Second time with this particular branch and not happy for either trip. Both time was for a leveling kit. Two different trucks both with Beilstein 5100s.. I asked for the third level so it would not have a rake. Both times they went all the way up and I was nose up for both trucks this last time I had an issue with the alignment. I had to wait a few hours for them to do another alignment just for it to go out again with my steering wheel caulk to the right now I hear rattling noises from underneath the wheel well on both the driver and passenger side when trying to contact them, they would not book a reasonable time to get me to look for the issue. I'd like to say this was the only time this has happened to me with off-road warehouse, this also happened to a Nissan Titan that I got leveled from them as well. Sad part is I'm not even from Temecula and should've just did something local. read more

Poor communication and not customer friendly. Bought new rims and arrived to pick up my vehicle, my rear driver window was down and not working. Why would my rear window be used for installing rims? What concerns me most is that at no point during my status check call, pickup call, or payment process was I informed about the issue. It only came to light when I noticed it myself and inquired. This lack of transparency made me feel as though the issue was deliberately withheld. Additionally, when I asked for assistance in getting the window back up, I was told I would be charged for labor, which I found both unreasonable and unacceptable given the circumstances. As a customer, I understand that mechanical issues can arise, but the way this situation was handled was extremely unprofessional. read more

Put near $10k into my truck and the guys here put together my first off road kit about a year and a half ago. One of my shocks bolts came out and my coil started to rub against my cv axel. I took it in and after inspection thank God nothing was damaged and these guys did me a solid put everything back together so I was ready to roll. My husband had to call to get this info, after 6 months of patiently waiting. Each month we would be told, it's due to covid. We waited. I have been to this business twice to add lighting to my 2023 Bronco. I also added a brush bar. The first trip was for ordering the parts, and the sales team was very helpful. On installation day 1, being someone that waited for the job, I was there pretty much all day. That didn't' thrill me, but the sales crew was friendly and the install crew was swamped I guess, so it is what it is. I was very happy with the results. Months later I added more lighting (isn't that what one does with a vehicle such as this?) Again the sales crew was great, and I placed the order. The items were delivered and the date for the install was set. I arrived right on time, and again the plan was to wait, as my plan, rides A, B and C fell though, so that's life. I may need more friends or so it seems. They said the job would be done by 1pm, so I walked down to Annie's and got some breakfast and killed some time. I returned and sat down, the seats being designed for off road use I guess, or maybe space travel. The job was completed 45 minutes early, and again I was very pleased. I highly recommend this business, but I do wish they had more comfortable seating in the waiting area.....lol. That's a hint. read more

My wife and I couldn't be more happy with the quality of service, expertise, knowledge, and professionalism that we experienced from ORW Temecula. Due to my hectic work schedule my wife took on the duties of getting estimates to lift our new Jeep Wrangler. Before stopping at ORW she stopped by another reputable Parts for 4 Wheels shop. The guy there didn't really give her much information and even told her that she couldn't put 35's on a 2.5" lift and she would have to go with 33's all the while there was a flier on the desk between them which stated a special sale for that exact setup. He gave her a vague estimate and sent her on her way. After she left that place she went to ORW where Kyle helped her out. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all the questions that she had and was able to show her pictures of what her Jeep would look like. Kyle (everyone on their staff was very friendly and knowledgeable from the counter guys to the guys doing the install) was very patient and understanding with us and worked with us and our very limited open schedule. I highly recommend ORW Temecula to anyone who is looking to get their vehicle modified. Took forever to get the parts. I had to call, they failed to notify me when the parts finally arrived. I made an appointment for installation, and when I arrived at the appointed time, they acted completely surprised and said they would try to squeeze me in. They were extremely slow, and the work was sloppy and extremely expensive. Bolts left un-tightened, holes left where bolts weren't used, sloppy work. My Jeep was filthy when I finally picked it up. I took my 2011 ford f350 to Baja Mike They did wheel bearings , tie rods and ends and ball joints upper and lower . When I got my truck back there was a abnormal amount of play in the wheel . I took it back and they had there mechanic drive he said it way normal . I drove to no cal and almost wrecked 4 times because of the lag time in response . That have refused to fix it but want to sell me a new steering box for 2,000.00 dollars . My truck had no steering Issues before I took it in . Be carful they are salesmen first and safety concerned last . read more

