We are a tax exempt business, so it's easier if I have to visit the store on the fly to go in get the item number I need and place and pay for it online. Foregoing the tax exempt certificate and having to carrying the business credit card. After placing the order online and paying I took the item to the cashier stand where the cashier threw a temper tantrum the likes of a three year old. You would think I had caused them so much trouble. I'm like "really?" here is the item all you have to do is print out the pickup slip. She walked away still going on and another cashier came over and said ignore her, printed out the paper and off I went. Why do you put up with that. I literally saved an employee from goin and getting the item blah, blah, blah. If only there was an alternative in town. I guess that's how you get away with it.

Print department is amazing !!!…read more Disappointed in customer service within store. I wanted to purchase a specific printer. I asked for help and lady said kinda sharp if it's not out we do not have it. She commented that they are expecting a delivery the next day. I asked could they call if one is on the shipment and she said no. You just need to call the store. We do not call customers. It's not that they would not call it was the attitude. I walked out before I commented. I hope this is a one time occurrence.

Usually it's not that bad but because I was doing this for a family member, it felt like my lack of knowledge and/or ability to get information was a sin. I won't lie, the printed labels from home were blurry while still scannable. A simple sorry for the inconvenience would have been great. At least it wouldn't feel like they hate life and everyone else.

We wanted to frame and hang it in our home. We spoke to Matt and explained what we would like to do. We showed him the photograph and he proceeded to make suggestions on the frame style and color, mat color and thickness, the type of glass as well as decorative edging on the mat. Yes there is different types of glass and thicknesses of mats that can make a difference. After several days, Matt sent a picture to me on my phone showing what it would look like for our approval. It wasn't inexpensive but it turned out to be exquisite and just what we envisioned. The professionalism, ability to turn our ideas and vision into reality and the timing took a talented artist and framer's mind to do all of this. Yes you could get it done cheaper but not the way this photograph turned out. We are to say the least pleased.
