My home was built in the 60s and desperately needed a full electrical update. Jake and his crew completely rewired the entire house to bring it up to code, installed beautiful new overhead lights in all of my main living spaces, and even moved and reinstalled my electrical panel all with professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care. Every step of the process was clearly communicated, and he treated my home with the utmost respect. It's rare to find a company that combines top-notch technical skill with the kind of friendly, trustworthy service that makes you feel like you're in good hands--and Melby Electric absolutely delivered. I'm so grateful for their work and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for quality electrical services. Thank you again, Jake!

In every situation, the entire staff from beginning to end has been excellent. Based on my experience, here is what to expect when you reach out to Dickson (all names mentioned are just a few excellent folks worth shouting out about that have helped me)... Kaylee will assist you on coordinating a time for George to come by to provide you with a free estimate. Within a few days, he will follow up with you on a detailed estimate. Unlike other electricians out there, this won't be someone with an iPad in their hand quoting from some franchised app that is 3x what it should be. In every situation, the prices given were FAIR considering the excellent service they offer. Once approved, Kaylee will coordinate a time for one of their professional, experienced and down to earth electricians like Kyle and Aaron to come out (sorry to the few other names that have escaped me). They will arrive on time (shocker, I know) and complete the job exactly as you'd expect. If any issues arise, which inevitably can happen, they are very clever in their solutions. It's very difficult to find someone you can trust like Dickson Electric. Assuming they continue to offer this excellent type of service, they have a customer for life.

I called at least seven different electricians and only one called back, immediately. Eric came out on a Wednesday evening, in the middle of the traffic hour from Mill Creek to Issaquah, he quickly assessed the problem and replaced the electrical box, and we had hot water within an hour, after being without hot water for 5 days! He was professional, reasonable and kind, to be concerned about not having hot water for 5 days, apparently other electricians would not bother with a job as small as ours. I am recommending Eric to everyone and will be my "go-to-guy" for everything electrical in the future. He also, fixed the electrical wiring for a smoke alarm system, I had damaged, before he left, he is a professional. Returned my call immediately, fixed my problem quickly, went out of his way to come a long distance to service my hot water heater, and was beyond exceptional!! For some reason, my review is saying, I'm still in San Diego.....I live in Issaquah, Wa., now.
