The first time I was told condescendingly that there was a Facebook page where they have posted all the information I would need. Then the second time I went the lady looked at me like I should know that they don't except donations during that time. the tone of voice was again condescending. Today I went in there and asked if they would take a crib rail as equipment and I was condescendingly told that that's not what equipment is "it would be bigger more expensive items". I just don't understand why you would expect the public to know the ins and outs of your business, we're not all from this area. We haven't all been coming to your business for years. All of that said the clothes & items they have for sale are perfectly acceptable. I would not recommend this place because of the customer service alone. After conveying what we were looking for she lead us to the area that we might be interested in. It turned out to be one of those 3 Bears story. We both fell in love with one of the items on the showroom floor as it was just right. What made it even better is when we began working with Amanda (the designer). We were able to see what our room would look like with the new furnishings. When it came to customizing it took a few days to choose fabric and color. You get to take samples home to view. Once all the choices were made we did order the goods. Now the wait begins. Assembled in the USA.
