I decided to go by Office Depot and make a printer purchase, thinking I could use some sort of coupon to lighten my distaste for buying a printer, but OD doesn't take coupons homie on all technology! What the what? That's when people need to use a coupon the most. Once more, when I inquired about recycling my old printer (since none of the recycling deals for new printer purchases were for HP), I was told that I had to buy a box to place the printer in to recycle. WhatdaWHAT.com!!!! If anything, I would have donated the printer to Goodwill. It still worked, I just wanted to upgrade. Why would I BUY a new printer, then spend $$$ on top of that for you to "recycle" it???? Once more, no one even came over to help me as I perused the aisles for at least 30 minutes trying to finalize my decision. No customer service at all. So glad I decided to look elsewhere and found out that Best Buy gives vouchers (coupon) when you recycle any old printer and buy a new one. I would have settled for just giving it to OD for free when I purchase a printer, but to buy a box LOL to put a printer I own in it...to give to someone else. Called a few times today - was put on hold multiple times at 5 -15 minute intervals. Whenever someone picked up, I had to ask for help again with a new person. I could never get a straight answer until the last minute when I asked a 6th time and I only spoke to I think 3 different people on my last call. Customer service is sub par here - I work in Sales and this is unacceptable. I will take my business elsewhere. Sorry Office Depot, you just lost a Business Account. read more

Fantastic Customer Service at the print and copy counter! So friendly and professional! Also speedy service!!

I would not even choose one star. On 8/4/21. I went in the store and placed an order with the manager Shaun. He wrote everything down on a order paper even put the date and time completely correct on the paper. Monday 8/9. @12:00 noon pickup.please call if ready in advance. I waited a few extra days and went into the the store 8/14. I know we have bad days at work and sometimes we fall from not completing a job I get that. When I arrived I ask for my order and it didn't even exist. I paid 90.00. No order to be found. The staff that was behind the print counter had so customer experience there attitude was oh well we can't find it basically go somewhere else. There is no communication everyone walks around like they are busy and they are not. The location of I-10 East needs a whole new team. Members who love there job. Managers who motivate each other and work as a team and not blame each other. Today 8/17 my order was promised to be done and completed by noon by the manger Shaun. It wasn't completed! I waited over 40 min to and still waiting. This place needs help I believe the head manager Laurie or Lauren not exactly remember her name needs to have more organized team. This store is not helpful! Lazy people work at this store and I lost business from depending on them to do 1 job!!! I don't recommend printing or even buying. How does Office Depot even stay in business? The service is horrible and the selection is non existent. I've been to the this location several times and I've been ignored by employees on their personal cell phone and overall ignored. They never have anything. Ever. After leaving them I've had to go to another location or a completely different business. Please close asap. read more

Every time I come here, I wish I didn't. The copy & print staff are extremely rude. There never seems to be enough of them behind the counter because you can expect a 10-25min wait even if you're second or first in line. One woman was chewing gum and wouldn't even make eye contact with me when I asked a question, so I simply walked out of the store. The manager however is extremely kind and was very helpful a few times I was there. I really appreciated his attempt to make a disaster into a something somewhat tolerable. read more
