We were initially very impressed with his initiative to get started ahead of that timeline and to offer to take over many responsibilities that we did not ask or expect him to do. With less than 6 weeks to the wedding he started missing his own self imposed deadlines to get back to us with various tasks which started making us uneasy as we would have already have taken care of them if it was still left to us. My wife had a conversation with him 3 weeks prior to the wedding regarding that issue and his general unresponsiveness, he accepted responsibility and put us at ease. While we really like his calm demeanor both leading up to and during the day of the wedding, he was not on top of the itinerary from the beginning to the end and we both felt like he was simply in over his head. Others stepped in numerous times to do his job (notably our photographer/videographer) and help keep the wedding on track with the timeline we had created. Certain things were asked of him several times and yet neither he nor his two helpers (who we were mostly impressed with) delivered. For a smaller wedding (ours had over 200 people) it is very possible that he would do a good job, we however regretted our decision to hire him. Also, we contacted him a couple times regarding items he/his team did not retrieve from our ceremony and he neglected to follow up.

We could not have pulled off our perfect, gorgeous wedding without her!! Kimery knows everything there is to know about any facet of weddings. And she has great instincts and amazing suggestions that always made things better, and that were always in service of our vision and the feeling and style we were going for specifically. She always heard us and advocated for us and was in our corner at every step. She was also able to guide us in choosing vendors and vendor packages, and in connecting us with anyone we needed (or wanted), even as new ideas came up! And we had the most amazing folks working on our wedding, literally not a complaint about anyone or anything! She went above and beyond in every way, most significantly when we lot our venue two months before our wedding date. It was a scramble to find a new venue that could do the same date, which Kimery was indispensable in. And then after that we had to re-jigger our plans to the new venue, which at times was overwhelming, but Kimery always talked us through those moments and made it manageable for us. Alex and I could not recommend Kimery more fully. She will make your wedding better, the planning more manageable, and the day-of execution go as smoothly as possible. She really is that good!

We found the Say I Do to Details team online and I was highly impressed by their good reviews. Their planning exceeded my expectations. From being always available, to providing suggestions and insight into timeline, and coordinating everything so well the day of, their team is simply the best. I admire their passion for planning and it was so incredible working with them. I worked with Paola and Sandra directly and Sandra was there day of. Paola and Sandra are very experienced, professional, and kind. Both were actively involved in the planning process. I'm extremely type A and it's hard for me to trust people to take over (especially when I knew it was one of the most important days in my life) and take on tasks, but I trusted them 100%. To start off, they have a lot of experience working at Terannea, which made things a lot easier for us and helped things run smoothly. Moreover, the vendors I selected knew of Paola and Sandra and their team and I admired their good reputation in the wedding industry. Knowing what I know now, it would have been easier for me to have hired them as full on planning instead of day of coordination just because they're so good at what they do that I really trust every decision they make. I keep getting comments from my family and friends that the wedding was one of the best they've been to. Moreover I've received many comments specifically from my bridal party and close family about the incredible planning team keeping the day so smooth and on track. There's a trend on social media about "wedding regrets" and my husband and I keep saying to eachother thankfully that we have zero regrets. Every vendor was amazing and the planning team really went above and beyond what was asked of them and for that I'm forever grateful. I appreciate that the team asked us what 3 things were important to us on our day. 1. our guests have an amazing time 2. the timeline runs smoothly 3. to have fun That's exactly what happened! I am grateful that I was not stressed the day of and we are so happy we found Sandra and Paola as they helped turn my dream wedding into a reality. Beyond being kind and professional, she was incredibly organized and we benefitted so much from her expertise in developing our timeline, coordinating final details with vendors, and just bringing everything together. My biggest hope when working with a wedding coordinator was that I wouldn't have to be worrying about details and logistics during the day, and Annette and Mandy truly allowed my husband and I to be "guests" at our own wedding. She took care of so much that I hadn't even thought of or explicitly asked/talked to her about, and if there were problems or wrinkles in the plan I never heard about them! She is the perfect event coordinator; on point, coordinated, proactive and incredibly organized. As well, she anticipated what areas of concern we needed to address before they became issues and her calm demeanor led in the coordination of the bridal party, all the vendors, the venue and the staff. Though I know she probably was managing several other client's needs at the same time since was wedding season, we always felt that we were her first priority...that's a plus! Please continue reading and stop looking elsewhere and be completely convinced that you guys should go with MLE immediately! MLE was involved as our Day of Coordinator and planning activities 6 weeks leading up to the big day. Cindy's experience, consideration, professionalism, and honesty (this is a huge one) made what could have been a very stressful day into a stress-free day, or least as stress free as a wedding day can get it, haha. As the days approached the big day, we were already pretty happy with MLE, but once the big day came, they completely kicked it up into high gear. They were so seamless in working in the background to make everything come together with the vendors, timing, handling of guests, etc. We had a delay due to the florist, but they handled it so well that the guests couldn't tell, only we could, and even when we tried to get involved, MLE assured us that it was taken care of, and not to worry. They even went above and beyond in moving some flowers to be better positioned around our mirror guest list, which elevated how the florist had originally planned for. They were very considerate and thoughtful for us by making sure appetizers were set aside for us while we were taking pictures, we were very pleasantly surprised to find a big bowl of our seafood items sitting at our couples table, since we definitely didn't get a chance to get to it. Throughout the night, they made a point to bring us drinks, dessert, help with a small crisis on my mom's side. I really couldn't have imagined having a better coordinator the day of, I wish I had another big event to plan, because I would absolutely go back to them for their services. AND the amazing service doesn't even stop at the wedding day! Their follow up emails to reflect back on what went wrong or what went well shows how much they care about their work. They were very meticulous in addressing any concerns we had that happened on the big day and most importantly, they were honest. They were truthful about the reasons why some things didn't go as planned, and that to us is the most important trait in a coordinator that you can trust them. In the end, they were instrumental in even getting us partial refunds from vendors because of them not holding completely true to their agreements. If you've read this to its end, you don't need to look elsewhere, hire Cindy and her team now! You won't regret it!

