When I got there they were sold out & I was moderately annoyed. The employee told me they would be getting a shipment in that night or the next morning & I should come back the next day around 3 PM (to give them time to unload, etc). That sounded reasonable to me. I returned about 5 mins to 3 PM the next day ... still nothing. I was annoyed. Then an employee, Justus, approached me and said he would try to locate the item in the back & I could browse & he would find me. That sounded good to me. He returned empty-handed. He offered to call me when the items are unloaded & he would set them aside for me & would make sure that I will get them at the sale price (even if the sale would be over). He said that when I was ready to check out for me to have the cashier paige him & he would take care of me. He did. Justus is the kind of employee that every employer should want to have. I certainly will continue to shop here. This customer is a VERY satisfied customer. Kudos to Justus.

They aren't full-service. My visits there has been a nightmare because they couldn't do the things a regular UPS can do, but that's not Staples' fault. My one gripe with this Staples besides the size is they direct you to the cashier for in-store pickups (for items you ordered online). I waited through a whole line of people checking-out just for the associate to tell me once I got to the register to pick up my order at a different section of the store - where I had to commence the whole "wait in line" thing again. I just think their signage could be better. And maybe if you see someone standing in a check-out line with nothing to buy, you could direct them to the right place so they don't waste their time. Other than that - there's a nice little selection of many office supply things here. Most people will be able to get what they need with no problems.

This Staples shrunk!…read more Maybe this happened awhile ago. I'm not sure. All I know is that, growing up in town, this Staples took up the entire square building next to the Walmart and the McDonalds on the Black Horse Pike. Now, years later, I need printer paper, ink and folders and -- tada -- there's a SLEEPY'S taking up some of the building! Instead of the entrance being on the corner, it has moved down a bit. The store is a tinier version of its former self, but fortunately, it still sold printer paper, ink and folders. It also seemed to sell all other basic office supplies. I only know as such because I went up and down nearly every single aisle -- sometimes multiple times -- searching high and low for the folders. I could not find them to save my life, and there was not one person on the floor to assist me in my quest. Signs were not particularly helpful either. It appears that no upgrading was done to the building when the consolidation happened -- whenever that was. Unlike the Cherry Hill location, which was under renovations as of my last visit, this Staples looks like it's out of the early 2000's. It could really use a boost of fresh air. Out in the parking lot, a guy had his car door swung wide open -- successfully taking up two parking spots -- for the duration of my visit. He casually watched me walk back to my car and it was a little unnerving. Yep, I think I'll stick to the Cherry Hill location in the future.

Staples is horrible . They advertised a laptop computer for one rate for Black Friday. When I…read moreplaced my order they accepted then they immediately sent me an email canceling . I then called and they could not tell me why . I was on the phone with them for over an hour as they tried to reorder . When it finally went through they cancelled again and then told me I had to wait until Monday for their system to get fixed . By then all the Black Friday deals would have been over and they could not even guarantee that I would get a laptop . Staples sucks . I will never ever shop anything from them again!
