We have used them for grooming. They did wonderful with the girls when they were groomed. They really take the time to get to know your dog and to make sure your dog is a good fit for the kind of program they run, which is group play. They teach manners, boundaries and teach the dogs to respect and read cues from other dogs. They've just done a wonderful job with our girls. I highly recommend them for boarding. This last time I'm not sure she was even bathed and shedding hair everywhere. She was to spend the whole day but got a call to pick her up because she was stressed.Never saw her stressed. Was told it was because of the weather and the other dogs were stressed as well and causing trouble? Said one of the dogs liked to bite feet. Was told our dog tried to climb over a small fence.very thin wires on fence. When we got home she was limping and the ped on one of her toes was hanging. Took her to vet $97. Called to say Maybe the fence was not safe and got an ear full. Said they never said she tried to climb over fence, both my husband and I heard this. Said they would send a recording of our conversation but never received it. Would not recommend this place with their attitude. Our dog has been to day care many times at our usual place in another state. We are in this area often and thought we had found a good place for her but not.

We've used Linderman for our two cats in the three years we've had them and have always been quite…read morehappy with the care they've provided. You can grab OTC pet meds (like flea prevention) as well as Hill's Science Diet pet food from their lobby if you need it quickly, though the food at least is more expensive than it is at, say, PetSmart. In the last month or so, we encountered a stray cat hanging around the back of our house. Sweet little thing, I swear - but she nipped my ankle when she got too excited as we fed her and it broke the skin. Since she had no apparent owner that we could find (no collar, chip, or missing cat posters/social media posts to be found) and no papers to prove rabies vaccination, she had to be put in a 10 day quarantine. Linderman kindly agreed to board and observe her for us on very short notice. It was an increased fee, but the peace of mind in knowing she wouldn't be afraid or uncomfortable at Animal Control was worth it to us. We also knew we could reliably call Linderman and get an immediate answer / update on her condition when we wanted, even during the holiday season, which eased my terrible anxiety considerably. When they released her to us 10 days later (no rabies! Yay!), they helped us get her up to date on shots and provided helpful tips on how to peacefully introduce her to our resident cats while we work on finding her a new home. They also quickly agreed to and are getting us in for a spay surgery - invaluable, since she went into her first heat about three days after we brought her home and the resulting yowling makes working from home difficult! We have seen Dr. Clare Shannon for pretty much all our needs since first choosing Linderman for our pets. She's smart, personable, and approachable, and takes plenty of time providing insight and kind suggestions when it comes to cat care. She really does seem to love and understand cats, which is nice -- sometimes you get a vet who very obviously prefers dogs, lol. My parents also see Dr. Shannon for their cat, CC (Covid Cat - he found them mid-pandemic) and love her. They've boarded CC while going on vacation at Linderman a couple of times and he came back to them in great condition, though with a bloated ego from how popular he was among the staff! The techs are compassionate and friendly and always have nice words for your pet. And the front office staff has been so patient with all of my cat-bite emergency, rabies paranoia, and cat-in-heat emergency calls. I have been a frenzied, panicked mess, and they've been sympathetic and patient despite how annoying I'm sure I've been. We will continue to use Linderman for any and all of our veterinary needs. We love Dr. Shannon and all the staff!

I am writing to share my deeply concerning experience with this business to warn other pet owners…read more I strongly advise prospective clients to pay close attention to recent negative reviews before booking. I scheduled a 10:00 AM appointment for my two 8-month-old Shih Tzu puppies (a brother and sister) for their first professional haircut. When scheduling, I was advised that arriving early was unnecessary because the previous dog would be leaving upon our arrival. However, when we arrived, two very large, agitated dogs were still present and barking intensely, creating a high-stress environment. An hour after drop-off, at 11:00 AM, I received a call stating both puppies were ready for pickup. It is functionally impossible to properly bathe, dry, and groom two Shih Tzu puppies in under 60 minutes. When I picked them up, the groomer held both dogs simultaneously, making it difficult to inspect the work on site. Because the environment remained chaotic, I thanked the staff and left. Upon inspecting my dogs in the car, I discovered several severe issues: Hygiene and Cleanliness: Both puppies smelled worse than when they arrived. Neither appeared to have been bathed or thoroughly cleaned, and my female puppy returned with the exact same ponytail and rubber band I had put in her hair prior to the appointment. Cut Quality: The haircuts were severely uneven, choppy, and haphazardly executed. One puppy had ears cut to completely different lengths, while my female puppy had her facial hair and chin shaved entirely without my consent. Pet Well-Being: Both puppies were visibly shaken and terrified by the experience, demonstrating a clear lack of patience and proper care from the staff. I am deeply saddened and disappointed by the lack of professionalism, proper technique, and basic care provided. I am sharing this review so other owners can avoid a similar situation and make informed decisions for their pets.

When first walking in, you are greeted with a smile and nicest welcoming followed by welcoming the pets (in my case Koa (10 yr old mix) and Oppie(Opie 17 yr old chihuahua) who are like my kids). Just a few confirmation of what services are being given today and the boys were checked in without any issues or concerns. My Koa was a bit skittish at first (new place and he didn't see brother go back yet) but she made sure that he could keep eyes on brother at all times which definitely helped both of them with today's visit. Dropping them off, I wish I had before pictures, I was definitely lacking on the most recent bath (maybe 2 months ago) and their nails were so long (again my fault). Drop off was between 7-9, and I received a message from Christy saying they were ready around 1. When I arrived, they both smelled absolutely amazing, they are so soft and their nails are perfect!! Both of them had on these adorable bandanas, and they were both so happy. She said they did a great job today, and they both acted like they felt SO much better. I highly highly recommend Christy and her business. She is so caring and it definitely shows. I will refer people to use her for grooming and baths. We will definitely be back!
