The shrimp carbonara was well-made, except it wasn't carbonara. Absolutely not a single piece of bacon. And it was a little bland. And I had to ask for cheese. Timing is everything. Literally, I was starting to eat my toasted ravioli and here comes the main dish, 3 minutes tops. There are no half portions of toasted ravioli. So be prepared to eat a bushel of toasted ravioli. Hint, hint, it's perfect for two people, maybe three in a pinch. I was just over it and ate the not-carbonara and, they tried really hard to make up for it. In the end, they did the only thing they could do, they heavily discounted the meal. I would definitely eat there again and even take my wife. I think that it wouldn't be a bad place to even have a group, they had a group in the next room and they were living it up. Sounded like they were having a great time. And maybe that's part of the problem, not enough staff for a busy night, maybe the kitchen was backed up?
