As far as the overall experience I have to give Off the Wall Davie five stars. We hosted a birthday party here and it was hectic. However the staff knew exactly what to do. They made sure that all of our orders were taken, all of the guests had drinks in hand, that the birthday group was happy and that the kids enjoyed themselves. Also this is not just a place for children, they have a full bar on the opposite side of the Kidzone and arcade as well a full kitchen. The food was surprisingly delicious everyone enjoyed it which we honestly did not expect from a jump zone facility. Overall this was a great experience everyone enjoyed themselves, the food, and our hosts. especially our hosts for a really keeping it together. On the downside it was really expensive. But you get what you pay for. The staff must be used to doing this type of thing because I felt like I was going around in circles trying to keep everyone together and organized. Not great. I have been here a few times after coming for a birthday party. I always thought it was kind of expensive, but the kids like it. I brought one of my kids friends with him. His shoes were stolen. I tried to speak to someone to look at the cameras to see if the people that took it were still there, but after waiting no one came. In addition I ordered 3 food items. After 45 minutes I decided to cancel it. They were busier early, but not so busy when I ordered. And even less busy when I canceled. I understand when they are busy etc, but when I canceled to one tried to remedy the situation. No attempt to recover this opportunity at all. If you are going to make your establishment with a real kitchen and bar, you need to operate it as such. The food that was coming out looked like it was very rushed and thrown together. After spending almost $170 on 2 kids you would think shoes wouldn't get stolen, and food would come out in a reasonable amount of time. If I didn't cancel who knows when it would have came out. I get they will say they aren't responsible, but how you react to try and help says a lot. I had to walk over to good will and buy a pair of shoes for his friend to wear home. How to improve. You order all the food at the bar. However all the parents are in the actual bar and restaurant. They need a better system. Food runners or just do a kiosk to place orders. They do have a food court side but I have never seen them use it. If any day was busy enough to operate it, it's on these days. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT A TRAMPOLINE PARK! We arrived at 7:00, parked and walked in to find a very long line. We assumed that must be promising. After waiting in line for 20 minutes, the very friendly staff (none of this is their fault) politely explain that they can only find one of the waivers for the two children I brought. I went to their computer kiosk to fill out another waiver and was told that I need to get back into the line again (another twenty minutes). I laughed and told them that they should tell their manager that this is a terrible system. They laughed and said that they tell them every day. I paid the most money I've ever paid for two kids to jump on trampolines for 60 minutes and play in an arcade for another ten. I walk them through the chaotic arcade to get ti the trampoline area. A security guard points to a big blue sign stating that I will not be able to watch my 5 year old son jump on the trampoline because I didn't purchase a separate wrist band for myself (even though I'm not jumping). The entire nightmare took 35 minutes and a stupid amount of money for a subpar experience in a packed, dirty venue with limited space for jumping. Never. Ever. Again. Edited to Add: More than half of the arcade games were either "Out of Order" or broken in some way. We bought "$30" worth of arcade games. It bought us seven games for two boys (about 20 minutes worth). Garbage. read more

Come out and meet the cool kids on a Friday night......that is if you are in the middle school crowd! Off the Wall opened their Davie location this summer and it has been a huge hit. It took over the space that used to be that dump Kabooms and it is a huge upgrade. The place is smaller than the Coconut Creek location and is configured differently. There is less jumping area here and many more games. One of my son's friends told me this was a joint venture between Off the Wall and Gameworks (hence more games) but I have no verification on that. There are several different packages available with various combinations of jumping time, games, or pizza. Last night the boys got a combo of an hour jumping time and $15 game card for $24. The jumping area has dodgeball and basketball. The boys had a blast and it did not hurt that a ton of their friends were there. Most of the kids were dropped off but since I brought my boys and two friends for the first time I decided to hang out. I chilled (actually caught up on my work) at the cafe/bar. They have basic bar food: Burgers, chicken tenders, hot dogs, pizza, etc. I ordered a chicken sandwich and I was surprised that is was actually pretty good! The sandwich was made fresh to order. The chicken breast was plump and huge, towering over the bun. It could have used a bit more flavor but I was impressed that it was not processed. I did love the fries. They were hot, crispy, and really flavorful. I broke my own rule and enjoyed every fry! Off the Wall is a great addition to a neighborhood with lots of kids around. I am sure my boys will be spending tons of time hanging there in the future! read more