    The Mad Love team took such incredible care of us throughout our entire wedding planning process…read more Cindy was so warm during our first call with her, and it really set the tone for all of our future interactions with the rest of her team! Shasele was our point of contact, and she was kind, thorough, and patient with us as we worked through all of our requirements and asked her a million different questions about the process. She also made sure to provide regular checklists of items to make sure we stayed on track, while also not putting too much pressure on us! Claire handled putting together a gorgeous design brief based on inspiration photos we gathered, which definitely helped as we went through the process of selecting and working with vendors--all of whom were also incredible! An important thing I also want to mention is that I had a sudden health issue flare up partway through our venue search, which set things back by a year. The team was incredibly understanding and checked in periodically while offering well wishes until I was ready to return to planning, and I deeply appreciate how patient they all were during such a difficult time. Overall we couldn't not have asked for a better planning team to work with, and we're so incredibly grateful to Mad Love Events for making our special day so perfect!

She was our main contact and she worked with all of the vendors to make sure our desires were well-translated to them. And, on Wedding Day, WOW. I can't think of one thing that disappointed! We particularly loved the flowers! Everything was magical...every guest said so! Francesca was so easy (and fun!) to work with; I don't know what we'd have done without her. I got married in late November of 2015, and Carolina and her partner helped me navigate my wedding that took place in two parts, the comune in Florence (otherwise known as the Palazzo Vecchio) and the reception/second ceremony/etc at Villa Montalto, our venue. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, they were extremely organized which meant that my husband and I were a lot less stressed out. You have NO idea how complicated things can be planning a wedding with 100 guests in a country where neither of you was born. I could not thank them enough because we truly had a beautiful day that was very much part to their help. I also recommend using them for villa rentals in Tuscany, I live here and it can be difficult to find a reputable agent and they are awesome at finding the perfect villa for you (including one that was the legit 'bramasole' in 'Under The Tuscan Sun' in Cortona.

I had the pleasure of working directly with Nira and Karly, while planning my fairytale wedding in Santorini, Greece. They planned the most beautiful destination wedding for us and I never doubted them for a second through the entire process. They handled absolutely everything for me, from helping me find my perfect wedding dress to surprising us with a kick ass Firework show on our very last day in Greece. They made it possible to truly enjoy the entire wedding planning process, so that I would not have to stress at all. Not only were they the easiest people to work with, but they absolutely NAILED everything I threw at them and SO much more! Their attention to detail, creativity, vision, organization and professionalism is definitely what I loved about them the most! They curated an entire weekend for my wedding party to the tee, from our magical rehearsal dinner on the edge of a cliff in Oia, Santorini. To sailing through the Mediterranean on the most epic catamaran, and obviously making our special day a day that we will never forget! The list goes on and on! All I had to do was describe my vision for our event and she did the rest. Constant updates on pieces she wanted to incorporate along with pricing. She worked so hard at getting us the best deal! She stayed within our budget but somehow managed to exceed my expectations. The day of the shower I felt like everything just fell into place and I completely trusted her timing and judgement.
