Let me start off by saying I was very impressed on what this establishment is doing for vaccinated…read moreindividuals!. I got my second dose of the Moderna vaccine a few days ago and I said to myself ' the first thing I do is get my CDC vaccination card laminated'!!.. I walked into the store waited a couple of minutes behind another customer and was greeted by a polite employee,I told him I would like to have my card vaccinated and he told me they would make a copy of the original and return it to me and only laminate the copy. In which I thought was a great idea to carry around the laminated duplicate and leave the original at home with my other important documents, just in case I misplaced it I could always make another copy which in my opinion is great for anyone!. Oh wait don't go nowhere yet,I'm not finished with this review yet, hold on because he comes the best part my friends. After everything was said and done with the lamination of my vaccine card, can you believe it's free of charge, that's right I said it it's free you read correctly!!.. so when ( hopefully you all do ) get vaccinated take your card to OfficeMax and have them compliment you for free!.

This is a typical chain office supply store. Recently, Office Depot acquired OfficeMax. OfficeMax…read morePerks (their reward card) still works and, like Office Depot's, is still free. I'm not sure how they're dealing with points, though. This location is never very busy, always well staffed, always well stocked and always clean (so many superlatives)! Their prices aren't always the best, though. I highly recommend comparison shopping and taking advantage of their price-matching scheme. I've used their printing services. I recommend calling to follow up and make sure that they got the order. However, if they have questions or recommendations, they're pretty good about calling the customer to verify orders and suggest improvements. I've been no less than satisfied and often delighted with my results when I've used them. They're located in Harbour View East shopping plaza, right off of exit 8 (I-664). They're right between Bed, Bath, & Beyond and TJMaxx. There's always plenty of parking (even during the holidays.... Shhhhh!).

This is the place to go. I was needing file cabinets. Real sturdy ones. Ones that will take the…read morewear and tear of lots of use every single day. They had them. What is more, they had three lateral cabinets that matched. I was (and still am) thrilled. No one would ever know that they are used. So for the price of one brand new three drawer lateral cabinet I got THREE two drawer lateral cabinets. Now what was a row of boxes has turned into very useful space (and actually a pretty area now).

Don't bother…read more Sometimes they will print what you want. Sometimes they won't. Sometimes it will be on time. Sometimes it will take three days to get 15 copies. The real problem is that you never know. And when you get stuck, it is always an excuse--like "we can't do that." Really? You did the same thing last month. But whatever. Not to mention that the prices are ridiculous. For example a "blueprint" on 24 lb paper is around $5 bucks. The same paper and size in the poster setting is over $20. As a teacher, creating sometimes disposable visual aids, I am not paying for name "poster", when it is the same amount of ink on the same paper. I have printed in the blueprint setting for years--recognizing the quality might be diminished. Only now, they can't do it if it isn't a blueprint. All of a sudden. I get it. Why wouldn't you make teachers pay more than architects?

I recently stopped by OfficeMax, located on Greenbrier Parkway in the heart of Chesapeake, to pick…read moreup some supplies for my Home Office. They have a great selection of products available. Admittedly, I'm not a fan of the big box stores but it is getting increasingly difficult to find local stores that sell products for the Home Office. Given the wide variety of products and the customer service that I received, I'm rounding up from a 3.5 to a 4 Star.

If I could put 0 I would. I tried to order wedding…read moreinvitations here because needed some last minute. It was August 8th. There was one lady ( had black curly hair in two buns) and no other customers when we showed up. She had a little attitude right away for no reason. We explained clearly what we wanted. We kept sending her the right design on canva and she would print an example out wrong and kept doing that. Her attitude increased as time went on even though we were extremely patient. She kept either printing the color wrong or on the wrong paper or wrong size. She would ask us to check what we sent and every time we sent her the exact right thing so it was on her end that she was printing it out wrong. While we were there like 10 people showed up mostly just to use the "print ur own" computers. She left while helping us for a total of about 20 min. To go help customers that showed up after us. Which is fine but then after she sort of blamed us for it taking so long when it was only taking long cuz she kept printing things out wrong and then leaving us for long periods of time. She rushed us SO MUCH and kept on saying u need to pay now or leave and just told us "she would fix the final draft" without showing us an example first. Which I was scared about because she had already done it wrong a bunch of times on her part. But she refused to show us another one and just said we had to pay or go away. This was for 150 invitations so yeah I wanted to make sure they were exactly right before they printed them all but I decided to trust her word that she would print them out right. LOL she did not. We come in ( August 10) and the back and front symbols on the invitation were completely different colors. Which in the one we sent they were the same so they should have come out the same. She clearly did something wrong. The manager there ( some large guy bald I think with glasses) first was defending her saying they only print what we send but then funny enough he printed it out and the color was the same on front and back and so it was clearly her wrongdoing. He was nicer and gave us a refund but He never even said "sorry" . All he would say is that there must of been a loss in communication. But never a sorry. And trust me we communicated our design and sent over the right design more times then we should have had too. The girl was soooo annoying to deal with. Also she kept saying they would be done at a certain time and then delaying it. Which would be fine if she didn't have an attitude on the phone when saying it. Like girl if you are mad about being the only worker maybe be mad at your manager not us. She was obviously understaffed but she had over a day to do them and if it wasn't possible she could have just told us that the day of and we would have gone somewhere else. They need to hire more people and people with better attitudes. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR PRINTS!
