He came back to the counter, completely ignored me, avoided eye contact and proceeded to move more boxes. So, I wandered the store for the next five minutes trying to find the right aisle. I thought maybe he'd realize he had left a customer completely hanging, but that was foolish on my part. I left the store and I won't be returning ever. So I sit there for 1 hour & 25 min & by the way at the front door it says OUT TO LUNCH Sign. I had left a voicemail & smart start tried calling him finally right next to his shop there is a 76 gas station & I went to fill up gas & I could see the doors opening & I get a phone call at the same time. I answer its him telling me hello I said I see your doors opening im at the 76 gas station & he said okay. My calibration is $45.00 & he wanted to charge me for after hour fee's & I told him I have been here no one takes a lunch at 3 & for 3 hours. We started arguing he was being rude & I have never been rude to him & I thought he was just doing that to me but I look at his reviews barely any good things to say about the place. & on top of all that he has his 3 friends hanging out behind the counter & it did not look professional , If you are thinking about going to this place run the other way ! Worse customer service ever ! I told him I would never come back he said good lucky finding someone because I guess he is the only one that does it in the area but I found somewhere else & they are a lot better.

So he recommended another type that was run flat. Installed two rears, which I had to remind them that the tires were going on the rear after they had already taken fronts off. Drove for approximately 2-3 days on those tires which were a softer wall so it constantly felt like the car was fishtailing. After calling and complaining about the two, I was told that they did in fact make the original tire I was looking for and they order the wrong ones. Had to drive from Moreno Valley back to murrieta to get my old tires put back on u til they ordered the correct ones. Then come in to get the new ones installed and the mechanic has an impact leaned against my vehicles paint. Would not recommend this place to anyone and most certainly will not be coming back ever.
