Gave me a large bag of stale popcorn and would not remake it. Returned it two days later and they acted like I was lying. I have been a regular customer, but won't anymore!! I love Off The Cob! The only reason I'm giving it 4 Stars is that customer service is hit or miss (but their popcorn isn't!!). I recommend getting a 2 or 3 gallon tin if you frequent the place because refills are half price. My family and I went to get pop corn today and was racially profiled and harassed on the low. My husky black son went in the building before me and asked to use the restroom. He was told it was for paying customers only, which is fine. What was not fine was they called a security guard over to watch us. My husband was waiting in the vehicle and our license plate was photographed and the security guard entered the store looking for I guess law abiding, voting black Christian people who had not caused any problems what so ever. I wasn't aware the security guard was there because of us otherwise I wouldn't have spent over $50 in their establishment. This place is actually pretty awesome. The prices are perfect for "Gourmet" popcorn. Better quality than the stuff you find in magazines and school fundraisers! The size options are really good: mini, small, junior, medium, large, and so forth. The tins available are great to store the popcorn and to make sure it stays fresh for a long period of time, but good luck! This popcorn tastes so amazing that it won't last as long as you think! There are plenty of flavors to choose from! Our family favorites are: Dill Pickle, Loaded Potato, and Jalapeno Cheddar Don't knock this place till you try it. Trust me, it's amazing. This store would be a good place to shop for gifts if you're a fan of any local colleges. They have NCAA and NFL mugs and tins filled with popcorn. Great tasting popcorn also! Tastes very fresh, not at all stale. My favorite is the white cheddar. The Mac and cheese is very good also, it has a bit of a bite to it. I didn't care for the kettle corn. Cashier wasn't very friendly and worked very very slow. It took her a good 15 minutes to fill 2 small bags and 2 mini bags. read more

It is frustrating to me how long it takes to get my order simply taken here. I just walked out last time cause no one would wait on me. I was hoping to give them another chance, but again I waited. I wanted one bag of popcorn. At the prices they are asking for the popcorn I should have prompt courteous service. Instead, after waiting longer then needed, I finally saw a lady in the back cleaning something. She didn't stop what she was doing by any means when she saw me. I went few weeks back an purchased a large big red flavored popcorn-carried it out of store by carrying it around the middle of the bag got home an got out of my car in my garage an preceded to get popcorn out by grabbing it by the twist tie at top of bag an the popcorn went everywhere- I called to speak with the owner to let them know about it an was told she wasn't in- so I told the girl that had waited on me that had tied it about what had happened- her reply was sorry but after u leave the store with the product nothing can or will be done about it- I've called 3x after to get the owner to call me back an still haven't heard from her- I told the girl that they lost my business because I wouldn't be back in - she said "oh well" - I wouldn't encourage anyone to go there after the rude behavior of the staff an apparently the owner too since she doesn't care enough to even be courteous enough to return a phone call read more

Came in today after a friend of mine mentioned it. So glad she found this place! There's a lot of different flavors and they let you try a couple. I went in and there was kind of a long line (3-4 other people) but the line moved very quickly. Absolutely love the dill pickle and white chocolate Oreo. To the people complaining about the prices they're really not that expensive especially compared to movie theaters.....for what it is it's well worth the price. Not sure of their business practices. Ran a promotion on Living Social to pay $5 for a $10 certificate. Now every time I try to use it on a Tin or Tin refill they will not honor the certificate. They state the Tins are "promotional". Funny the tins are listed on their price sheet and there is nothing on it that states "promotional." I just don't like come on's and miss leading business practices. read more
