She was courteous , friendly and professional. She was kind enough to print out a sheet with the problem and part needed. Mara also was extremely helpful in recommending a mobile mechanic in the area. Jerod ( mobile mechanic ) met me at the O'reillys location the next day, replaced the part at a very reasonable price and in a timely manner.
