Grooming: I have always had beagles so don't require complicated cuts, but I've seen pictures of gorgeous jobs she's done. What I can say from experience is they always look great and are always happy. I had forgotten about the med we deleted and so only described current meds. About 10 minutes after I left, Regine actually called me on my cell to check about the med we deleted! She remembered what he got before and was concerned I had just forgotten to bring it and wanted to catch me before I left town. How many kennels can you say you trust to have that kind of care and attention??!! The facility is very clean, and she is making improvements all the time. She is VERY caring and obviously loves animals so much. My dogs are happy to go there, time after time, and I think that says it all! The grooming: I've taken my cat and dogs and they do a good job. But when I picked them up, there was still some loose hair, and the nails were a little long. For boarding, I won't go anywhere else. Regine has my undying loyalty and she deserves it.