They've improved dramatically over the last few years....ie: updated atmosphere, much cleaner. Extensive food and drink selection. They're Margarita pizza...is literally the best I've ever had! They have done a great job of catering to the adults...making sure we're comfortable, while waiting for the kids to get tired. It takes like 8 hours! Lol. I wasn't completely convinced about bringing my 3 year old here for her birthday. My brother suggested it and I went along. There are many options to chose from with jumping and games, you can purchase packages or just hour by hour. There is also an option to buy a game card for an hour of open play where you can play as manu games as you want within the hour instead of paying for each game as you go. This is a great option, but you cannot play any games that give tickets which means you cannot get any prizes, so if your child (or you) really like earning tickets, then the unlimited hour is not for you. I didn't think that the jumping would be good for a little one. We got there at 10 am and there weren't many people. My 3 year old had a blast for an hour and had a wonderful birthday experience before all the big birthday parties started. We jumped and played dodge ball (or some form of it anyway)... A few friends and I have been to off the wall. Today we had Eric the bartender and he was very attentive, nice, and gave outstanding service. Gabriel, who I believe is the manager, since the beginning of our visit was very rude. Demanding we order food quickly and that they were closing up sooner than the website and signs at the location had said. He was aware we had purchased an hour session of karaoke and axe-throwing. He then says we couldn't do karaoke that they wanted to close and hour prior then what was disclosed per the website. Gabriel was very rude and told us he'd give us 30 minutes of karaoke. During the last 5 minutes of our karaoke the lights were shut off in the booth and we left. Very unprofessional service on his end. We thank Eric for the amazing service again. This place has everything for kids of all ages. It's a bit pricey at $9/hr per kid to jump and thats with the groupon. Otherwise it's $12.95/hr regular price. The arcade games are pretty expensive and are the biggest rip off. The bathrooms definitely need attention. I refuse to use them while I'm there. read more

This is my favorite indoor playground. They have dodgeball, foam pits, a big arcade, and a trampoline area for jumping. It's very clean and well supervised. They have the typical concession area with tables nearby for you to set up a home-base for the family. Additionally they have a beautiful bar, stocked with premium wines and liquors. Drinks are always two for one, so I enjoyed a glass of La Crema and read a book while waiting for my daughter and her friends. My bartender, Mike, handed me the menu and told me the food was really good from the "restaurant." He assured me it was all fresh, and really good. I was in disbelief because I was at an indoor playground, but it was pretty good! Overall, I would rather go to this place, the bar/restaurant side is really top notch for a kid's playground, and my kids enjoy jumping there. read more

I love to take my kids and myself to this place. My kids enjoy get tired eat and have mad fun. Dad gets to chill eat some wings and perhaps a beer and there's plenty of that at this location. My only concerns or recommendations for all parents pay attention to your child since your child can exit the jumping zone and can get out to arcade room unsupervised. A child's bouncing, game-playing, fun-seeking paradise. A bar for the grown ups. We came here for a birthday party. It is conveniently located in a strip mall, only a few doors down from one of my favorite tap houses. Once you walk in, you get the special socks, and go off to have fun. Being that we were part of a party, we had a private room in the back to put our stuff while the kids played. The party was nice because they supplied soda, pizza, and sang happy birthday. Each kid also got a game card. The pizza was hot and fresh, and they refilled the soda pitchers. I am not sure the cost of that, but the kids all seemed to enjoy it. It was also nice because the adults could hang out, watch tv, and talk without being in the chaos of the trampolines. As far as the bouncing goes, there is a huge trampoline area in back where you can bounce, play dodgeball, or jump into foam pits. The kids had a great time with all of that. In the front, there are lots of games, similar to Chuck E Cheese. You can win tickets (which stay on your card), and then trade them in for little prizes at the end. They have a wide variety of games for the kids to play, and my kids had no issue burning through the game cards they were given. The bar area is large as well, with decent pricing. I think it was 3 bottles of beer for $5. There is bar seating, a few high top tables, and then some booths to hang out in if you want to go that route. Basically, there is everything the parents could want between food, spirits, and entertainment for the kids. There is everything the kids could want between the bouncing and games and food. First time I go to this place, when arriving the rescue was in the location responding to an injured kid. One of my kids was injured after 10 minutes playing, he got a posterior elbow dislocation,and after him 2 more where injured as well, something is wrong bc I don't think is a coincidence . The place is dirty and lack of customer service, maybe convenient for adults since have full bar and the concept is maybe you relax while the kids play. This place has definitely declined! my children and friends went last night . While my son was jumping in the basketball area his foot went through the trampoline into the concrete. Thank God nothing serious happened to him. They also had a 25 year old harassing the younger kids, getting in their face and pushing and all management did was tell the kids to leave the man alone.
