Visited this quaint restaurant in Abbeville where there are about 12 tables inside but they also allow take out. I arrived with my family promptly at 5:01pm and the inside was already full. The hours are currently Sun/Mon/Tues (closed), Wed/Thurs 11a-8p and Fri/Sat 5p-8p. Lunch appears to only be served 11a-3p on Wed/Thurs. The parking lot has approximately 15 spaces (this is an estimate, as I didn't count) and it was already full upon arrival. We opted to park next door at the Abbeville First Bank. As it is such a small restaurant, the staff are very attentive and welcoming. The menu provides a variety of different options, even if you are not a seafood lover. I ordered the Shrimp Dinner which came with 8 large shrimp & 2 sides. I chose the steamed vegetables, which came in some sort of oily butter mix, but it would greatly benefit from some sort of seasoning. The corn on the cob was also bland but it was OK after I put some salt on it. My family also enjoyed their food as well, but the consensus was that our seafood was really good. If you are in Abbeville, Greenwood or the surrounding area, the lease stop by.

This place is OF THA HOOK! This was my family's first time trying Off Tha Hook and we will be back! The atmosphere was clean and pleasant, service was prompt, prices fair and service excellent!

Popular and friendly. The food is never greasy or stale. Small inside, but also offer outsoor seating

Great service and wonderful food. Fried oysters to rival Outer Banks. Nice family run business.

based on reviews we chose Legends Steakhouse for my birthday dinner before the Joe Nichols concert…read more Great choice! I had the Filet with mushrooms and a side house salad. Even the salad was better than most but the filet was melt in your mouth and truly wonderful and the mushrooms had such a great flavor I had to ask the owner how they were prepared. Truly an exceptional meal and I enjoyed every bite. My husband chose the ribeye with loaded mashed potatoes and salad and was very happy with his meal too. The atmosphere was casual and nice. The owner mentioned they fed the band that day too. I hope they enjoyed their meals as much as we enjoyed the meal and show too. A very nice birthday date. We will be back before future shows in Newberry. I would attach a photo but it would be of Joe Nichols instead of my steak

We were warmly greeted by Holly who sat us and took excellent care of us. For a sparse Monday night we were blown away by the quality of the food to come. Filet mignon was cooked to absolute perfection and the quality of the meat left nothing to desire. Sides of asparagas and Cajun cole slaw held up as well! A true gem for this sweet little city, hopefully they take advantage of what this place we has to offer.

Great experience with a couple of lovely friends at this Amish Menonite restaurant that serves…read moresouthern comfort from another world They change the menu daily and today they didn't have the fried pork chops the baked pork was good too, tender and fully cooked, service was quick and with a smile. The two sides were flavorful and the Mac and cheese had real cheese not like the one that comes in a box My sweet tea came with refills like it is customary in the South, for dessert had the shoo-fly pie which was unlike anything I ever had and good to the last bite I will take my outoftowners next time even if it is in the middle of nowhere in a block that is being revitalized by the Mayor, inside is a modest place and don't expect a Michelin star, just plain and simple homemade cooking

He was just trying to keep us away from the good stuff! For starters, walking in was nice and comfortable and came with a friendly greeting. It was 2 o'clock on a Thursday and there was a bit of business, but not too much to keep us from a visit and going to our seat in just a minute. My wife and I had different items so that we could taste more things. I don't believe that there was any negative conversation about a single bite. It was easy to get excited about the flavor of everything that we had. Pure comfort food at its best. If you made it this far in the review and don't go find out how wonderful this is. Sorry but, you're missing out!
