I have a Ram 2500 and the original suspension is VERY rough so I ordered a level kit with new springs to soften the ride. The first system I had ordered was on back order over six weeks, Jim found another solution and later that week it was installed. Truck looks better leveled and the ride is a lot nicer with the new Icon coils and Fox 2.0 shocks. It's not an off road machine but it's a whole lot better now than originally. New coils are definitely worth the additional money vs just a spacer. It should make long drives much easier. read more

I can't say enough about the amazing customer service this location offers! My husband and I went there this weekend, and were met with exceptional service. A gentleman by the name of RJ went so far as to walk us out to his personal truck, to show us work that was done pertaining to something we were interested in getting on our wrangler. update: the 2nd alignment charge was credited . The guys at orw seemed knowledgable at first but quickly lost credit as when i returned from round 2 of alignment attempts they told me that my truck could not be aligned and the frame was bent, thus they weren't charging for alignment #2 even though i had already paid for alignment#1 which was not successfully completed. Fast forward a week truck went to BEELINE and they were surprised how far out of spec ORW had set my alignment. 30 minutes later my truck no longer was bent and drives straight as an arrow! read more

I have bought a few accessories here for my jeep like my hi lift jack and some cool LED lights. I went back in to talk to these guys about my jeep. I had a little vibration at about 50 mph and couldn't figure it out. The service manager took a quick look and said I should take off a transmission drop kit that was put on before I bought it. He said I didn't need it because I have a slip yoke eliminator and it created too much angle. He told me how to do it and even gave me the six stock bolts that hold up the transmission pan. He had some extras in the back I guess. All I can say is this guy knows his stuff. I did what he said and it took care of the problem. I'll definitely be heading back in whenever I need more jeep stuff. read more

Hello! I recently used their Black Friday discount for a shock rebuild and some other stuff to be fixed on my 16 Tacoma! My sales guy "Brandon" was very friendly kept me up to date and did his best to give me a great deal! This was my first time actually dropping my truck off to any orw, as I have always boughten parts and installed my self. However there was one disappointing thing. The alignment on the truck was good but not great and for the amount of time they had the truck I honestly expected it to be perfect. When I went back to talk about it I was told it was going to be hours till it was done because all the techs went to lunch and had other work. The most disciplining thing tho was no one came out to test drive with me or to discus my issue. I simply got a "well we did it". This is understandable but I was still annoyed that I drove over an hour to pick the truck up to go back. After talking to a few of the sales team they were able to refund me for it and I was on my way.... I do strongly recommend this shop for any shock or body work tho. The tech who worked on my truck was very sharp and new what he was doing! read more

Had airbags installed on my wife's TOYOTA Tundra about 5 years ago. Recently one of the airbags, was not holding air. Called ORW and they checked the airbags and found a faulty valve.
