The front of the store has men's and women's apparel with all the usual brands represented - MSR, Patagonia, TNF, etc. The hallway leading to the back has a nice selection of shoes, most from a few brands. The back of the store has a ton of climbing gear and the backpacks/tents. There's also a nice selection of books and assorted items for whatever scratches your fancy. On the way out, I was pleased to note some items up front benefiting a local non-profit outdoor group (thumbs up!). The staff was also very friendly. While I definitely had to hold back on this trip, I would definitely not hesitate to spend local and visit ERO in the future.

I have also seen online coupons of Coach coupons being honored by the store, which is cool. The softball collection of bats gloves and balls everything seems quite sufficient enough to shop. I purchased a beautiful men's full zip jacket, a women's wool blend sweater, and a Patagonia hiking shirt that was 50% off. The young man who rang me up was incredibly nice and very chatty. So much so that he accidentally rang up my purchases at full price. When he realized this, he rang me up again, saying, "Don't worry, you won't be charged twice." Long story short, when I went through my bank statement a week later, I'd been charged twice. I went in today with my statement and the clothing and Kyle was INCREDIBLE. Apologetic, helpful, reassuring, saying he'd "take care of it and contact" me tomorrow. THIS IS WHY we love smaller businesses. They are HUMAN and although like all of us, sometimes make errors, they rectified it immediately. And now I will never go back to REI unless Trail Creek simply doesn't carry what I'm looking for. #customers for life.

I have been to this location 6 times and not once did I leave in a timely manner because of some hassle. They speak without thinking and say some nonsense about how the Co-op works. News flash if you have the membership, the policies are written pretty clearly online so I know when you're speaking nonsense. The new people there don't even bother to ask so done who has been there a while to answer a question they don't know. Whoever is training the personnel needs to get removed and the whole staff needs to be remediated to know what customer service actually is and stop hassling customers and telling them half truths or making it so difficult to return something that you bought 2 weeks ago with receipts and all.... The tax free isn't worth it, go to another REI.

Not only did they help me install it, they also showed me HOW to install it so I can do it myself in the future and also explained the features. Friendly, personal service that went above and beyond.
