.I ordered Floor Boards and Tow package. I was told to bring it in at 9am, I arrived15 minutes un advance. I dropped the car off and they signed it in at 9am. I called them around 1pm for an update, and was told 2:30 - 3:00pm. I arrived to pick up the car at 2:45 and the vehicle still was not ready. I waited until 4:45. The next morning my car had to be jumped because the batter was dead, and the engine light came on. I notice the battery that was in my car was not the original battery. I just purchase the car from a dealer ship last week. The battery was an old dirty battery and my car engine compartment was very clean. I will be contacting them on Monday to complain. They get no stars from me, because I feel they smiled in my face while while deliberately screwed up my truck. I will never take my truck to them again. Took my Tacoma here to get a long travel kit installed, I didn't purchase the kit through the shop and unfortunately the kit needed to have many adjustments done to it to make it work correctly. Initially we went into ORW to do some research on our 5th Gen 4Runner suspension system. Brandon was able to answer all of our detailed questions and then some. That day he provided us a quote and then we went home to talk about it. We ended up having even more questions that Brandon was able to answer by email and after careful consideration we ended up ordering. Brandon was very good at communicating time lines and the process. Once all parts were in, Brandon helped us select an installation date. We dropped our vehicle off right at the store opening and Brandon had his Toyota installation specialist proceed to install our suspension system. The installation took all day which was clearly stated at purchase. When we went to pick it up they took us all around the car detailing all the work completed and showed us how to use the new features. We will be taking it back at the 1,000 mile mark to have them go through everything after the break in period. Overall, the work was fabulous and the team at ORW is outstanding. We would definitely recommend to a friend or family member. In fact, our daughter ended up going in a week later to have the same installation done on her 5th Gen 4Runner. read more

I happen to stumble upon ORW while shopping for some residential paint. The showroom happens to be next door to Dunn & Edwards and the layout was enticing so I popped my head in. Figured I'd ask for some pricing on some nerf bars I wanted and the price blew the doors off of the competition so I ordered them. Great way to catch a spontaneous sale ORW. Apparently when my order arrived the box was used and abused. Salesman Conrad ensured that my items weren't damaged by opening the box and inspecting them. Came here to buy some handles for my Jeep. Upon checkout, the guy asked me for my personal information, i.e., phone number, address, etc. When I told him I didn't want to be in their system he wouldn't sell me the handles. I was paying with a credit card. He never asked for my ID to verify who I was. All he said was, if you're paying by credit card, I need your personal information in our computer. What kind of bull is that???? I'm getting sick and tired of everyone wanting my personal information. How do I know what they're going to do with it???? I came in and talked to Conrad Lessard. I told him of my problems with my jeep and offered some advise. That part and greeting me GREAT! Now what I am mad about is he never got back to me on the parts I needed. I watched him take my number and e-mail address down. Promised me he would get me the prices I needed and how long it would take. I gave it a few days and hear nothing. I left a few messages for him. NOTHING. I was going to spend over 2500 for parts. I know its not a lot but its a sale. Not sure if he is just young but if your in sales follow up is key. Getting back to a customer that needs parts and wants them is kinda important. I took my 2011 Chevy Tahoe here to get some gears put in it. I called on a Monday and they made an appointment for me to bring it in Wednesday around 5pm. They put in 3.73 gears front and rear (4x4 with 3.08 originally) in one day. I picked it up on Thursday. They were quick, professional, and provided the cheapest quote. They even covered the cost of an additional seal that was needed and not listed in the original quote. I would shop here again. read more

I stopped in to look for an accessory for my SUV. After spending some time chatting about the truck, I had it up on the lift getting inspected for another (potentially serious) issue. Had a set of Icon add-a-leafs added to my first gen Tundra. Normally I do all my own mechanical work and I'm really particular about getting it right. A recent spine surgery has me out of commission for a bit, so I gave Jayce and the shop at ORW a shot. I was very happy with the work performed. The project was slightly complicated by a set of airbags previously installed, but they were able to do some minor modifications to make everything fit and still hit the quoted price. When I inspected the work it was clean and I noticed mechanic's paint on all the torqued bolts. To me that is an indication of a professional who cares about their work. These guys are the real deal! I picked up an old yota longtravel truck and brought it to ORW for an inspection and alignment. They found some serious issues with the steering setup and knew exactly what the fix would be. Aaron was the guy helping me and he did a fantastic job keeping me informed. He definitely knows his stuff! They went further into the truck and they found more problems, generally from crappy work done before. Aaron called to give me the bad news every time, he would tell me what the fix was and how much it would be. I always knew what my total was. The steering feels awesome now. Service was horrible was told I would have the parts on a Friday morning but never showed up then was told the parts will be there next morning but got an email late Friday night saying it wouldn't be till Monday. When I went in Monday morning the parts were still not there so I had to wait in the store while they went and picked them up. Was also told if the parts were not installed it would be no problem to return them but then when some of the parts were not needed off-road warehouse tried to deny my returning the items. After talking to them for a while explaining my case they finally took them back but had the nerve to charge me a 20% restocking fee. Very unprofessional People and very disorganized. I was honest and told I don't know much about trucks mostly only cars and dirtbikes so I'm trusting him with what I'll need. Avoid at all costs!! These people wrecked our truck after it was supposedly finished and ready for pick up.. They claimed it happened on their lot by a tech. he backed into a pole and scratched the bed. they did not report to their insurance company.. They said it was a small scratch in the bed.. It's been in the shop now and has been for a month! The frame was tweaked and a lot of other damage from " so-called backing into a pole in their parking lot" Joy ride maybe? Who knows! Almost $7,000 worth of damage to a brand new truck! I called their insurance company and they never received a claim... Much rather would of dealt with an insurance company during this mess than with this incompetent business!! Insurance would of paid out a lot quicker too and the repair shop would not have to hold on to our truck while waiting for them to send payment. Kevin Lessard (claimed to be general sales manager) handled the situation extremely poorly and unprofessional! His only concern was letting us know he served in the military? Intimidation tactics I guess? Lol Still working on getting our truck back and this is far from over. Would not refer this business to anyone! They quoted a price and when I said I had to scrape together more cash they helped me out by dropping the price. I had gotten a quote at 4WP up the road first and they quoted me more than 3x the install price and we're rude about it because I didn't buy the exhaust from them. ORW all the way for me. read more

I went there to get new struts for my truck. The price was fair and the service was good. However, I asked them to save my old struts and they made a note of it. But when I picked up my truck.... No struts. They threw them out and they were picked up before I got there. The Manager, I think his name was Dax, told me not to worry, they come through all the time and he would call me when a set came in. Verified my number, but no call ever came. Now it's time for tires, and I'm not convinced I should get them here. I'm probably being picky, but unless there is a sale, I'll buy elsewhere. read more
