She went through each coffee listed under the "Originals" and told me what each contained. She also gave me a punch card. I ordered the mocha orange ovation, which was very good! It tasted like a chocolate orange and had sea salt sprinkled on top. When sipping my coffee, I went upstairs where there's lots of tables and couches to sit and relax. Or work on your computer. Soothing music was being played.

The boutique itself has an incredible variety of items: clothing, home music, stationery, gifts, toys and games, skincare, teas, essential oils, tableware, a lovely Boho collection, and beautiful jewelry. After painting our pieces, you check it in to be fired then pay. I decided to call to check & was told that they had no information. When I described the item, I was then told it was in the pile with the "Lost Contact Info" stuff and was ready to be picked up. A couple of hours later I went to get it. They couldn't find my item or any information. I was then told it was probably taken to be re-fired. I let her know about my previous call & that was not discussed. After looking in a couple different rooms, she did find my item. The pick up process seems a little unorganized. However, I did enjoy my time creating my "masterpice" :), and the staff was very helpful & friendly. With that said I will give them another try & hope for a smoother less confusing pickup process next time.

The prices of the items are similar to what I have seen at other pottery settings, with so many unique items to choose from. The care that went into the firing and finishing process is evident in the lack of damages in my work and the thoughtful packaging when I picked up my piece. In my experience there was no extra charge for the firing process and the project took about 2 weeks to get my piece back, and I received a helpful message letting me know my piece was complete. I contacted customer service. Ordered a replacement for the following Friday. I requested an evening delivery time due to my 24/7 building restrictions and that no one will be home to sign during the day. Found out a day before that it was being delivered in the morning. Customer service canceled and reschedule following Tuesday. I spoke to multiple representatives in between who confirmed that they had left multiple clear and distinct notes for the delivery team that it has to be delivered in the evening. Was found out the day before the second delivery that it was coming again in the afternoon. Rescheduled for a third time where I was guaranteed by two representatives, with text message proof that it was coming that following Friday after 4:30 PM. I then received a text message after speaking to the six representative that it was coming in the afternoon. I finally got a hold of an in-store manager after calling Customer service a few times. He changed the delivery for Saturday. As I'm writing this review, I am continuing to get emails that it is coming Friday, today, let me remind you No one will be home and there are building restrictions, however, I was told in store that it is actually coming Saturday, but I did not get any proof or email confirming that. This has been the worst customer service experience, especially as a first time buyer. I requested a full refund of the nightstand, which has not been accommodated for, I've asked for a full refund of my white glove service, which I only got a partial refund for. it has been almost 2 weeks and I still have not got my replacement and the lack of service between representatives is unacceptable. Come to find out that actually zero notes left for the delivery team, which means customer service did whatever they could do to get off the phone with me. Absolutely unacceptable. never be buying from Bob's again or recommending it.
