Whenever I get crafty and needs copies or something printed i come to this specific dept store. The employees are extremely helpful and go out of their way to hep out the costumer. I have to write this review to let you guys know that if you ever need anything printed, laminated or formatted you have to come here. I was treated by Tasha, i had to print some documents and had to have them printed and laminated a certain way. She went out of her way to get me all the supplies needed, let me use their computer and had me with my finished product in about 10 minutes. Tasha is very computer savvy and her costumer service is superb. Never had i received better treatment from other material, office store before. I will definitely come back to this store and will keep recommending Tasha as long as the service is this close to perfection, and honestly i don't see why not. read more

There was no ink for a black and white print and the printing manager gave a ineligible copy and when we returned it because we couldn't read the numbers, the manager said that it wasn't a copy color . ... But "There's no color on it! " Well, he didn't care about it. I would never returned there to print or anything because they would lie or say whatever nonsense. read more

Writing this only because I hope it gets noticed by the management team over at this location. The printing/copy station wait-time is horrendous. There was only one person working in this department, while the line of customers waiting was longer than the line at the register. I waited for over an hour and 40 minutes for service because not one other employee could be bothered to check and try to help this poor customer service employee and alleviate the time that customers had to wait in line. I would look around and see other employees just standing there on their phones without showing any interest in what was going on at the printing station. Hopefully, management will see this review and make the necessary changes so that other future customers won't have to wait this long. I am giving 4 stars because I can not judge the whole team for only one person. The people at printing station are always rude and they make you wait long time so you get tired of waiting and just walk away. I feel bad for them because specially one of them Looks like he hates his job. I wonder why he does not change it ? I think the manager should do a better job while hiring the staff. read more

Pathetic. I needed a poster printed size 36x48. I call the store. This lady ?Adrianna who works in the print center answers the phone and can barely EngLish. She passes the phone to an English speaker and tells him to have me come in to the store to print out the poster. I show up and she asks me if I had called earlier. And after downloading my file off my USB, tells me that they don't print this size in store and is done online, will be available only after 5 days. Why didn't the b**** tell me over the phone and have me drive down to her damn store? She then forgets to give me back my thumb drive with my home keys attached. I had to come back an hour later to retrieve it. I go a mile down to Fedex and receive the best customer service at a 24 hour Fedex printing center in Coral Gables. Poor service, poor management. I was trying to buy a memory drive 1TB ssb. After selecting one of 5 boxes on display at $129 each the cashier took 15 minutes to say there weren't any more in stock... manager is called to offer a solution and comes back with a $369 drive... Ally in the Print Center is an angel on earth. She was so incredibly helpful with our print project. We needed to print an 18 x 24" foam mounted poster board + print out multiple 5 x 7" pictures cut down from 8.5 x 11" sheets. She handled everything so professionally and perfectly, all along with a big smile on her face. Everything was cut to precision and she was able to get it all done quickly, as she knew we were on a tight timeline. She truly went above and beyond and handled everything with such kindness, which was much needed in our stressful situation. We super appreciate all of her help, and know that it's employees like her that set a great example for everyone else they work with, and make the customer experience an enjoyable one. read more

A joke. I found an item on the Office Depot website and the site said it was in stock at this store. I came here the following day and noticed that the price on the shelf tag was nearly twice the price that this same item with the same SKU was listed for on their website. I took the item to the register, where I had to wait in line for nearly 10 minutes, though there were only maybe 3 groups of customers ahead of me and 2 registers open (with 2 or 3 other employees milling about behind the counter doing seemingly nothing to help speed things up or assist more customers). When I finally got to the checkout, the cashier scanned the item and sure enough, the price was the same as the shelf tag. I quickly took out my phone, opened up Office Depot's own website and showed the cashier the same item that was clearly listed on the web for about 1/2 the price this store was trying to charge (mind you, the item on the site was not on sale, the cheaper price was regular cost). He said "Well, that's no problem, sir...We do price match". I said "Well, it's not exactly a price match. That's YOUR own website and that's the price your own company has this item listed for!". He adjusted the price and checked me out, but it taught me a valuable lesson...Don't blindly come to Office Depot's stores without first checking their online store. The prices they're charging in the brick and mortar store may not be accurate, and the staff doesn't seem to care. I'd be interested to return here in a few days and see if that particular error has been corrected at this store. It should be noted that I contacted this company via the feedback section of their website and requested a reply to my comments (One can choose whether or not to request a reply). Yeah...poor. How long must I wait in line while associates stand around while the ones working move like molasses. I walk in for paper, just one ream of paper. I get in line and find myself waiting for over ten minutes without the long line moving. I decide to make the best of it and look around. I found a great deal on a camera I have been looking for EVERYWHERE but when I got back to the line it hadn't moved. I waited in line for 30 minutes to get that paper. This is my local neighborhood Office Depot and maybe I expect a little more of stores that are so conveniently located near me, but Office Depot in general has been sliding lately. I once relied on Office Depot for my every office supply need, but no longer. They are pricing themselves out of the game and they are not providing as many services as some of their competitors. All in all, this store is well laid out, and has ample parking, but is terribly understaffed for a store its size. Also, there is a certain messiness to this store (read ala blue light special), probably due to the lack of staff. Maybe the store is too large and offers too many products in the store for the needs of today. read more

