Eventually I stopped in to talk to someone, and was told to come back later when the girl who does scanning was there. I leave my art with them, pay $115 to scan my work and have it edited. Upon talking to the employees I was under the impression that they could keep a scan on file and print on demand as orders come in. I got my first order a few weeks later, and they told me that it will be a couple weeks.... for one print because other projects took precedent. Then I was told I could pay a $40 dollar rush to get it earlier. (my print price on my shop is $40 lol) Not only that but I was told I would receive a call with price and such later in the day, no call back. Obviously that would not work for my business. Very disappointed that they were not transparent about their abilities, when I was transparent with my needs and wants. I found a solution elsewhere and called two days later to cancel the print order and notify them they can delete my files they have. They did not seem to care that they dropped the ball.

If you have never been there you would be surprised of all the unique things they have. Every time we go I leave with stuff in the shopping cart. My office has a large number of things from Hobby Lobby from a J and K tins on my wall (my kids names) to a distressed picture frame with my family picture in it. When all else fails and she shops longer then me their is always the #hobbylobbychallenge. Any store that I do not choose to go into that I don't mind being in is a 5 star in my book.
