Very nice clean store with all your office supply needs. They have bathrooms available just ask for help. Great customer service here. I needed documents to be printed and scanned and they didn't even charge me. Even though it wasn't that expensive it was still great to be treated great like that. They have coffee, snacks, printers, all types of pens, notebooks, and even furniture. Great place if your in an "automation challenged" situation. They will take care of you here. read more

Went in to buy some office chairs. Tried a few varieties out and tried to get any service to get the chairs. Waited 15 minutes. Finally saw someone and told him what I wanted, which he then walked to the back of the store for several minutes only to tell me the store doesn't have almost any of the chairs they are selling in stock and I would have to drive to another location. read more

Never again! I went here to get some business cards made. There is no organization to the lines fit the store. You have no clue what line your supposed to wait on to be assisted. I waited fine a half hour just to be acknowledged. I saw they were busy so I was giving them the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong! They are not very helpful. Needed to send something by Fed Ex and called to make sure they could do it. Waited 15 minutes for the 1 employee to finish loading paper into the printer. He called me behind their counter to enter my information into their computer while he explained to the next customer that they didn't train him how to print images off a CD and suggest she come back the next day. After another 20 minutes the employee explained he didn't know how the new shipping program worked and he didn't know where the labels would have printed out. As I was leaving he told a 3rd customer he'd have to come back another day to get done what he needed. All the while, 3 other employees were standing on the other side of the store. read more

I have lived here for years and have never entered this place. I came to get a graphic calculator for my son and to look at some computers. I know that Best Buy is right down the road but I figured I was here anyway. I know that the job of the workers is to upsell and they did a good job at that. I was so close to buying a computer with all these extra things that I may not have needed. I ended up not buying anything except the calculator but I left with the tech guys card for when I am ready to buy that expensive computer. The workers were pleasant and the place was clean. read more

Specifically regarding the copy service center- unless you just need really simple copying services, it's best to go elsewhere. They offer services that unfortunately employees don't have the technical skills to effectively execute, or customer service skills to forgive it. I recommend ARC Printing for anything other than basic copying that you would do yourself. read more

The workers here were very unhelpful. I told the guy I didn't know how to operate the machines and he told me to read the thing and that he would be right back. He never came back. I ended up wasting 9 dollars trying to fax papers with no help. The young lady who checked me out was even more less helpful. It wasn't until I got to the desk that I was told that the fax machine wasn't double sided AFTER I already wasted time faxing my papers. Never coming back here to do anything. read more

Really blah store. No one greeted me as i walked in, even though there were two employees milling about right inside the store. It didn't seem well organized and the copy center was a mess. The checkout was slow and well the lady seemed personable it was like she was half awake and not paying much mind to myself. Out of all the stores I've been to over the years this one was the worst. I normally only stop here for quick packing supplies before I hit the post office, it's just kind of drab, the employees are just...there..not much energy and it goes with the blah atmosphere, the selection is rather blah as well, I don't not like this location I just wish its products were more up to date and the vibe was a bit more upbeat. read more

Service is extremely lacking, from the people at the print desk to the cashiers. I've gone to this Office Max multiple times and there is a general lack of friendliness and basic courtesy by the staff each and every time. Most annoying of all is there general inability or lack of desire to do their jobs. They wanted over a week just to print and bind a single 75 page document. No thanks!!! read more

If you want a jacked up computer after having a diagnostic check come here. I dropped my computer off to get it checked because it was running slow. Christine called me to tell me the ridiculous price to remove 2 viruses and add protection. I told her I would pick up my computer I don't want them to do anything to it. Went home to use my computer and it was stuck on a blue screen. Went back to the store to find out what's going on. I told Justin what I was told about the 2 viruses and he told me they didnt find anything on my computer and I have a email stating nothing was found. Checked my email to confirm (email says nothing was found) so I don't know what Christine was talking about. Justin is trying to help save my computer after standing here for over an hour. I'm so pissed I leave them with a working computer that's just running slow to now have a computer I can't even use that I need for work. NEVER USING THEM AGAIN! read more

Literally the slowest service ever. They really need to hire more people or set more people in the services center.

They greeted me as soon as I came in the door. They took my desktop to try and repair. Told me the motherboard was fried. So, I ended up getting a desktop from them. Charged me $80 to transfer my data to the new desktop. Quoted me $50 when we were talking, but Dan was having a bad weekend since he did have a friend pass away. Told me to come in at noon the next day to pick it up. Told it would be ready. Wasn't of course. Told to come back in 30 minutes. I did. Gave me my desktop back and the clerk didn't know what belonged to me. Had to ask for the box that it came in since it came with a mouse and keyboard. Oh, they didn't give me my power cord. So, I'll have to go back up there and get my cord and some screws since they had to take apart the desktop to get to the hard drive. read more

Horrible customer service. This is my second day coming here because yesterday they took forever with very few customers. I waited in line for 25 minutes and i was the next person in line. I'm not sure what the big project was but there was no communication from the workers to the people on line waiting. Other staff members just walked around and didnt say much of anything or help the other workers. I'm back today and I'm still waiting. Its been 15 minutes now and while I am being helped, the guy whose name is Eddie barely spoke and walked around joked and took his time while completing my order. When I got my order, it was on regular paper and would be an extra service charge to cut them because they were two to a sheet. Just refrain from going there. I only went there because a friend recommended them for printing services. Really nice and helpful employees! I walked in and I was immediately greeted by two employees. While walking down the aisles after putting in my print order, another employee walked over and asked if he could help me find anything. For the two items I needed, they walked me to each aisle and made a recommendation and asked if I needed anything else before moving on to the next customer. There was only one cashier so I did have to wait for a minute in line, but she was extremely nice and talkative while ringing up my items. The manager made a price match for me as soon as I asked. I will definitely continue using them. read more
