I've had treatment done in the past and it was through Kaiser NoCal so when I came here to my surprise my plan also helped cover some sessions here. However, if you do not health insurance does cover these kinds of specialty services, Dr. Won can let you know of the per session cost. I don't think it was anything outrageous though. He was also able to check if I was eligible to be covered pretty quick (in a few minutes or less at the beginning of our first session - and I was eternally grateful). He not only provided traditional acupuncture and cupping (not fire cupping FYI, it was suction based) for me that I was used to, but also added in some new therapies like electrostimulation, ultrasound, and red light therapy. Also added bonus since I came in with a tight back and shoulders that really added to my wrist and finger pains he also taught me some exercises to help loosen up the tension! Also, if you are a little nervous about needles like I have been I thought he was pretty gentle when placing them on the necessary points for your treatment plan! I am super grateful and when I'm back in town I plan to schedule another appointment with him - which is quick and easy to do! My first appointment I scheduled via Yelp and then from there I got his contact information to make appointments directly. Thanks again, Dr. Won and see you next time!

After just one treatment, I was able to sleep on my right side again--the side affected by shingles--which I hadn't been able to do due to pain. My pain level dropped significantly. Please remember that everyone has a different response to the treatment, my body just happened to respond quickly in my opinion. Dr. Fu is very professional, knowledgeable, and attentive. My primary doctor mentioned that painkillers could help but warned they are highly addictive, so I decided to look for alternative treatment options. I'm so glad I found Dr. Fu. Although the practice does not accept insurance, the care and results are absolutely worth it. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking effective alternative medical care, especially for chronic pain.

This year, I had a severe eczema flare up that didn't respond well to the typical steroid treatment that dermatologists tend to prescribe (both oral and topical). I knew I had to go back to Dr. Fu! He prescribed some herbal medicine and within 3 sessions of this acupuncture + herbal medicine combo, my flare up calmed down by a lot. I will be sure to continue my treatments and herbal medicine prescriptions. From my experience, I can see why folks might describe Eastern Medicine and acupuncture are "slower" treatments, but the main benefit is that you're getting to the root of the issue, rather than just slapping a bandaid on your pain or discomfort. It's an investment, but your health is worth it! Dr. Fu's office will offer you packages with multiple sessions, which makes sense, given that you will need to be diligent about attending your sessions (and taking any prescribed medication) if you want to see good results. Thank you, Dr. Fu, for your expertise and kindness!

Dr. Hung provided a holistic approach by putting the needle on my feet. There are reflex points on feet that connect to organs. I feel so much better after acupuncture and cupping. So after a lot of moving and traveling and driving the truck back-and-forth I can say that Dr. lads is the only person I want to adjust me. Ours can be a little wonky but I promise you it's worth it. If it's been a long time I'll go twice in a week and then usually I'm good for another couple of months.
