At the pay area, there was no one manning it so I just got out of my car and started pushing selection. By the time I was paying someone came out to basically release the receipt and hand it to me. No biggie. Drove to the entrance and someone was there as I was having trouble getting to neutral (I don't use it often really, if at all). Seamless experience on the wash. That is until the end, I wasn't sure when to switch to drive so just kept an eye out on the signage & when car was released from the conveyor belt. The vacuum, drying area was a bit of a conundrum - with this being my first visit. There were 2 spaces available. So your luck and timing just pretty much had to be just right to secure a spot. Person to our left was busy scrubbing their matts and looks like they brought 3-4 gallons of water. They were pretty aggressive on scrubbing and splashed some soapy water on our area and driver side. It was very soapy. But the hero of the day, the free clean towels available to wipe the car. Noticed the car wash wasn't great tho, lots of spots still stuck to the car. Considering that I paid $16 so what can I really complain about. We spent about 20 min drying the outside and using our own car wipes for the inside. The free Vacuum worked well. At this point noticed a couple of cars were waiting for an opening and a huge suv drove and parked in front of an already waiting sedan. Wow, the audacity of some people extends to car wash drying was just either laughable or downright low. Overall it was ok experience. One star off because of the wait for drying area (not really me but seeing all the cars waiting for an opening). Another star off because I felt our car wash not fully clean - but debatable if we opted for the $19 wash. Their bonus was the free clean towels to use afterwards. And by the way, when we were pulling out, three more cars were waiting and the neighbor washing his matts was still busy doing whatever. I'm pretty sure he was there at the very least an hour, totally hogging the space. Unfortunately no photos were taken at this visit. Kind of on the fence on coming back, but will probably try one more time, and do the $19 wash.

They told me there were 3 different prices to choose from. I selected $19 one and she took care of everything; pushing buttons and whatnot. It is a self service lot, so the car ports were all full. I saw people bring their own cleaning supplies and utilized the car ports to detail their vehicle. I didnt want to wait for a spot to open so I left. I thought it was painless and easy to understand. The only part that kinda gave me anxiety was at the end. It didnt really tell me when to put my car back in Drive, but I put it in drive as soon as the last machine went passed my visualization and felt a bump. If I were to add a suggestion, give us a sign when to out the car back in Drive.

I then asked whether they noticed anything unusual while cleaning the vehicle, and again received the same response. I understand they are not a repair shop, but I expected more concern and professionalism regarding a safety-related issue that appeared while the vehicle was in their care. I would recommend others use caution when bringing their vehicles here, as the staff may not be helpful if an issue arises during service.

Usually, the employee offers 2 dash wipes, and I noticed they have different sizes? Maybe they switched, but I hope they do their discount again. Although I don't think it would apply to me anymore since I'm not a first-time customer anymore. The steering wheel kind of moves when you first get onto the belt, and I get worried that my car wash won't be fully touchless sometimes. Last time, the brushes sort of touched the right side of my car, but they did look clean. The exit of the tunnel is kind of black, but can't be sure if it's dust or mold. It's not as bad as some other car washes, but I hope they do clean it, since it is not good for customers and employees alike.

The building looks like it's survived several natural disasters and a zombie uprising. When I went inside to pay, I half-expected to find a barter system in place. The "convenience store" shelves were mostly empty except for some dusty car accessories and a couple of energy drinks from a brand that probably went bankrupt before Y2K. That being said, you don't see many places like this anymore -- where actual human beings dry off your car by hand. For that alone, Fairway earns major points. The whole service ran me about $27 (as of October 2025), which feels fair considering the effort. If you roll up when it's busy, you might as well settle in -- there are only a couple of guys out there doing all the drying, and they look like they've been fighting the good fight for a while. despite all that, they did a great job on my car. It came out clean, shiny, and streak-free, which is all I really wanted. So yeah, it might look like civilization collapsed here years ago, but somehow they're still out there making cars look fresh off the lot. Respect.

I usually wash my car myself because I actually like detailing my car, using clay, compound, polishing, waxing, etc. This car wash is easily the best one I've been to. The wash itself is super delicate with the car, it doesn't spin super crazy or aggressive and it seems to get rid of dirt and spots if your car is dirty. The drying process is probably the best I've seen too, hardly any water is left over at the end. Right when you're done, which only takes maybe 2 minutes, you can immediately park and blow air to get rid of extra water inside your doors and in the back of the car exterior. You can also vacuum your carpets and clean with the lightly damped towels. The towels leave NO STREAKS which is amazing. The car wash is almost perfect, but not completely so doing a quick clean with the towels is very nice. You can even put your car mats on a clip they have so you can take it out of the car and clean in thoroughly. In all, your car and interior can be completely clean in under 10 minutes and since I come here like once a week, I barely have to maintain my car as it stays super clean. The best part is the car wash comes with a wax seal even on the lowest tier so it protects your clear coat and keeps you car shiny for longer. Amazing car wash and absolutely worth it if you get the monthly especially with a promotional price. I would say even for $20 it's still worth it. You could come here 6 times a month and only pay ~$3.3 a wash. The only thing I don't like it people coming in through the exit and abusing the complimentary vacuum, towels and air gun for free when it's obvious they didn't wash their car, but that's not the business's fault entirely. I saw lot of Mercedes and BMWs here so that also made me feel a little more comfortable. On few occasions they missed some minor spots on my car which is expected, but overall experience has been good. It's about $15 for a regular hand car wash, which includes vacuuming the inside, hand wash exterior, and tire dressing. I think it's about $3 more for SUVs and trucks. Don't forget to get the punch card. After 10 washes, you get the 11th wash for free. That reminds me, I think I'm almost there.
