Went back to Gary, after having such a good experience last time. This is by far in my top 3 favorite tattoos (out of the 20 I have). He took what I wanted & made it better than I envisioned. He's reasonably priced, & is good at his job. I can't get over how fast he is, you can definitely tell he's been doing this his whole life. Took our son to get his first piercing for his 16th birthday. The piercing was done sloppily, with one end of the piercing hole coming out the center of his septum, the skin between your nose holes. He also talked down to our son, who is mature and intelligent beyond his years and had done all the research into piercings himself.... as was part of our condition to let him do it. I was also pierced that day and had a great personal experiance, my nostril was done well, healing great, love it. Andrew Farmer that tattoos there is racist and untrustworthy, don't get work done by him. He started a tattoo on me and refuses to finish it after I've already paid for it. Then preceded to post all over social media that it is a stolen piece so no one would fix it. All the other artists in there are amazing I just wouldn't trust Andrew to do a single thing. DONT EVER GO HERE! Ever!!! Took my daughter to get a nose piercing and the owner was nasty, unprofessional, degrading, rude and RACIST. I asked to see his piercing selection that was posted as "great" via the google reviews. He told me this was not Burger King and I couldn't have it my way. He also forced us to pay for the saline piercing spray that we know was optional. Already had a funny feeling that this wasn't the right shop for us but I let him continue the piercing process. His nails were dirty and he didn't wash his hands once before putting on gloves. When my daughter sat in the chair, he still wouldn't show me the nose ring and proceeded to take a needle in my daughters nose without any markings or placement. When his professionalism was finally questioned by my daughter and I about not being able to tell him exactly where she wanted her ring placed; he proceeded to tell me how he's been piercing since before I was born. I told my daughter to get up from the table and demanded my money back.. He told me I'm not going to come in and tell him how to run his business and I responded and told him he was unprofessional and doesn't know how to run a business. A lot of expletives were said while walking out including him calling me a black bitch in front of my daughter. Once I left, I realized that I left our information with my address in there and called the police to see if they could assist me in getting it. I knew from the way our encounter ended, he wouldn't have given it to me willingly. Rockdale county police stated that since there was no threat, they couldn't come on a non emergency call. I asked them to stay on the phone with me while I went back in to get my info and they did. He wasn't in there at the time and I guess in another suite in the plaza so he runs out the building yelling, gets behind my car and starts recording saying I'm stealing from his shop. I told him I had the police on the phone, they ok'd me to get my info and the 911 call was recorded and documented. He then texted me and said that he was going to file a report on me because I took paperwork with my info on it from his shop. I told him if he continues to text me, I will file a complaint on him for harassment and I've already told him the 911 call was documented. Yes... this all happened in a matter of minutes!!! There were so many red flags, I guess I just couldn't believe someone was so rude and disgustingly unprofessional. Please do yourself a favor and read this review and RUN. It's not worth him ruining your day, tattoo or piercing. Go to a professional and somewhere you feel safe and comfortable without anyone forcing you to do anything "their way" with YOU being the customer. read more

Ink wizard does the job, professional helpful and an amazing artist. The man will work with you to all your expectations, very patient and does pretty much all styles versatile. Dont beleive me just visit the wizard yourself. The man takes his job seriously and so should you. Come in with the right attitude and you will leave with an amazing peice! Tips for you customers: Take a shower, leave your entourage at home, the man needs pure concentration for what will be on your skin forever. Walk ins please be patient and try not to interrupt while he is working on another, have some courtesy. Don't fiddle on your phone while the work is being done, seriously this is your tattoo for life. Have your images ready when you arrive and be in time. One last thing from what I seen from a few walk ins, keep your attitude out the door and look up some garbage tattoos on craigslist. Garbage attitude deserves it. Is there a way to leave a 0 star! This place is trash! Unprofessional and I wouldn't go if someone paid me. The level of unprofessionalism I received is unmatched. I thought I would give this place a try but as I walked in I saw the owner with his dirty nails! How can you apply a piercing or tattoo with dirty nails!!!!! Not to mention he was a smart ass from the time I walked through the door. Don't misread my four star instead of five star rating. The only thing costing them the fifth star is ambiance. As for the work, friendliness and professionalism of the staff these guys are FANTASTIC. I've gotten two tats and both nipples pierced here and I would be going there still but Los Angeles is one Hell of a commute to get my birthday ink. I do not remember the dude's name that did both my tats and I wish I did. I cannot say enough about him. All I know is he is into hardcore, a vegan (with a Carrot and Crossbones tattoo among his many) and I really cool cat. He did my Skull with Hockey Helmet on my left chest and crossed sticks as well as the Celtic Cross on the right side. For my piercings I believe it was the owner that did them and he definitely described the experience to a "T" for me and made it as "painless" as possible. I went to Ink Wizard and ran into Gary outside just before I went in. I had a picture of a tattoo I wanted on my finger. I asked him if he could do it and he said very cocky that he could and that he had done some like it before. So he gives me a price which I thought was extremely high but had no problem paying it since I was sure he could do what I wanted done. The tattoo looked nothing like the picture and was told it would be ok once it healed. Well after it healed it looked like a two year old did it. I went back to ask him if he could just touch it up and he acted like I was bothering him and was a total asshole about it and was a complete smart ass. So he quickly touched it up but it still looked horrible. So I was going to go back and ask him again if he could please fix what he had done but there was no need because after about two weeks the entire tattoo peeled off like it was never done. So if you are thinking about going to this place . DONT. You will be better off getting a tattoo out of the gumball machine. It will look better and last longer. Thanks Gary read more

I'm really pissed right now... came here tidy to get my nose pierced... didn't explain the process i had to ask questions.. then he put the needle through and the twisted the piercing around which hurt like hell.. he then told me he had to put the needle through again and my nose is bleeding heavy and on my clothes..i told him to stop and give me my money back.... never have i had a traumatic experience like this... and never again will i... if i could give no star i would read more

I went here under the recommendations of someone else. Knowing, everyone's experience is different I gave it a try. This was the worst tattoo experience that I have ever had. "Gary", is a pure complete condensing being, that takes the crown and owns it. He did 3 small pieces for me and continued to talk about another visible that is more than 12+ years old. He questioned the technique, coloring and shading. Well, his concern should have been on his own work. As he missed the opportunity to provide clarity on the lettering for the work I had paid him to do. The person that recommended this spot wanted a tattoo to memorialize their partner that had passed the prior year. She had a clear vision of what she wanted and how she wanted. Well "GARY", while doing the piece on her ankle... Thought he knew what she wrote and and wrote something else and then tried to cover the clear destruction. He wasn't even apologetic about it. He stated, when it heals come back and I'll see what can be done. I live out of state and when I returned to town 3 weeks later and showed "GARY" the healed piece... He attempted to avoid us and said we should come back because he was working on a large piece as someone was in his chair. We stated to him, we already paid and it needs to be re-done properly. He reluctantly, did my work and said it would take to long to correct my friend's. She was told it was possible to do it and that she would need to put down a deposit and she did. Not only, did the guy take her deposit and not get anywhere near what she requested or what he said he could do... only to do absolutely nothing. They've been doing some remodeling the past few times we were there so the ambiance is a little rough right now but it's clean, friendly and the whole 10 yards.
