Not only did she take fantastic care of my pets, but she also handled my diabetic cat's insulin shots with ease and care, which gave me peace of mind. Throughout my time away, Amanda kept me updated with regular photos and messages, so I could see how my pets were doing, even with the time difference. It was so thoughtful of her to keep me connected to them when I missed them so much. When my trip got unexpectedly extended by two weeks, Amanda was incredibly flexible and didn't raise the rate, simply updating my invoice until I returned. I really appreciated her understanding and fairness. The property where my pets stayed is spacious and perfect for animals to roam and play, and you can tell Amanda and her team genuinely care for the animals like their own. I'm so grateful to have found such a trustworthy and reliable place for my pets. If you're looking for someone to board your furry friends, I highly recommend Amanda--she knows exactly what she's doing and will treat your pets with the utmost love and attention. 10/10, would absolutely recommend!

My little beagle girl loves her whether boarding or grooming and that says a lot! Boarding: the rates are so reasonable and Belinda is so wonderful at taking care of the babies! And there is a severe weather plan in place to take care of the critters in her care. I was told years ago, the kennel was built with that in mind and it is taken seriously! Grooming: I have always had beagles so don't require complicated cuts, but I've seen pictures of gorgeous jobs she's done. What I can say from experience is they always look great and are always happy. Everything from boarding to grooming is done with such a high quality of care, attention and love at extremely reasonable prices, I can't imagine why anyone would go anywhere else...

I had one instance last year, where my dog was previously on a certain combination of medicines with his food. I brought him this time, and there was one deletion from the regimen, and a change. I had forgotten about the med we deleted and so only described current meds. About 10 minutes after I left, Regine actually called me on my cell to check about the med we deleted! She remembered what he got before and was concerned I had just forgotten to bring it and wanted to catch me before I left town. How many kennels can you say you trust to have that kind of care and attention??!! The facility is very clean, and she is making improvements all the time. She is VERY caring and obviously loves animals so much. My dogs are happy to go there, time after time, and I think that says it all! The grooming: I've taken my cat and dogs and they do a good job. But when I picked them up, there was still some loose hair, and the nails were a little long. For boarding, I won't go anywhere else. Regine has my undying loyalty and she deserves it.

Tried to board our Plott hound with them last weekend. Was told they did not have room, and was asked if we had ever boarded with them before. When I mentioned we had, they asked about our dog, which I told them we had to have put down due to aggressive biting (dog bit my mother, kids, and neighbor kids, and tried to bite me). Owner told me that he was sorry to hear that and we ended our conversation. Twenty minutes later, he calls me back to inform me that not only did they not have room, which he insured to tell me twice, but that they had decided that they would never board one of our animals, as he was sure that we could have done something to "help" our dog!?!?! Unbeknownst to me at the time, the wife also slammed the phone down and hung up on my wife when she called previously. There's nothing like having to relive the trauma of having to make the decision of putting your beloved pet down via judgmental individuals whom think they know better than the guidance of three different veterinarians that we consulted before making that decision! These two opinionated individuals do not have an ounce of common sense regarding customer service and definitely do not deserve your business. You are better off looking elsewhere and there are comparably priced options in the local area that do not continually look down their noses at their customers.
