The mall was located pretty much next door to our hotel. It was, well a mall. It was a good place to get out of the heat. The Oglethorpe Mall is rather dated and ran down for the most part. Many of the stores have limited items and employees. The exterior is very dated and the parking lots have tons of potholes. You would think with the addition of the gym, restaurants and apartment complex they would fix these things. read more

I've been coming here since I moved to Savannah back in October 2022, and it's definitely one of my go-to spots in the city. 12-2-24 Came to the mall for the first time as I am new to the area. Surprised and lucky to get a parking space upfront in between the mall entrance and the police station. Wow police station at a mall never saw that before. The mall inside was dead especially since it is Christmas time. I needed to use the restrooms first. The signs direct you all the way to the good court. Once inside the restroom was clean thus the three star review. As for the rest of the mall it is lackluster as well as some empty store fronts. The mall is what you expect in a regional mall outside a city. But this is the only mall in the City of Savannah so surprised by its content and size. Went to Bath and Body Works as well as Victoria Secrets where I made a purchase. Of course they have a kiosk where the lady tries to hard sell you cream. i enjoy this mall! love the fountains and wide selection of stores. only thing is: ‼‼‼DO NOT GO TO TOY'S PLACE‼‼‼ there is one store called "Toy's Place" that sells counterfeit items. i got scammed $23 there. they sell fake blind boxes like sonny angels, labubus, and smiskis. they used the actual boxes and packaging to trick you, but the product itself is counterfeit. i'm not sure whether to report the store or not. the sonny angels i got had their heads detached with their paint cracked or parts not even painted, and probably took a dollar or less to make yet i spent $9.99 on each. they said if i bought two i'd get the 3rd free. my friend and i were super upset. never shopping there again. in the photos, i have a real sonny angel i bought awhile back. i used it to compare the fakes to in the photos. read more

This mall is nice enough but people aren't following the mask rule. So do your best to follow rules, be courteous and wear a mask!!! We didn't spend a lot of time here. I went into express and found a couple things they didn't have online. But we actually came to go to the bubble tea place in the food court (Cha time). People in the food court were ridiculous and I won't be going back until things are safer. Not respecting social distancing, not wearing masks, and I didn't even see sanitizer at the registers. This mall is decent and has a variety of stores. It is all one story and a good mall to get your steps in. The food court has a variety of food choices to pick from! The parking lots around the mall are not the best. Some are really tight and small and filled with a lot of pot holes. Sometimes the entrances can be a little dirty such as filled with leaves or dirt. Other than that this mall has the potential to be great! read more

Store 1375 could use major retraining in CUSTOMER SERVICE because they are too busy doing absolutely nothing standing around near the counter. This mall is nice. It's well lit and clean. The Christmas decor is already up so it puts you in the holiday spirit while shopping. The mall is much larger than it looks for the outside. It has the typical stores--Charlotte Russe, Old Navy, Gap, Aldo, H&M, etc. The food court is a decent size and offers a good variety of options. Oglethorpe Mall was the original mall built in the Savannah area. So the mall is really just a basic shopping location. In the food court there is a small merry go round and in the day time kids can hop aboard a children's sized train that rides around to the front of Old Navy. The food court generally has the same eateries (Chick-fil-A, Cinnabon, Sakura, Subway, just to name a few). Throughout the remainder of the mall there are massage centers, pretzel shops, toys for kids, holiday gift set-ups, and nation chain stores sprinkled throughout. Overall this store deserves a B. The store is children friendly, a good variety of stores with various price points, and the food court remains consistent. Pitfalls, the mall is older and it gets extremely busy during the holidays and on the weekends. read more

This mall has pretty much all you need for your shopping pleasure. There is a nice food court with delicious food options, Starbucks, and most all typical stores you'd find in any mall. Every time I've come here the mall has been clean and well taken care of. The worst part is the parking lot if we are being honest. I've never seen like a ton of kids just hanging around loitering which is always nice and say a lot about the area and mall management/ security. The shape of the mall can get confusing if you get confused easily like myself lol this is definitely where I come on a hot day to get my steps just to relax and people watch. 10/10 would recommend read more