LONG STORY SHORT: Inattentive, slow, overpriced and downright SHADY. LONG STORY: After my repeated follow up calls over a several week period (they don't return calls as promised) to finally schedule a shock rebuild, they pushed my appointment TWICE. I sent them photos and went over several times exactly what I needed. Long story short, I finally dropped my truck off and got a rental car. They didn't do any work on it - had not ordered the correct parts and instead, they submitted a second invoice to me for an additional $2k to replace ONE knuckle on a Tundra. The rep told me it was an aluminum knuckle and it was wearing out. I immediately questioned that it was aluminum and called BS on the whole thing. The knuckle has a little rust on it so if he had even so much as looked at it, he'd know it's not aluminum. When I got home, I visually inspected the knuckle which was not worn out and the cotter pins had been pulled from the castle nut - setting me up for disaster because I wanted my truck back from them without their outrageous, incredulous and down right fake estimate. Were they trying to kill me? WTF. I wonder how many people go for their fake estimates and how many people they sabotage for a disastrous result. Turns out I only need a $150 tie rod in my STEEL knuckle - and of course new cotter pins so they dont fall off like ORW was hoping would happen to me. SUMMARY: AVOID AT ALL COSTS. read more

If you're looking into having ORW work on your rig... DO IT! These guys are are true professionals, but most of all, these guys know what it's like to own a rig and have fun with it. They treat you like family, and they want to make sure you get on the road with no head aches after any modification. They know their Toyota's, Lexus, Jeep's, Trucks, they work on them all! I couldn't tell you how many sweet rigs that were pulling in and out of this place. These guys stayed An extra hour after closing to make sure my tires and wheels set up didn't rub. I honestly can't say enough good things about this shop. If anyone's had a bad experience I'd have a very hard time believing them. While I was in I also saw freestyle motocross "Twitch" which I thought was pretty sweet. I'm a big DIY guy, but after dealing with ORW I don't think I would let anyone else touch my rig. This place is awesome; I went in to get a BDS lift & Method wheels for my 2019 Ram 1500 & the entire process was quick, easy, and fun! Brandon helped me & he was super nice, professional, & knew his stuff. He ordered exactly what I wanted/needed, kept me updated, and hooked me up with a great deal on everything too (cheaper than places I was looking at online). The install was flawless, they trimmed the necessary plastics so good you can barely tell it was trimmed at all, and honestly the alignment is so good the truck drives straighter than it did stock. Just like practically everyone else, I don't usually leave feedback unless service is completely off and I leave a business infuriated but on this one I definitely had to come on here simply to dish out a bit of appreciation for how well of a job these guys did. Started off with Jim, whom I just noticed based on my search on them on here that he's the manager of this spot to Chris who ended up taking over after Jim due to the amount of calls and stuff that kept on coming in just in the few minutes that I was in there. Down to my review, these guys (not to mention the dudes out back within the actual shop that handled the labor) did a hell of a job on my little rig. I initially wanted a Carli leveling kit for the truck and due to the current dude in the Oval Office (yeah, I know, right?!) they told me that Carli was backed up and that I'd have to wait at least a couple months. Needed to replace the rear tires so I couldn't wait it out and they ended up locating a Icon kit and a Carli track bar for me within a day or two and got had me back in the shop in no time. Truly appreciate the help, guys, really do. Once I choose to go with a maker of certain items and stuff I tend to stick to them no matter what and in this instance, I'll definitely stick to this shop and be back for the install of my Hellwig rear sway bar and beyond.
