Cindy was great! Super amenable taking us for a two day boarding last minute. I can board at my vet clinic free, but our little Foster Rocco was having a hard time adjusting to new surroundings and we wanted him to be in a home with love and snuggles, not back in a kennel. We have two pups - one that we've had since she's 8 wks and has been groomed frequently over the last 3 years. We also rescued a pup from Taiwan this past year who has been through a lot - is incredibly sweet, loving and warm, but can be frightened of strangers. We took her to our long term groomer about 6 months ago and had a terrifying experience. This groomer had absolutely no idea how to work with rescues and traumatized her. We decided not to groom her again until I heard from several friends at work about Cindy and her services. I was told that she has expertise working with rescues and works from the comfort of her home.. right away I decided to reach out to her and ask if she'd be open to grooming my girls. The whole experience- top to bottom- was incredible. She is very professional and you can tell she cares about the dogs.
