I was having some resurgent trauma-related problems from being assaulted in the past and was seeking guidance through them. Calling to set up an appointment was straightforward, I had read the online profiles of the professionals and asked if I could see someone in particular (as of writing this review on Saturday 17 June 2023, the person is no longer listed as working at Bluestone). After describing my situation to the receptionist, they said that it sounded like the person I was requesting could be a good fit. So we scheduled an intake appointment in an online format due to the COVID-19 pandemic. At the first appointment we set up weekly sessions thereafter until I was feeling confident enough to part ways with the therapy about two months later. I received a bit of talk and EMDR therapy in my sessions. The therapist was never short with me and I found the treatment effective for helping me work through my problems. She was professional in our sessions and never prying. I have continued to use some of the things I learned in the sessions after stopping the therapy sessions.

I felt that she was very impersonal and straight to the point. I never felt that much compassion from her. In addition, I felt that she did not have great bedside manner or manners with me at all. I felt her customer service to me was not that great. I had to cancel at the last minute a couple of times due to an emergency, and the practice and Dr. Peng told me they had to charge me a fee. Bluestone showed me no mercy, and Dr. Peng did not seem to show me any either. I felt that she also did not properly understand my conditions either. I also didn't like that when I made no follow up appointments with her that Dr. Peng reached out to me multiple times and asked me if I was interested in continuing with her. Well obviously, if I have not called you or made an appointment with the practice in months, it's evident I am no longer interested. In the end, I am glad I left. I would not recommend this practice or Dr. Peng at all. In my opinion, they have no understanding for when life situations come up and I did not feel there was good communication or compassion towards patients either by either Dr. Peng or the staff of bluestone.

She is going against the code of ethics in both Washington state and the American Counseling Association. I have never been treated so poorly by a helping professional. Please do yourself a favor and do not book with her. Others with the agency may be good but I am so traumatized by this, I won't go near this agency. The support staff was helpful with filing a formal complaint but I am literally dealing with a traumatic aftermath of a practitioner who took a story and twisted it into one where faulty assumptions landed on others. She even tried to get me to believe in something that hadn't happened. False memory is a real event that where someone is recalling something that was suggested- and I left with her questioning deeply in an inciminating way which had not occurred. I went in with anxiety- for her to say, "you will have even more anxiety after I talk with you," and, "I tell people what they don't want to hear,". I started to get the idea she would twist my words and she did. This is awful, especially when you are trusted professional counselor. I don't think anyone should book with this very spiteful individual.

Your counselor will email you telling you they will fix it but it doesn't happen. You can't reach anyone in billing and then next thing you know collections is calling you. It's not about the money for me, it's the principle that they are charging for appointments that were all cancelled. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FACILITY

As of March, I think, there's a new clinic director, or supervisor, who has made it very clear that making money comes first above anyone's sobriety. Leading cause of relapse. Lack of money. I have insurance now, but for a long time (4 YEARS) I paid cash, $400 per month. I got a little behind waiting for insurance to be approved when I was laid off. The new directors new rule: You can't get carries if you 'carry' a balance of more than $100. Basically, I'm being punished because I was broke and uninsured for a short time. I've been making regular, small payments, but that's not enough for her. Let's see how many people relapse over the next 6 months because this woman is making it so difficult to get help to stay clean.

The current nursing staff act like they should be paid just to show up for work, and they refuse to help people. Amy, is the clinical supervisor. she cant manage her own employees and I have caught her in lies which where recorded. The P.A. which they call a doctor charged my insurance $2600 for an annual physical. It consisted of taking my blood pressure, had me follow her finger with my eyes. The have one MD on staff that shows up for 2 hours once a week. he is basically a puppet, he is told what to say and how to agree on a situation that was predetermined by the woman with very little medical knowledge. I turned in grievances against 2 counselors which where ignored, anyone that has a problem with the supervisor gets 21 day detoxed and the issues with counselors fall on def ears. Amy has nor medical experience. the icing on the cake is the insurance fraud. My suggestion would fire everyone, I have never seen a staff work so hard to not work. all the employees are miserable. IF you need a question answered do not ask them, they will lie to your face or to stupid to answer a question that a trained medical staff would have no problem answering. I pray this abuse will not continue. people come there for help not abuse!!!!!! Amy and her staff should be ashamed of them self's. -Thank you William Harger

Not until I met Brandy and Alexis where they previously worked, did I learn about a low carb lifestyle. I was so excited to see that they started their own business, ThreeHealth. ThreeHealth is not another diet program. It is about making lifestyle and behavioral changes that will last a lifetime, improving metabolic health with low carb or keto eating. They even incorporate behavioral coaching sessions with a therapist into their program, which is tailored to each individual. I don't feel like just another number or patient at ThreeHealth. I know they truly care about me and my health. Between appointments, they are happy to respond to any questions I have or provide feedback on challenges. They believe in what they do and I believe in them. I will never waste my money on another diet program. I enjoy what I'm eating, I don't feel deprived, I'm losing weight, and it's sustainable. It's ThreeHealth for me all the way!
