I was charged $104.00 for HP 962 Cyan, Magenta, Yellow Ink Cartridges, Pack Of 3, 3YP00AN at your Portland, Oregon store. The Office Depot website listed the same product for 85.89. I understand prices are up because of tariffs but I was charged $18.00 more for shopping inside the store. I like to support businesses in my community but not at this considerable expense to myself. My review would be "ZERO" if that was available. I placed an order this morning for pick up and got order confirmation at 10:11 AM. After about 4 hours I texted to get information on the order and all they said was it was in process. After about another hour I chatted and was basically told the same thing. When about 45 minutes passed and I had not received an e-mail that my order was ready for pick up, I did another chat with the same results. I just got off the phone with the store and the person said their floor people had not gotten the order on their phones. This is absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with Office Depot, and I will not be shopping at this store again. read more

WORST office supply store EVER. 1. Needed an office chair ASAP. 2. Went in store and purchased a 450.00 chair, with the PROMISE that it would be delivered today (4/7/21), no later than 5:00 pm. 3. Five O'clock came and NO CHAIR. 4. Called the store manager. He put me on hold. The phone went dead, and he said "No, you were on hold." I noted that the phone went to a dial tone. "Oh," was the genius' reply. I Called back, and he put me on hold AGAIN, and the phone went dead AGAIN. 5. Finally got through without a disconnect, and the manager told me that the delivery date, that was PUT IN WRITING by the salesman was, "only an estimate." According to the tracking app, the chair never made it out of the warehouse. 6. I told Mister Integrity that his salesman WROTE on the purchase order that the item WOULD BE DELIVERED today. "Oh," was the reply, followed again by, "It's just an estimate." 7. I told Mr. Manager that I wished to cancel the order, since it was made with the promise that the item would be here today, and that the order would NOT have been made otherwise. 8. After being on hold again for 10 minutes, while the manager was trying to cancel the order, he came back on line. "I have bad news," he said, "I can't cancel the order. You'll have to receive the order in order to cancel it." I usually don't go to offices supply stores and I now know why. This place needs a lot of work. Came in for some office supplies and the store just looks unorganized and dead. The workers seem very stressed and unhappy.. nobody seems to like working there and I often see a lot of other customers just lost. The mangers seem to never work. Every time you ask them for help and they seem not to care. The lady "penny" is exactly what you expect. Poor customer service skills and just rude. I had some posters printed. Advertised hours are that they close at 8PM. I get off at 7PM so I go after work, just to have the man at the desk put a Closed sign in my face when I'm next in line at 7:40. If I hadn't ordered and paid ahead, I'd cancel my order and take my business elsewhere. But instead I can't pick up my order that's paid for and that I've already received confirmation is ready for pick up. Pathetic customer service. read more

Needed to ship concert tickets to Austin, TX. Azahel and Julien had me ship with FedEx. I paid for express shipping as the tickets had to be delivered a day later. Both Azahel and Julien were clueless about the correct FedEx envelope to use. Julien put the tickets in a regular package and put the FedEx label on it. I get home later that day and notice the FedEx tracking number doesn't exist. I call and after Josh (manager) finally figures out what is going on, he says fedex did not pick up your package today as it is fedex ground and fedex picked up for ground this morning. He also said they could not guarantee a delivery date. I drive back to Office Depot to get the package and get a refund. I will be going to the UPS Store first thing in the morning to overnight the tickets. I have never dealt with such gross incompetence from people in a customer service role. These guys should not be working here. I was lied to, ripped off and wasted a good two hours of my day. Take my advice and NEVER COME HERE. I felt like josh, julien and azahel were all on drugs as they could not communicate and had no idea what they were doing. read more

Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I get email info like tickets printed here. It's s great service if you're having printer issues at home. Also I've had my laptop repaired here. They are way more reasonable than most places and quick and courteous. Also i hear they sell office supplies! read more

As soon as I came through the door there was staff to help me with everything, it wasn't overwhelming just very informative. Everything I was looking for was in stock and the prices were reasonable for it being an office supply store. The employees made me very comfortable, and easy to talk to. Rather than other places where the employees make you feel intimidated. I believe that the service made office depot. Although, the product was extremely good, I liked the service the best. Love their shipping services. That is the main reason we come here. Shipping through them is quicker than going to the post office. They can give you the breakdown of all shipping options (USPS, UPS, Fedex). They're helpful but not overly helpful. read more

On the final draft that had blurry names, faded borders, and fonts incorrect plus wrong dimensions... He gave up and refunded printing charge. But,,,,, no refund on the horribly created template.
