Although I'm not a fan on how BBB merchandises, I do enjoy shopping at a small-town location because I'm actually able to find what I need. I had a mail-in coupon that was expiring. BBB does a great job on sending those coupons consistently. I needed to re-stock my k-cups, so having some of those coupons in my bag is always useful and convenient. Their k-cups selections were well-organized. I picked out one of the Caribou breakfast blend and headed straight to the register. There was one (1) cashier working on price-adjustments for the customer. However, there were four (4) others in line waiting. The primary cashier quickly gathered other available cashiers via the radio, and the line was efficiently cleared and everyone was well on the way to his/her vehicle. There are other choices of retailers that I can purchase k-cups at, but with BBB continuously sending coupons to me diligently, BBB has become my go-to destination for our k-cup needs and soda stream flavors/canister refills.

The salesman told me they would rent me a suit that would fit. Their selection was very, very questionable. The price to rent the suit was about half the price I would pay for a decent suit at a reasonable store that services big and tall. If you're normal size, I suppose they might be OK but if you're a big guy steer Clear. Make the trip down to Schaumburg or that area and go to a legitimate big tall shop.

To top it off they couldn't deliver it for at least 3 weeks and we were in a time crunch. We then looked around and I came across B&H Office Furniture. When I called the owner, Bud, was very knowledgable, professional, and courteous. He told us to come in and he would show us what they have in stock. Not only did they have a much larger selection than any other store we visited, but they had it in stock! Bud told us he could have it to us by Wednesday of next week...less than 3 business days!! Then on Monday we received a call from Bud and he said he would have it to us one day sooner! Our total for everything from B&H was half what the Milwaukee store quoted us and they delivered it in 2 days all the way to Lake Geneva. Not to mention we received more furniture for the half the price than other stores had quoted us. Then Bud retired and his son Ryan took over. The apple didn't fall far from the tree on the switch of ownership. Ryan picked up right where his old man left off and B&H has continued time and time again to exceed our expectations. Not only do they always provide us with great service, but they also refer business to our business because they are all about supporting fellow local business owners! They were very patient with me while I was making decisions and weighing all my options. It turned into a very pleasurable experience. Expected it to be a little stressful, but they made it fun. Even picked up a few new items for the house. The prices were very competitive if not cheaper than all other big box stores I had looked at. Got a chance meet the new owner of the business Ryan.
