Worst experience EVER from this so called distributor. Let me begin by saying that I have been purchasing tequila online for over 15 years. Additionally I travel to Mexico several times a year and am a long time tequila aficionado. Most of my purchases are from SipTequila, Old Town, Remedy, just to name a few. I have on occasion have purchased from OffPremise as sometimes the have something that my other previously mentioned "go to distributors don't have". Quite honestly I never had an issue with OffPremise until today. I placed two separate orders this week with them, two different bottles / two entirely separate orders, for which I gladly payed two shipping charges for. So the other day I receive ONE package with both of my orders in the same box, mind you I paid for shipping on both as I assumed since two separate orders I would receive two separate shipments. I reach out to Adam Kamin at OffPremise to simply ask that since I did receive both orders in ONE shipment if he could kindly refund me for one shipment since they put both in one shipment ... guess what , his reply was very condescending and told me to go F myself. He'd rather say F you to a customer than to refund me a lousy $13.11. I have been buying tequila online for well over a decade and never have had an issue with any distributor that I've purchased from ... except for this guy !! BUYER BEWARE, steer clear of OffPremise !!!! Go spend your money at reputable distributors such as SipTequila, Old Town, or Remedy. The nerve to tell me to F off, F off to OffPremise and to Adam Kamin. DO BUSINESS ELSEWHERE !!! Don't listen to the responses from this poor excuse for a "so called" businessman. Clearly hasn't been in business very long, maybe his daddy helped him, Adam is definitely not self made and he acts like it !! read more

I submitted an inquiry for their wine club. The following images is what transpired from that. Do you want to spend your money with a business who harasses and goes off the handle at you? I definitely do not. I am honestly floored someone would let an employee speak to customers or inquiry's like this. I was blamed for not reading an email I never got. Aggressively forwarded the emails I never got, one proving it was never sent to me, one where my email was added to the end. Please spend your money and energy elsewhere. read more

Such a wonderful place! I've purchased many bottles of wine from here - ranging from a more affordable bottle (~$17 or so) to a more expensive bottle (~$75 or so) as a gift for family. All have been so delightful!! I walk in with an idea of what I want, explain sort what I'm looking for & the owner is always fast to give great insight and help me choose the perfect bottle. They also stock some craft beers and other small batch liquor. I've purchased some tequila and whiskey as gifts - my eye always goes to the well designed labels, I'm sure it tasted good too. The owner is also so kind to my dog - giving him treats every time we come by. Here's a pic of my dog begging to go inside for a treat on our morning walk, too bad the store isn't open at 7am :). Anyway - 10/10 highly recommend, nice local shop for nice local people. read more

I love everything about this place. Walked in and immediately felt like we were home. Got to try a few bourbon and wine samples, while we were trying to figure out what to buy, and buy we did. It was worth it. The Staff here are legit amazing. So helpful...without being judgmental (yeah, yeah, Im still learning). We set a price point for the wines we wanted to try and trust me there were some amazing options, a ton of which, we had never heard of. Dont be scared, get in there, be honest about what you like and dont like and they will set you straight. I know they have a wine club, of varying price points, I will definitely be taking part in this. My new favorite place and I will be back. read more

The shop itself has a lot of hard to find/obscure beer, wine and liquor. But it is pretty small and the selection is somewhat limited. My guess is you go here knowing exactly what you want and may walk w something you hadn't planned on from intrigue alone. However we came for the sushi making class which started with us making a tasty Sake & Gin cocktail w fresh lemon and some other rando stuff thrown in the mix including egg white. Really good. The sushi class was pretty good and received some decent pointers. It's like a Uni 101 class and will set you up for rolling at home if you so choose....which we will. Everything was fresh and delicious including the outstanding sashimi salmon. All fish and veg were from local Jong Boo, which we love. All said, a nice exp on a freezing cold Winter's night. I've never seen nor experienced a more unprofessional business and business owner than this one. The owner, Adam acts the age of his shop (~5yrs old) and is very disrespectful - including making "69" jokes on the business' social media account and making fun of the use of pronouns by using "this/that," for example. As a queer woman, I feel unsafe shopping here. Their business practices are shameful, and I do not recommend stepping foot inside. read more

Walking by on Armitage today I thought Ezra's might have reopened. Turn out it's a new concept, but still a beer, wine, and bourbon shop (may have other liquors, I pay them no mind). Extensive wine selection for a shop of its size. I had been curious about natural wines but had also heard things ranging from great to funky... and not George Clinton funky... natural deodorant in a marathon funky. One-man shop; the owner, Adam, helped me. They have both natural and regular wine and he was really helpful with explaining the varieties and that he specifically targets natural wines that are accessible and drinkable/not reminiscent of rank marathoners. He was a great mix of educational and completely unpretentious. Also respected my price range, which I appreciate. Curiosity got the better of me and I opened the bottle when I got home. Spot-on what I was looking for: interesting and different while also very tasty. Possibly too easy-drinking (is there a sessionable equivalent for wine? Bottleable?) but I won't dock stars for that. Oh man! These guys have the best selection in the area, especially for the small size of this store. Everything is next level & they're specializing in special releases of whiskey & wine. Their staff was happy to walk me through a couple decisions. Even sampled me on a couple limited release whiskeys that are only available here. Sorry, I can't remember which brand whiskey, but just ask their staff. I've stopped in 3 times so far and they're helping me increase my wine knowledge. I've picked up a couple bottles as gifts for the two Thanksgiving dinners I was attending. So, right now they've got a lot of amazingly rare bottles since they're a new and relatively unknown store. read more
