My husband and I went to Now or Never on a Friday night for walk in tattoos. We saw Kaitlynn and she was very professional and we didn't even have to wait very long. We showed her inspo pictures and she sketched them each by hand doing 3 drafts making sure we were happy with them each time. We wanted something to similar to each other but also different and she did the BEST. Absolutely beautiful and more than I could have asked for. Went here on my bday, 11-26-2021, to get my rook re-pierced. I will say the actual piercing was fast and not that painful compared to my first piercing. But their customer service SUCKS monkey balls!! My husband and I walked in and stood at the counter, one tattoo artist did acknowledge us by greeting us as he was tattooing, however, the other workers that did come to the counter actually just looked at us like we were in the wrong place. We eventually were helped by Austin, the piercer. He was quick and fast, but his customer service skills were non-existent. I had to ask him his name! If I'm ever looking for another piercing or tattoo, I probably won't go back. But he did a good job w/making my piercing fast and not that painful! read more

I was trying to get a retouch on a tattoo. When I originally got the tattoo I told diet Dr Pepper JASON I want to add flowers on areas that I didn't like. I came back in at another time inquiring about a tribal bull and informed him could he add 2 flowers on the tattoo that he did a couple of weeks before and he said no problem he would do it for free. When I went today to inquire about the tattoo he was extremely rude and said he did not remember saying he would do any flowers for free. So my question then was to ask how much would 2 flowers cost and he said he didn't know until he finished when he initially gave me a quote for the Taurus tattoo for 150$ and was prepared to do it that day. He claims he talks to hundreds of people and he doesn't remember but he could look up my previous sale. Made no attempt to look it up. Very rude and disrespectful. It's a 100 deposit which I had no problem paying but how can you not know a specific price for to flowers and small Taurus wrist tattoo. I felt degraded and disrespected. read more

So I came in here on July 7th to get my nose pierced. The place was super busy and it was early afternoon. But they were taking walk-ins. Atmosphere of the shop was nice. Loved that the check-in was on an iPad and I got an emailed copy of the waiver. I don't remember the name of the guy who pierced me. I do appreciate his patience with me as it took some time for me to figure out the best placement. He also provided me with multiple options for the size, color and shape of the ring. The initial poke hurt a little, but what hurt more was him trying to get the ring in the hole. We tried the smaller ring with a hook, then we tried the larger ring with the hook - that part hurt! We eventually opted to go with the bar ring. Cool right? I cleaned the nose ring and area 2x a day as recommended. However, on Sunday (5 days later) I felt like it healed enough for me to touch the inside and to my surprise, I could not feel or see the other side of the bar ring. I'm like oh shit! So I get my flashlight and investigate further. Still no ring. On July 13th, I went back in the shop and told the guys what happened. They checked it out and told me they would be able to help. There was 1 person ahead of me so the wait was not long. Austin, called me to the back room and had me sit down. We chatted while he got the stuff together. He was very clear in explaining what he was going to do to fix the problem. He pulled the old ring out, and basically re-pierced it. Stuck the nose ring in with the hook with ease. There was NO PAIN AT ALL! I know for sure if Austin would have done it the 1st time I would not have had to come back. But I grateful he was there today to fix the issue with no pain. I had gotten my eyebrow pierced at a DIFFERENT parlor than this one that gave me bad vibes, and sure enough it rejected. I decided to try again a year later, and the piercer talked with me about my concerns, gave great advice and reassurance, and was very professional. When I came back 4 months later to get it downsized, they did it for free, and answered all my questions thoroughly. I loved this experience. I have gotten 7 other piercings at different parlors before this... but I will not go anywhere else for a piercing again! This place is the BEST. read more

This shop is amazing clean and organized. Brad was my artist really cool and talented guy. Most shops doesn't do Portrait tattoos.

I took my daughter to get a nose piercing. Walked in at least five workers were at the front desk. I said hello not One of them answered. After some awkward silence one said hey what do you need? We went into the back and she got the piercing. The tech didn't inform her of any after care measures she should take. instead handed us 5 q-tips and told us that was it. When we went to the front desk to pay we were handed a piece of paper with steps to take. The place was clean. The job was done but customer service was definitely lacking. read more

i called up here various times asking multiple questions about a minor getting a piercing and they never once told me my parent had to be in the room with me. they only told me she would have to sign me in of course. further more i have been there SEVERAL times spending over $100 on piercings and my mother has never once came back there , even asking if she had to and the piercing specifically said no. then told me my niece was not even allowed in the store as soon as we walked in but again when i have came before i have seen kids there before. will not be spending money with them anymore Thank you. read more

I decided to get a spur of the moment piercing. I kept trying to talk myself out of it but I really wanted it I just thought it would hurt too much... (had I known sooner I would've beeeeen had it done lol cause I was flipping myself out for NOTHING) I decided to call the shop and ask questions for clarity to then make my decision.. Austin immediately made me feel comfortable enough to follow through. I legit hopped in my car and headed to the shop right after hanging up and I do NOT REGRET MY DECISION. I love my new piercings.... and I'm soooo glad he answered the phone cause he was the main influencer on making me face my fear! He was quick, efficient, and gentle. He even has a breathing technique that makes things very smooth and for the most part.. painless!! (Only feel a slight pinch but it didn't even last a minute) Very knowledgeable with his profession!
