The manager that's on duty on 5/5/26 is very poor. He takes personal calls before he services his customers and he actually seems to treat his employees bad and seems not to do anything. He's really not a manager, nor he would be good as a clerk. The one girl in printing was trying to do something and he told her to just have the customer. Write it down and come back as there was no one to help her. But yet he was doing nothing to try to help any other customer. So he really does not know how to manage and I can see why this store is usually slow. I guess next time I will go to Staples as I am new to the area and this is one of the poorest Office Depot I have ever been to and I'm from Las Vegas Nevada, where there is quite a few. I am glad I don't have a business here as I did there as I know Office Depot could not handle my needs. Corporate needs to take a look at things, believe me been in business. Customer service horrible! Waited 15 minutes while manager was showing 2 other staff how to print something. When I did get help, he stayed a bit then left. He did return when I was extremely frustrated trying to print an email. Then I had to wait at the front register to buy a soda, while same manager was in back showing staff somthing else! My wife and I came in to get her an office chair on wheels to help her get around. She is in a full leg brace and was using a walker. The sales person found the chair we were looking for but it was out of stock unless we wanted to drive over an hour away. Our salesperson said his supervisor stated we'd have to pay an additional $12 on top of the price because the floor model was put together. When we went to check out, I asked him why this was the case because we've never even had to pay full price for a floor mode, much less an increase in price. Our salesperson asked me to please wait and we watch him walk over to Johnny (sp?), the shift supervisor and ask if he could either not charge the increase since it was the only one or if he could give us a military discount since we are military. Johnny was very rude and dismissive to him and said no, he already told him and not to ask again. Then he wouldn't even look at us as he walked by. He was rude and abrupt and if my wife wasn't in pain and needing this chair I would have told him to keep it and not given him our business. read more

Had an issue with Amaria who works at the copy station. She has a super bad attitude. After having issues with your self-service copy machine and seeing two employees on their phones and not serving customers, I asked for her help. She seemed irritated that I would interrupt her video game. She said something about the idea that I needed to learn to read and I straight up told her to lose the attitude and do her job. She did not like that and escalated to insulting me further. I walked away and yelled for the store manager. Even the store manager was not helpful. At least your manager was working while the other two were on their phones. At some point, the district manager showed up and I addressed him about her attitude. She sat right in front of him with that attitude and kept being rude. Totally done with this place. Hey Amaria, I hope you can read! In the future just do your job. You are there to run a copy area, not tell customers they need to learn to read. oh, get off the phone. Manager, try taking phones away if they can't keep from playing games on them. Store is fairly good with a full assortment of supplies. Depending on the day usually you can get help with your purchase. However beware of any deliveries that are not store pick-ups. I have been trying to get a refund owed to me for two weeks now. On the 4th call to customer service the agent apologized and said credit would be shown in 2 to 3 days. This is the end of 4th day and called again. Now advised it was just approved and will take 7 to 10 days,what a circus. Unfortunately also having problems with business account with wrong deliveries. It is really a shame because it seems problems are coming out of warehouse and shipping processes. read more

Will Morales met me as soon as I walked in to buy a laptop. He knew the product and actually kept me from buying the wrong one. There was no pressure to buy, but he gave me his card. I left and went to Best Buy. They had an almost identical laptop for about $200 more. The man that came to help said he had 4 minutes until he got off. He said they maybe could price match. He asked the manager to help us, but he blew us off. We left and walked past several salesmen standing in a group talking. I went back to Office Depot, and Will helped me to get the best price. I received even more of a discount by following them on Instagram. I'm an online college professor and rely heavily on my computer. On vacation from NY and came in for an awesome deal on a tablet. Store was sold out but the rep worked to find one locally and we settled on getting the floor model at a discount. Had to bring the unit back the next day due to faulty charging port but the staff was friendly and accommodating. read more

The area seems a little sketch at 8:45 at night. Despite closing in supposedly 15 minutes, Raymond still sought to my assistance speedily and with a sense of humor. I can't imagine how this was a store chosen to not be closed. There are always people in the print area, perhaps one person on the general floor. If you try to get help they walk past you with no eye contact. If you don't know the the location of you item you are screwed. Hi, I don't normally do reviews but I had to in this case. Today I shopped for awhile and didn't see any employees. I was trying out chairs for a long time and no asked if I needed assistance. I finally found some one and he was on his phone. I asked for help when he had a minute. He helped me right away at that point and I asked for help with a chair. I had a question and he was able to answer about adjusting the chair. I asked about the price and assembly fee and he scanned item and said it was last one and on clearance. I said great Ill take it. He said just push it up front. I was a little confused how to do that will the very small office depot carts. then right after asked if I was done shopping, I said yes then he said he'd roll it up front. (Then I remembered I had a question on pens and he showed me the location). I get to the register and 2 workers are there. One see me and leaves, the other is helping someone with a very long return. The other one does not return. the one is still helping a customer and never once addresses me, and does not call for back up at any point. I waited almost 10 minutes and still nothing. 4 or 5 people line up behind me, and they ask him to call for help. he doesn't understand so I repeat and motion to the extra register. he says, "oh it happens" and then calls for help. I am next and he never apologizes for the wait. once I am up front, I tell him the chair was on clearance. He complains and says he needs to instruct the young guys about giving away a floor model. he talks about an assembly fee and I say that was never mentioned and that seems inappropriate since it was already assembled and it is used as everyone has sat on it. he checks with another person and finally agrees to waive that fee. I can see on his register in large font it say, "call for back up if there are 3 or more people in line OR the wait is great then 3 minutes. He did neither, yet complains others cant do there job. I obviously have a small cart and he does not ask if I need assistance getting the chair to my car......very disappointed in this experience. read more
