Won treated my tendinitis a few years ago, so when I started experiencing shoulder and neck pain recently, he was the first person I thought of. He is a genuinely caring acupuncturist who takes the time to look after his patients. His office is always clean and comfortable, and the calming music he plays during treatments really helps you relax. If you're dealing with any kind of pain, I highly recommend giving Hill Wellness a try. read more

This review is long overdue. When I was in town visiting my sister, I wanted to find someone who was trustworthy and also gave great quality patient care when it came to all things acupuncture. I've had treatment done in the past and it was through Kaiser NoCal so when I came here to my surprise my plan also helped cover some sessions here. However, if you do not health insurance does cover these kinds of specialty services, Dr. Won can let you know of the per session cost. I don't think it was anything outrageous though. He was also able to check if I was eligible to be covered pretty quick (in a few minutes or less at the beginning of our first session - and I was eternally grateful). He not only provided traditional acupuncture and cupping (not fire cupping FYI, it was suction based) for me that I was used to, but also added in some new therapies like electrostimulation, ultrasound, and red light therapy. Also added bonus since I came in with a tight back and shoulders that really added to my wrist and finger pains he also taught me some exercises to help loosen up the tension! Also, if you are a little nervous about needles like I have been I thought he was pretty gentle when placing them on the necessary points for your treatment plan! I am super grateful and when I'm back in town I plan to schedule another appointment with him - which is quick and easy to do! My first appointment I scheduled via Yelp and then from there I got his contact information to make appointments directly. Thanks again, Dr. Won and see you next time! read more

I was referred to Dr. Won after getting into a car accident. He provided treatment for my neck and lower back and it has significantly improved my condition! Scheduling appointments have been very easy and sessions are always punctual. He always asks about my condition and caters that day's session towards any current pain points. Dr. Won is the best! He's always calm, professional, and super friendly. Last year, I hurt my right arm playing golf, and after a few months of acupuncture with Dr. Won, it completely healed. Then a few weeks ago, I hurt my back -- I've been seeing him two or three times a week for acupuncture, cupping, and the massage machine, and now I'm feeling great again! Great acupuncture experience. Dr. Won Park is very attentive and will ask me every session how I'm feeling and if I have any specific concerns since the last session. I came in for my headaches and can happily say they have lessened in intensity. Dr. Won Park also taught me some exercises to help with my neck tension that causes some of the headaches. I would recommend his practice to everyone! read more

Dr. Won was extremely caring and considerate when my spouse and I went in for a session. His demeanor really put us at ease. After 2+ years of care, I stand by my original 5 star review. Results are what you get at Hill Wellness Center!

I have been going to Dr Won Park since summer of 2023. I walked in (barely)... I wasn't walking nor standing straight, electricity up and down my legs and toes constantly. Every morning I woke up, I was in pain and couldn't function. This has been happening since COVID working from home and didn't have a proper ergonomic office chair. After 3 sessions, I was able to straighten up, walk with no pain or electricity, and didn't dread waking up in the morning in pain! Amazing! After 3 years of this pain, Dr. Park fixed me! I haven't stopped going and will not stop coming to him as I am almost at a hundred percent pain-free. He knows the best remedy, and I highly recommend Hill Wellness for your back pain. Thanks Dr Park! read more

An overall wonderful acupuncture experience. Dr. Won is very kind and makes sure you are comfortable, I appreciate the cold pack on the neck and the pillow below the knees. When inserting and removing the needles he is very gentle, which I appreciate. I've had 4 acupuncturists and he is the most gentle. He also caters to your needs that day, he has supporting me in my pregnancy and all that comes along with it. He explained how acupuncture can help with stabilizing a pregnancy which I appreciate. He is also just very kind and relaxing to be around. The office is clean and is spa like. Definitely recommend him! read more

Dr. Won is one of the best acupuncturist I have been to. I have been going once a week, to try and help with my recurring menstrual pain. I experience very debilitating periods almost once a month. I have had 1 cycle since seeing him and I felt so much better this month. This to me is priceless. I'm usually in bed for 3 days with terrible cramps and overall feeling very unwell. He explained to me how cupping and acupuncture helps the flood flow better, which in return allows your body all together, to be better balanced. I am so excited to continue treatments! I feel like I have more energy and always feel so relaxed when I leave the office. Thank you Dr. Won! read more

Won is a wonderful, intuitive holistic healer. He's really friendly and knowledgeable about the body's energy centers. He was able to tell that my lower body ran colder than my upper body, and ways to balance it after our first session! I go to treat TMJ and the occasional headache and neck ache. After one treatment, my jaw pain disappears! I highly recommend this place. There's about 20 minutes of down time for each acupuncture and cupping, and it's a great way to catch up on napping or your meditation practice! read more

I started acupuncture to help my body recover from sleeping incorrectly (I'm a side sleeper that shrugs my shoulders throughout the night which causes tightness in my neck and shoulders) and to recover from physical activity faster and more effectively (I overuse my hips and they get sore from strength training). I didn't know what to expect with acupuncture and whether it would work for me, but I am very grateful that I did, and especially with Dr. Won Park. The whole experience is professional, seamless and the office is well kept. After going to Dr. Park for over 6 months now, my body has never felt better. I've never felt more relaxed and restored than after my visits. An unexpected perk to my visits is that I actually get to rest during your treatment. It's a place of peace and tranquility, which I haven't been able to find anywhere else. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! read more

I got sciatic nerve pain about 2 months ago. I got to go to urgent care for an examination because I could not lay down or sit down. They referred me to an orthopaedic doctor for surgery. I don't trust that kind of surgery, so I tried another way to take care of my problem. Finally, I decided to come to Hill Wellness Acupuncture. After 6 sessions of treatment, my pain is completely gone. The good news is Won, the acupuncturist, was able to charge to my health insurance. I don't pay a dime. I am very grateful that I came to the center avoiding a very complicated surgery. read more

I've been seeing Dr Park for years. Every time I have an injury he's able to relieve pain. It's not like taking a pill and feeling the quick relief of the symptoms but he really gets to the root of the problem. It's a small time commitment for long term solutions. Highly recommended. My wife came to Dr Won shortly after our first born child because she started having sciatica issues. Only one visit of acupuncture and my wife felt immediate relief. While my wife was pregnant with our 2nd child, she started to feel her sciatica come back and Dr Won was able to do a much more minor session of acupuncture but just after a couple visits, my wife felt some relief. I was in a severe car accident and began feeling extreme pressure headaches I had never felt before. The doctors found the trigger point in my neck but after 3 MONTHS of physical therapy at Kaiser and little to no improvement, I thought of Dr Won. I immediately got an appointment and with a few mobility tests with my neck, Dr Won went straight to work. After only 2 weeks (4 acupuncture, cupping, and electric stimulation sessions), my headaches went away. Mind you, these were headaches that would last anywhere from 24-48 hours straight! Dr Won is always courteous and keeps his little 3 room operation clean. I recommend Dr Won to any and everyone looking for pain relief. I would give him 6 stars if I could! read more
