They were extremely diligent in their adherence to sterilization protocols and examination of my initial piercings. Because of Randy's careful examination of my ears, only one ear needed a full re-pierce and the other ear just needed a slight stretch in the piercing. It was much less painful this time around than it was 20 years ago (w/a piercing gun at Claire's!). I had such a great experience here I would definitely return and get additional piercings! My ears healed well (different experience than the first time) and I'm excited to wear earring again!

Don't remember his name I'm horrible with names but never forget a face. Older black man with locs deep warm voice like a dad lol. But he was great. I got a double nose piercing; two on my right nostril and he made the process fast and held conversation to take my mind off him basically stabbing me in the nose twice lol. I love the placement of them being side to side and he used this measuring tool to check his spacing. I was in and out of there in under 20 mins with paperwork, getting my license copied, paying, picking jewelry, piercing, and the aftercare talk. Clean studio, smells of incense not smoke like a previous review I saw stated. I came in on a Tuesday they do half off select piercings. Picked out two little studs 2 for $40 but if you want the basic traditional studs it's 2 for $20. All in all I'm highly satisfied with how I was serviced and I'll be back when I heal up to possibly change to a hoop. Or get a new piercing. Parking isn't the best. It's just a driveway bc this used to be a house. They could definitely use better parking as the main road is hella busy I had to turn my hazard lights on as I moved my car to let someone out who was there before me.

I…read moreoriginally came in a few years ago to have a VCH piercing redone after receiving one with incorrect placement elsewhere. The piercer was quick, gentle, and precise -- the placement was perfect, and I've had no issues since. During that first visit, I also fell in love with their jewelry selection. I had been on the hunt for unique, exotic nose rings, and Kolo definitely delivered. Yes, their pieces are a bit on the pricey side, but the quality and variety are absolutely worth it -- 10/10 every time. The receptionist is one of my favorite parts of the experience. She has amazing energy, always gives thoughtful suggestions, and shares her personal experiences in a way that makes you feel heard and cared for. The bald guy that works there is also really cool -- calm, professional, and always pleasant on the phone. What I love most about Kolo is that they truly know their craft. They take anatomy seriously and won't pierce you unless it's the right placement for your body. That type of honesty and expertise is rare. I recently made the mistake of stepping out for a $10 belly ring special somewhere else... and it went south fast. I came back to Kolo, and they saved the day. This place is forever my home for piercings and jewelry. Can't recommend them enough -- true professionals who care about what they do.

I called this shop on Thursday, June 25, 2026, and Aarahm answered the phone. He asked me a couple…read moreof questions about what I wanted--a simple jewelry change on dermals I've had since 2013. He told me he would be at Saints and Sinners until 7:30 p.m. I arrived at 6:30 p.m. and was met by Princess Aarahm sitting at the front with his belly out. From our interaction, he came across as very sassy, awkward, and unprofessional. I said, "I believe I spoke to you on the phone." He explained that changing my dermals would cost anywhere from $10 to $20 per dermal, depending on how difficult they were to change, and that each piece of jewelry would cost $20. When he opened his mouth to speak to me, I was met with the most foul odor I have ever endured. To make matters worse, he had mustard, or some kind of offensive sauce, on his beard. I should have known right then that he had absolutely no idea what he was doing or how to do what I needed. I already had jewelry for one of my dermals. He then said the change could cost about $100. Not that it would be $100--just that it could be, depending on how hard it was for him to unscrew the dermal tops and whether he needed to use tools. I then asked him how long he had been doing dermals. He informed me that he had been doing them since 2004 and then refused to do my jewelry change simply because I asked about his experience. I guess he assumed I was worried about the price, but I was actually concerned about getting an infection from someone who appeared to be a beginner in the piercing world. The fact that he said he didn't know whether he would need tools told me everything I needed to know. Fortunately, I was able to find another piercing shop that changed both of my dermal tops for a total of $30. The process was quick, straightforward, and completed without any issues. I then went to @saintsandsinnersatl and saw @aarahmp listed in the bio. I visited his page to look at his work and found only one photo of dermals, posted in September 2020. I don't know who allowed him to alter their body like that, but if I were the person with those microdermals, I would sue. I wish I could give Princess Aarahm zero stars, but unfortunately, the lowest rating is one.

I went with basic jewelry to start, but I'm gonna get something more flashy once they heal. It was about $200 with tip for the services & jewelry which is honestly less than I was expecting. The studio was bright & clean. There were 2 tattoo artists there who were also really nice. Will definitely be back to get fancier jewelry & more piercings from Maria.

Unfortunately, what we experienced was nothing short of disappointing, disrespectful, and unprofessional. We arrived 15 minutes late--not ideal, but there was no phone number provided and the artist, Candi, had previously told us not to email her, leaving no way to communicate. When we walked in, we were greeted by her husband (who we'd never met) with a condescending comment calling us the "late girls." That set the tone for the rest of the visit. Instead of being met with understanding or even a polite discussion, we were dismissed entirely. Candi coldly told us that none of us would be getting tattooed that day, with zero compassion or professionalism--despite one of us traveling from North Carolina just for this appointment. She never even showed us our tattoo designs beforehand, so we had no opportunity to review or approve them. To make things worse, when we emailed afterward to express concern, the only response we got was pointing out that our message came in at 11:59am for a 12pm appointment--as if that excused the lack of courtesy or basic customer service. There was no apology, no acknowledgment, and no attempt to make things right. It's worth noting: we were sent three different confirmation emails with two different appointment times, and we were made aware of other clients scheduled immediately after us--which is entirely unprofessional and not our fault. If you overbook yourself, don't take it out on your loyal customers. We came in excited for a meaningful experience--a sister tattoo that symbolized our bond--but we left feeling belittled and unwelcome. The entire atmosphere lacked warmth, gratitude, and respect for clients who have supported this business before. If you value kindness, communication, and professionalism, this is not the shop for you. The experience was a clear reminder that skill alone doesn't make a great artist--attitude and respect do.
