Yenmin was absolutely AMAZING! I did not expect to cry at all and the tears were FLOWINGGGGGG. She gave an option to do the ceremony in Spanish for my family and we did not expect that. Very professional and accommodating staff! The second Yenmin began to give the ceremony, I felt as if me and my husband were alone in the room getting ready to step into the next phase of our life. This experience was everything I could have imagined. Thank you so much!!!!

Very professional and fast! We wanted our wedding to be on our anniversary (Veterans day). They can come to you, or you can go to them. Now, we got married during the pandemic so it was very limited to what they can actually offer at their location. We brought in tripods to set up our phones to do a virtual wedding. I had Facebook live and my husband had zoom on his. This allowed all of our friends and family to attend from near and far. We got there at 1030am to set up and sign the documents. Then the ceremony started at 11am and finished at 11:11am! It did not take us 1 hour to get married, took us longer to set up than it did for the whole process lol. The BEST part is they do EVERYTHING that deals with paperwork for you! During covid, that meant everything because I didnt have to worry about going to file at the county, or deal with people. I know my sister-in-law got married at the same place and so did another colleague from work after we did.

In 2011 we used the services of Pastor Larry to have a nondenominational service for our father. He listened carefully to the details of our father's life story and accomplishments and gracefully added appropriate favorite sayings and anecdotes we chose and some he offered to us to choose. He guided the service and cues for music, family speeches and the releasing of the doves we wanted. Everything he said was thoroughly thought through and all were filled with our father's warm spirit. Again in 2014, we searched for several months to find only Larry to officiate for our mother's service as his contacts had changed. He took the time and listened well again to her journey and guided us through another heartwarming and personal celebration, gracing our mother with a deserving and lovely service that all denominations could relate to. Because of her long years with Alzheimers in the last years of her life, it was important to us that our mothers' accomplishments in the special lifetime she had lived were brought out and remembered well. The attendees at each of our parents memorials were extremely complimentary and touched with many remarks to my brother, sister and I on how they were very impressed that the services could not have portrayed their lives and journeys any better and they felt very uplifted instead of saddend at the end of our loved ones journeys, as did all of our family. On the wedding day, he recalled how we met and our proposal, beautifully painting the story of how our love began and creating a truly loving atmosphere throughout the ceremony. We really enjoyed working with him--he encouraged us to stay present, reminded us that our marriage is the true priority, and helped keep us grounded. We were honored to have him marry us, and we appreciated that he even mailed in our marriage license afterward. It also meant a lot to have a Filipino officiant, since I'm Filipino, and we wanted to represent that part of my culture. He did that with grace and it was incredibly meaningful to us. There's a ton more, but we're trying to be "succinct" here. =) I half joke that Elizabeth was not only our officiant but also my therapist in the time leading up to our wedding since I was a ball of anxiety planning everything. Elizabeth was EVER so patient and responsive with my flurry of nonstop emails and questions, as well as providing constant reassurance which I know was far beyond her job description. Elizabeth really goes above and beyond, not only providing a huge variety of personalized scripts for your wedding (if you so choose), professionalism of making the legal process very easy, but she also takes the time out of her personal life to get to know you as an individual and as a couple, so that if you choose, you do not feel like you are getting married by a stranger, but rather an old family friend. Thank you so much for being THE best officiant, friend, and guidance for us in one of the more stressful times! P.S. This raving review comes from a couple that self-describes themselves to be pretty high maintenance and picky! =)

Elizabeth is more than an officiator - this isn't just about signing papers to her. It is really about making your marriage the way that YOU and your partner want it to be. She is so flexible, kind, understanding, empathetic, and fun! When I first called Elizabeth, I was reserved about my elopement because there were some disappointments within the family about not having a proper wedding. It seemed that we didn't even want to celebrate, like my fiancé and I weren't comfortable with being happy if other people in our lives were unhappy. I told Elizabeth that we wanted the ceremony to be as short as possible and we wanted to wear jeans at a simple place, that's it. Everything would be casual because none of this was a big deal to us. Here we are, the day after we are officially married. Let me tell you, IT DID MATTER!!!! I do want to start by first prefacing this by saying PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE communicate with Elizabeth about every single change that you might have in mind before you mentally commit to those changes. While you will find that Elizabeth is super understanding and amazing, you need to remember that this is her JOB and she deserves to be aware and compensated if you make drastic changes from your contract with her (such as the location, the amount of guests present, etc.). COMMUNICATE with her and confirm with her before you actually execute on those changes!!! It will be a good skill to have in your marriage and a respectful thing to do for Elizabeth, who is putting her heart and soul into making your marriage beautiful. Okay, so about the marriage. If you can see the photos that I uploaded here, you will find that we married at a beach in Malibu and that we wore wedding attire!!! I also had my hair and makeup done by two awesome professionals! Thanks to Elizabeth's ceremony/vows material that she shared with us beforehand, we ended up crafting a gorgeous ceremony with vows that resonated with us (I cried hard with happiness within 30 seconds of Elizabeth's reading during our ceremony). The experience was so special and more than we could've asked for! We had about 30-45 minutes of a break after the ceremony to relax before our photoshoot (yes, we changed our minds that much)! It was great to space the ceremony from the photography because it really just let us experience the moment on our own. How did we end up changing our minds about keeping things casual? It's because Elizabeth was the first person to accept what we said we wanted. She didn't push us when we said we wanted it to be basic and quick. Her acceptance really made me feel so comfortable... that we naturally pushed our own initial boundaries. And that was the perfect way to do it. Thank you Elizabeth and MarriagesToGo!!!!!!

At first everything was great, we met up with Ravid (Angie was already booked) and he went over everything with my sister and her husband, we paid the non refundable deposit and left the meeting excited and confident because he was "friendly and knowledgable". Then we heard nothing from him for weeks (so much for communicative). The week before the wedding, I reached out to him MULTIPLE times to confirm and received no response. I finally decided to text his wife (Angie) and guess what? He responded 5 minutes later. The day of the wedding he arrived early as promised (I'll give him that, he is punctual) but the actual ceremony was shaky, confusing, and in the wedding video you can tell he was on the wrong page, but we figured he was nervous so we paid the rest of the fee, tipped, and left it at that. Now here comes the worst part. My sister got married 9/1, she was supposed to receive her certificate in 6-8 weeks, she JUST GOT IT TODAY. And it wasn't even sent to her, she had to go to another city to pick it up. According to the office he put his address instead of hers??? I've heard her conversations with him, he became snarky and said basically whatever happened with her certificate after he filed is not his problem. I'm only giving 2 stars because Angie was very responsive. IF you do decide to use this service go with Angie and steer clear of Ravid. This was my little sister's wedding and he has the audacity to say his "goal" is to make sure her experience is "stress free".