The mall was a great place to stop and kill time while in Savannah. I stopped in about 7 stores and ended up purchasing from two. The first store was Crazy 8. They had a huge sale and I ended up getting my son 5 pieces for $22. The second place was piercing pagoda which I didn't know was owned by Zales, but they ended up having a great selection of body jewelry. They also had a Sister's Cafe. And the cakes were less expensive in the mall than at the Skidaway. I grabbed a slice to bring back to my dad. A lot of the stores had great sales and the staff throughout the mall were very friendly. Iverson it was a good experience. read more

This is just an average mall. I normally come here for the Macy's and Gymboree. It's good that they have eyebrow threading here too, and a Starbucks which is always a necessity for shopping. The parking lot is very crowded by the La Parilla Restaurant mall entrance, which is the easiest to access coming into the mall from Abercorn. The lots by JC Penny and Macy's have significantly more space. There's no wow factor to the mall. It gets the job done, assuming they have what exactly you're looking for. read more

Wasn't impressed or happy with this mall at all. I understand that the Pandemic wiped a lot of businesses out but when you reopen please don't take out your frustrations on the customers. 0 stars , went there to buy shoes , rode there on my bike for leisurely relaxing Sunday. They had ONE bike rack that does not fit most bikes, had to lock my bike on a post nearby because I could not find a way to lock my bike to that rack. After I looked around the few shoe shops they had, which were ok as businesses in and of themselves, I found security hand cut my bike lock. and taken my bike away. managed to get it back but they made no apologies or compensation for the lock, despite the fact that they are perfectly aware of the lack bike racks and of their inability to fit most bikes. Everything else about the mall is baseline standard at best, a place that once saw better years but has long since been just skating by on its proximity to Savannah without caring to improve or innovate or provide better service to its customers. Dont bother shopping there. The shops are standard and just about any other mall can give you a better shopping experience. read more

I decided to have a nice lunch in the food court with my friends at the restaurant Pei Wei Asian Express in the mall. The lady who served our food was extremely nice however the older lady at the computer was very rude. First she forgot my friends egg roll then tried to say he didnt pay for it when he did. Then my other friend went up to try and get a refill where the lady refused and said $1.75. When my friend went back and grabbed her money to pay for the refill she proceeded to say "can you count, tax is 7% after each dollar". The food was however delicious and we enjoy coming there every time we come to the mall but this time was an unfortunate experience and we hope she can fix how she speaks to people. read more

Always a great place to walk around. We visited a few shops. The manager at the Vans store is very friendly and helpful. Had a snack in the food court. Over all there is something for everyone here. Usually not overly crowded, and not a lot of unsupervised children which is nice. read more

I have been through this mall in and out like a hand glider. This mall is over flooded with so many people on weekends and holidays. It offers hundreds of popular retail stores, such as Victoria Secret, Forever 21, Macy's, Belk, Charlotte Russe etc,. The food court is upscale, posh, solar-power sunlight efficiency, and offers plenty of space with lots of seats. There are many different types of restaurant at Oglethorpe mall, my favorite is Sarku, you have to try the Japanese food, but this mall offers plenty more restaurants on the outskirts where you can dine in with a date. There is a huge Barnes and Nobles along with a magazine stand, star bucks, and did i mention free water refills?? It's convienent to eat brunch, sip coffee, read a book, and relax.. This mall is pretty big, popular with the locals, and has upgraded a lot of their amenities over the years. Being a local here from Savannah, I have watched it grow and flourished. :) read more

Seemed Ok for my first trip last weekend. They have Macys, JC Penney, Sears & Belk. They have all of the stores that my daughter shops at, in Atlanta...so she should be Ok while attending SSU. This is the best mall in Savannah. They have a good food court. They even have a carousal. When I need to take a break from shopping I stop by Cinnabons for a hot iceing covered cinomon roll from Cinnabons. A nice variety of stores Belk, Old Navy, Hello Kitty, Barnes Nobles. I like that they have a parking garage outside of Belks so you can park undercover and out of the heat and rain. read more

I loved this mall. The cleanliness and the variety of the stores had me in awe.They offer a discount in several stores for military members which I thought was sweet and a great catch. They have a sheet listing all the stores that offer military discount so if your a dependent or in the military yourself go check it out! Decent sized mall, with a decent selection of stores. Food court has a decent selection as well. The vendors can be a bit aggressive, but I just ignore them or politely decline. The toddler enjoys the play space when it isn't being overrun by older kids. It's a good place to go on chilly winter mornings before the older kids get out of school. read more