Agents were helpful after I had their undivided attention. The stock was out of what I needed and the agent checked inventory and retrieved the item from the back. Came here after visiting a resembling store (not going to name) to blow up high resolution images from a disc yet the young lady working there clicked & because the image wouldn't open she said "Can't open" I looked, I waited, I said yes because it's .TIFF and then she said "Sorry can't open". WOW wouldn't even try.... I know my way around computers and would have figured out how to open this or would've told her to see how to open this but I just thought "why bother!" I will just go elsewhere, were they have smarter staff or at least ones that are willing to do their jobs properly. Note to Office Depot: At the other similar nearby big supply store I went to.. They at least tried to help. At first the images didn't open but they copied the file onto the computer & were able to view them. By far the worst one I've been to. When I walked in, I stopped at the entry because I didn't know where the paper was. No one asked me if I needed help finding anything. I found it to the right of the store. Every paper supply I found was already opened and looked as though pagers were missing. After about 15 minutes of finding the one I wanted. I went to the register and the guy was like "cash only" and I said "well I'm paying debit so which register" and he said "no cash only". I was shocked! I was like "umm well you should put a sign on the door or tell people when they walk in" and he was like "they do tell everyone, you must have no been listening" . I left my stuff right there and walked onward towards the door I came in and there was a worker and a cop sitting there chatting it up. I simply said "you should tell people when they walk in you're taking cash only so they don't waste their time" and he had a nerve to say "yes I told you but oh weren't looking my way" seriously! If you don't say "excuse me ma'am we are only take cash at this point... sorry for the inconvenience" that would have been nice but no. I didn't get no help and no info. I'll never go there again. If you like being follow around by every sale rep there. This is the store for you.. As soon as I walk through those sliding doors. I over heard one of the sales rep worn everyone of my arrival "yellow shirt, yellow shirt". I didn't think anything of it and went about my business. As I walk by every station I kept on noticing a different sales rep four feet away just staring and acting like their were doing something else.. They gave my company a credit for the printer we were exchanging & notified us about the rebate we were entitled to. I think we received such great service because no one was there due to the horrible rain. It doesn't matter. I work from home and am in this store often for faxes. They only have my business because the faxes are usually urgent and the store is less than a block away. Every single time I have been in here, it's taken me between 15-30 minutes to send and pay for one fax. It's SLIGHTLY better now that you send the fax yourself and only have to wait on an associate to pay, but I still cannot get out of there in less than 15 minutes. There is always one customer being helped by two associates at half the speed of smell and another associate standing around, ignoring you, even if you try to get their attention. I've never received a greeting, thank you or indeed much more than a syllable or two. Most of the time they don't say a word to me and wordlessly put their hand out for my rewards card without even looking at me. I have no idea how they move so slowly, either, but everything takes forever. There's never more than one or two other customers at the copy center, but somehow it always takes two associates forever to help each one. Every time I go, I just feel blind contempt hurled over at me, complete with an eye roll or two. I can't even stress enough how much I hate this place. There's a Staples literally one block down on the corner of Coral Way and 32nd. Go there. read more

The parking is easy. Overall the place is convenient but the patrons are obnoxious! Children running around screaming, people jamming the aisles (which are actually pretty big). The staff is hit or miss. They have a greeter and the people working the floor are great but the cashiers tend to not be the brightest individuals. I would still come back here. Called the store a couple of days ago to ask a few questions about a couple computers I was interested in since this is the closest store to me. I spoke to a guy named Jose, who was very rude and answering with a lot of attitude. It was almost like he was doing me a huge favor by answering my questions, which is his JOB. Never have I ever experienced such terrible customer service and horrible phone eticate. I asked to speak to a manager he said he was the only one there. He sounded like one of those fresh out of high school kids working his first job who watched too many movies where the employee says "I am the manager" He asked if I was done with my questions because he was very busy and had a lot of things to take care of and he hung up on me. So I went to best buy which was a bit farther than but has better customer service and knows to treat their customers way better and ended up spending almost $1000 on the computers & warranty and other stuff. I'm never going back to this store as long as this kid is still working here. Stores that employ kids like this don't deserve my business. Would give negative stars if I could. read more
