Official Ink! I was referred to one of the piercers/artists by another shop. So, with O.I. coming highly recommended; I became friends with one of the artists on Instagram and when they had a Black Friday weekend special going on in the shop; I decided to pay them a visit. I know I wanted a tattoo redone, but after I had done that I ended up letting Heather (aka Yummy) do another tattoo on my other hand. She hand drew the lettering (which is a great skill in itself because we didn't have to go online, print out the words and draw them on). She has an abundance amount of ink on her body. She's really like a walking canvas! So, getting work done from her was a no brainer. For Black Friday, there was a $10 piercing special along with a $25 small tattoo special going on. So, I ended up leaving there with 2 tattoos and a piercing being redone, since it closed. This day was my second time there. The first day I came was on actual black Friday and there were so many people waiting to get work done, I had to go and revisit another day. I would recommend making an appointment because there is a ton of traffic, but they are efficient and definitely worth it. read more

I went at 10am and left about 5PM due to my tattoo artist/piercer accepting current walk ins when I've been there all day . I can't remember shorty name but he was a kirk franklin/ plies look alike and he short with a hat first booth on the left . On top of all dat my mf tattoos still came out fucked up due to him putting the red ink needle too deep in my soft ass skin & that white shit around my tranquility tattoo was washable n he still taxed me for these ugly shits. My experience was great! My artist was Quik. This is my first foot tattoo. The pain was moderate (normal). I brought an idea to him and he made it come to light everything was free hand and it's more than a copy cat tattoo! The details were done to perfection. I love my tattoo. He was able to mimic the vision in my head. Can't expect nothing less then the best when your getting it by the best. I love my tattoo and happy I came to Quik. All of the artist in the shop are talented. Rome wasn't but over night! He is a master at his craft. It would be foolish to skip pass this shop and go somewhere else. The owner must've found these people on the corner hanging out somewhere and figured he can turn lives around giving opportunities. No one who works here seems to know anything you might get a bunch of "Yeahs" or "I think so's." The lady that works there had her baby girl behind counter on premises telling me my toddler who's a bit older than her baby can't be there on premises. Her child or whoever's baby that was, had been sitting on a chair behind register where you can obviously see her. If you want to set an example be professional, and courteous to new or potential clients. I was interested in a nose piercing initially. SNAP, the guy who does the piercings was very rude whenever he opened his mouth. I was told to fill out a waiver, which the waiver specifically says initial then sign here because you've been briefed, which I wasn't. So I had some questions, that's when SNAP proceeded to tell me just sign and initial where it says to. This would've been my FIRST piercing so I wanted him to at least fill me in on what my waiver said we discussed. SNAP continues on tell explain with expletives in a dismissive manner. I then explained to him that's not the way you handle business and he tells me, "thats how I talk!". At this point, Ive completely changed my mind about getting a piercing. Im a business owner and would never treat my customers with this type of disrespect. Not to mention SNAP had a special going on today, Fri, which he didn't know that I knew about it, told me that it would be 25$ which the special ran for 10$. This is when his attitude began!
