really enjoyed the presentation of the tacos. Not to mention the chill vibes of the staff. They understood it was my first time and they helped me find what I was looking for. I'll gladly be back for more of those quesabirrias cuz omg they are so freaking good!

The meat was very fresh, tender and seasoned just right, including a light teriyaki saute. We ordered a take home box of the steak which they prepared right away. I want to go back for another order of the steak and also try their other menu items. The crew were friendly and the cook area was clean and organized. I recommend this truck to everyone! It's some prime real estate to do just that. Always friendly, if you're a frequent flyer they remember you and your order. Only once was my order incorrect, and I wasn't even mad about it. We headed down bridge and made a right into what looked like a bunch of garage doors like an auto shop was there during the day. Lit up is a Red food trailer setup for business. I'm not really a fan of hot Cheetos so I ordered a California burrito. Paid about $13 for it tipped $2 so $15 for this forearm size burrito! Took about four bites thought it was amazing! packed the rest for home and said bye to the bros. Got home scarfed the rest and crashed out. I remember the steak being well seasoned it having just enough kick and the fires being really crispy. The next morning I found the receipt in my pants and saved it thinking I'd go again since my wife just started summer break. I WANTED TO TRY THAT HOT CHEETO BURRITO!!! I told my wife about it and of course she'd always game for something new to try. We go back on Thursday when they open but they weren't in the parking lot and the Auto shop was open for business. cars were everywhere up front they were doing some work! We gave them a call and they said noon is when they open. Floating schedules is just the way mobile food is ya can't argue with it especially when it comes to opening so I totally understand. We take a cruise to coors from Bridge and head north to the smiths. We cruise there for a bit pick up some stuff for Mother's Day and headed back to wait on the back side of the auto shop across from the church. Waited till a bit till noon and took a cruise to see if we could see them and we did... YES!!! we flipped a you know what and followed them to there spot. We parked in the empty lot on the back side of the RED trailer. Waited for an about 20 min then walked over to the menu side to check it out. I already know I'm getting the hot Cheeto burrito and my wife quickly decides on the steak fries. The hood pops up and the man working takes our order. He says about 15-20 mins which is understandable he needs to preheat the fryers, flattop(s) etc. we head back and wait about 15 mins as others pull up and order we pay and head to our car with the loot! Pic should tell you what this looked like because I wasn't not worried about appearances. I dove right in the first thing I notice and was not expecting was the mixture of hot Cheeto dust and nacho cheese. Holy Moly!!! That was the star of the show!! The fries sopped up the cheese, gauc, and held the integrity of the burrito. This bad boy was saucey! Moral of the story... I'm and addict now! I'm already planning on going back since I convinced more guys from work to accompany me tonight after we get out. See you soon!

The quesadillas are especially delicious with melted mozzarella cheese on their large corn tortillas, your choice of meat (my favorite is their suadero), and topped with lettuce, sour cream, and cotija cheese. They're usually set up sometime between 6 and 7pm, but sometimes they're not there, so it's always a gamble to head over to see whether they're out or not (definitely worth it though!). Since there was only one other table with a couple dining in, I expected the food to come out fairly quickly. It ended up taking around 15-20 minutes for two pupusas and an order of yucca fries. Unfortunately, the yucca fries were very hard and cold and didn't seem fully cooked. The chicharron were nice and crispy and not to fatty. The yucca fries didn't have much flavor so once I got home, I ended up throwing them away. The pupusas, however, were delicious! I tried the mixed and beef asada with cheese, and both tasted fresh and were very filling. The portions were generous, and the prices were reasonable. Pupusas are about $5 ea and yucca fries with chicharron was $4.5. Next time, I'll definitely stick with the pupusas and probably order by phone ahead of time to avoid the wait. One thing I would love to see is some New Mexican-inspired flavors with green chile--adding that local twist would really take the menu to the next level for me!
