If you're not a regular, don't bother. We went during the shop hop. When I asked about the passport, the girl at the desk was rude. The other worker in the back only wanted to talk to herself about forgetting her medicine and didn't have time to help. Fabric was great - but we didn't feel welcome. read more

This is probably one of the best quilt shops in Wisconsin. We've been coming here since the 80's Even after moving to Colorado we still come back to shop twice a year ! We travel all over the country to quilt shops and this is still our favorite ! read more

Just got home from an overnight quilt shop hop set up by The Stitchery, Delavan, Wisconsin. What a WONDERFUL experience!! Unbelievable how much fun, comfortable, well organized and did I mention FUN?!? Shirley was a GREAT hostess, Nancy and Cassidy had thought out ever detail!! These ladies know their business and always make you feel at home in the shop AND on the open road!! Thanks again Stitchery for a memorable trip!!! Count us in for April!! read more

Love this store. Great lighting, good selection (I've never left empty-handed), very good color range, and my favorite -- they RIP the fabric instead of cutting! If you've never been to a shop that rips, here's the advantage: not a shred of waste because the rip is on the true grain; if it looks crooked to you, have them show you how to pull it back to "true.' They are a family business, are very knowledgeable about what they sell, have a very polite shop dog, and have great weekend hours most of the year. Their back room of discounted fabrics usually yields a treasure or two. They also carry a small selection of needlepoint canvases and yarn as well as other oddments. Once I found this shop, I became a permanent fan. read more

Paid my $5 admission and had to go to the restroom... expecting to see port-a-potties, I was happy to see a big sign indicating the orange building were restrooms. Easily spotted up ahead, indoor plumbing, clean with plenty of stalls and multiple spots to wash hands. For an outdoor venue, this made me quite happy. There are vendors galore at the flea market and something for everyone. Arrive early for the best finds and to be sure you have time to see everything because there are so many items on display. Many vendors are open to making a deal even! A few food vendors on site as well in case you get hungry for breakfast, lunch, snack or beverages but I'd like to see more options in the future. Bring cash although there are a few who accept Venmo, just don't count on it. Otherwise, it's a great place to spend a few hours and find things you may or may not know you needed!

You can pay extra for early bird entry, otherwise the gates open at 7a for general admission. They have a few food vendors but could work to get a couple more on site, especially if you are planning to spend all day there. I've been coming here for a number of years and love meandering through all the booths.
